I will speak to a patient advocate in regards to my 70 year old mother's first time appt at this office. It was worse than a 1 star experience with the exception of the Doctor. My parents liked Dr Hezel.

I had an amazing visit. The security informed me where to go, Thank You ADAM! Then I had the pleasure of being seen by this amazing Lady GABBY who communicated every step before we actually began and she’s a True angel who goes above and beyond her job. I was then created by Chi Chi who was so pleasant such a fresh breath of air. Lastly I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Markcoux who was nice enough to print out some additional stretches that will be beneficial for my health and explain what my foot condition is experiencing and how to minimize the issue. Parking wasn’t an issue nor did I have to pay so overall I give my entire experience a 10! I’m absolutely returning in the near future. Thankful

My surgery on 3/25/22 for subtalar mid foot fusion, bone graft and harvest, and achilles lengthening with Dr Christopher Miller went very well. He did an awesome job. The staff was very attentive to my needs as well, very professional. I am healing very good. Also, every time I go to my appointments at this hospital, it's never a long wait. The staff is very pleasent, and the hospital as well as the restrooms are extremely clean.

Outstanding day surgery with Dr Kimball and the wonderful staff (especially Carmen!) for bilateral carpal release. Great Doctor, staff and facility. Best of all, great results! First pain free night in many years!❤️❤️❤️

It all started with meeting Dr Caine, who in turn recommended me to Dr Wuerz. Excellent staff. First time that I had doctors who actually listened and actually examined why I am having problems walking with extreme pain, and not fat shame me( yes I had doctors do this and stated I had a tear it will go away on it's own, how can I exercise with a messed up hip). Anyway long story short I had a good experience with the staff, and the front desk. Not rude at all, but a bit slow with everything but that's to be expected they were a bit behind the day I went in. I had a hip anthroscopy ( I butchered the spelling sorry about that), and they were very thorough on how the procedure will be done. I do recommend them, but keep in mind that everyones experience will be different.

I have gone to the 40 Allied Drive location in Dedham for physical therapy for three different situations and they are fantastic. Once for an injury to my Achilles Tendon and twice for rehab after total knee replacements. PT Joe Howley is fantastic. Has decades of experience, is very patient and makes you feel good about having to go through what is…let’s be honest…a not so good and often painful experience. The facility is very clean and well managed.

Not sure why NEBH is regarded as exceptional in orthopedic care. I brought my Mom to the outpatient rehab center at the Dedham location to see OT Katie Molloy and my mother literally left in tears. When asked why she told me that Katie told her she wasn't sure why she came there as hand splints would only make her hands worst. I am not sure why a OT is offering her advise and opinion over the surgeon but she should really stay in her lane and practice better communication with her patients.

Just had day surgery on my ankle, can’t say enough good things about all the staff here. It was nice and easy thanks to the great staff here! A special thanks to my nurse Sarah she was so caring and kind. Also nurse Karen who brought me to the car she was so nice. And a huge shout out to Dr Hoffman thank you for everything and calming my nerves!

A left ankle arthroscopic and debridement with Dr. Miller was definitely a positive experience. Everyone I interacted with was positive and happy to be there. A big hug to Kathleen for her dedication to the nursing profession and her outstanding care given to me. Ten stars for Dr. Miller and his Team, a stress free, well oiled machine. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Been here before saw several doctors they were great! Dr. J. Giurini has a Horrible attitude! Did Not like me asking questions about my feet.. Got a angry wouldn't let me ask my questions kept cutting me off mid sentence to tell me how long he had worked there and that I should just go get a pedicure. Filed a complaint
