The staff are super friendly and pleasant, place is super clean. Chick-fil-A food slaps all day every day

I would recommend this location and this restaurant. I was riding around with a family member and stopped by this location to give it a try for our lunch. There was a waiting line outside in the drive-thru, so we decided to walk in and sit down to eat. As soon as we entered the building one of the workers greeted us and asked if they could help us find what we wanted for lunch. We chose our menu selections and sat down at the table to wait for our name notification. Within just a minute or two they called our name and we took the order to the table but I noticed that they had forgotten the drink. I went back up to the counter and reminded the worker that I had a meal and not just an individual selection. The error was quickly corrected and the universe was turning again.lol

Our first time visiting. Went through the drive thru. The girl who took our order was very nice. We paid with her. They had about 3-4 girls sanding at the drive thru taking orders and a girl watching cars standing at a "ticket stand" looking thing right before you turn to grab your food from the window. One of the girls taking orders came and stood next to the girl at the ticket stand and kept looking at us and talking to each other and then starting twerking and dancing when there was no music playing , it was a nice evening and we had our car windows down , we heard no music so it was odd lol. Our food was good, we got chicken sandwich with waffle fries. The experience was interesting and amusing hahaha.

I went to this Chick-Fil-A on 10/29/22 and I have been meaning to leave a review. We went in line a couple of times and ordered a chicken sandwich and a 1 piece chicken nugget meal. The food was so good that we went around for more. Everyone who ate was satisfied, and we were left with an experience that we will remember for a long time. The service was quick, the food tasted excellent, and the employee who stole my car kind enough to give it back to me immediately after. Truly an experience that I will always remember. Five Stars.

MY FAVORITE FAST FOOD PLACE. I LOVE the original chicken sandwich. It is so flavorful and juicy. I also like the waffle fries. They are so good. The chicken tenders and chicken nuggets are SO GOOD! They also have many choices for what sauce you want to use. I like the barbecue (BBQ) sauce. HOPE MY REVIEW HELPS!

Grilled Chicken sandwich in the picture below. It was good because I was hungry, but I don’t feel it had an out of this world marinade, it was just OK. I’ve been here a couple times, and every single time I have a good experience. One time they forgot one of our fries, but we just drove back around and let them know. The customer service is always amazing, and they never give you a hard time about asking for sauces. I’ll be honest, I don’t think the seasoning they use on the chicken is THAT amazing, but it is decent/good if you’re hungry, and ALWAYS fresh. I’ve been trying different items on the menu to see if I have a favorite. I don’t have a favorite yet, but I will continue to search because everything is pretty decent and fresh. Thank you for having this location in my area.

Really good, staff is kind, food is great ofc, the area is clean, great parking. One thing that’s really keeping me from giving 4-5 stars is how the employees have to stand outside at the drive through without any shelter from the weather. Please consider giving your employees some sort of shelter. I came here when it rained, it ruined my mood to see how they had to stand outside, even in the rain.

Good store for the most. The delivery app doesn’t allow you to order a meal because they want you to pay more for each individual item. Food is correct 9/10. Jean is a great manager. My family’s order was wrong and we told a guy name Phil and he did nothing about it.

What a great experience we had at Chick-fil-A for our corporate event. Food was amazing and delivered on time. Custom service was 5 stars. A big thank you to Chad and Abraham for great communication and customer service. What you really need for a corporate event is peace of mind and they delivered.

very very very crowded. took a considerable amount of time to be given my to-go order, even though it was right there behind the counter. but its still chick-fil-a and the food is pretty consistently a 7/10. would try to go again. bit probably when less crowded

Always great. Staff is always polite and pleasant. Never a language barrier, never a bad attitude. food comes quickly,Order is always correct. Salads are amazing!. Even the take out drink holder has a slot for the straws(how thoughtful is that). By far the best fast food place for the family

Dedham Ma location……needless to say, I am here at least 3-4 times a week. The service is always excellent. Unfortunately my issue is that at least twice a month when I order a Market Salad, I get a Southwest Salad instead?? The last 4 or 5 times this happened, I was too aggravated to complain and always wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. It is a completely different salad that is way too spicy too eat (and honestly, who really wants corn in a salad??) Please have your people be more aware of what they are handing out at the drive thru….this is definitely not the service that I expect when I’m paying $15 for a salad

It's a fast food chain so not too much to say. I am a big fan of the Mac and cheese, especially if it has some of the lightly burned edges. The kids love it there, a quick bite

How anyone could give this restaurant anything but 5 stars is beyond me. First, the food is AMAZING! I wouldn't even classify it as 'Fast Food' because the quality is better than most sit-down establishments. Secondly, it is FAST! They have figured out how to take an order and get you through the drive through at blazing speeds. I honestly don't know how they get the food made fresh so quickly. Lastly, and most importantly, is the staff. The staff at Chick-fil-A are always (ALWAYS) so courteous, knowledgeable, and speedy. I'm also impressed with the high-morals that I believe they impart on our neighborhood; I hear they treat the staff well, training is great, and they make sure their employees have Sunday's off.

What a delight coming in for our weekly spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches and waffle fries. Staff bends over backwards for everyone. Feel like I'm in the South or something. Wowwy!

That was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The staff were so polite and welcoming and genuinely seemed interested in me and how I was experiencing their establishment. The food was good—what was supposed to be hot was hot and my salad was very fresh—but it was made all the better by the service. The gentleman who brought me my food even took the time to ask me as I was leaving if I enjoyed my time and remembered my name. What a delight. I have to come back!

First time checking it out. I had the basic sandwich and it was pretty good. Just the right amount of breading. A bit too much salt however. Service was really fast. Nice outdoor seating.

Normally this location is inconsistent at best I will admit they are pretty quick but this leads to a lack of service and quality. I was not going to right this review at first, but something has changed my mind... I've just got my lunch home from this chick fil a and open my food bag to find the wrong sandwich. No big deal not what I paid for but ill have it anyway right! No, first bite in and I get a massive long strand of woman's hair in my incorrect sandwich. Be wary of your orders and always double check your food. Dont forget to watch out for human hair in the food! (After Remodel)

The drive through was uncomfortable. The employee asked me what I would like to order as I pulled up, literally before I put the car in park. I said I needed a minute to look at the menu and decide. Then he stood there, right next to my car window silently as I looked.. It made it uncomfortable. Then, I was surprised that their spicy chicken sandwich, was literally a piece of fried chicken and two pickle slices between bread. No sauce.. no lettuce .. no anything else. Who eats a dry chicken sandwich? It was a weird experience.
