I consistently eat here (at least 5 times a month) and am always shorted out of my large fry. Expect to get a medium when paying for a large. Actually ridiculous

Will NEVER eat here again. The passed 4 times we have been there is always something wrong with the chicken. This time my toddler had a 5 piece kids meal and every piece of chicken was pink inside. I noticed it after it was too late and she had eaten it and now she has food poisoning. I’m over it. Cook the chicken fully or stop serving it.

Tastes great and service is great. Definitely recommend the new pimento cheese spicy sandwich. But value is lacking I think. Nuggets are tiny and sandwich is definitely not considered large.

Even though there is construction going on around the parking lot, the customer service and organization was excellent. Food was excellent as well. Condiments and napkins were in the bag. There were lots of people, but my mobile order was quick to pick up through the drive-thru. Overall great experience.

Food is great, but this place is a Mad House. The Drive Thru takes at least an hour wait in your car. You will see a line of cars and police directing traffic.

By far THE WORST experience ever. I ordered through the mobile app, and used my points to redeem my FREE SPICY DELUXE SANDWHICH WHICH I STILL GOT CHARGED FOR. On top of that, the manager running the shift DID NOT try to help me when i told them my total was $39.41 but somehow they kept saying it was $45 and some change. AND my food was cold and my fries were half filled. DO NOT COME TO THIS CFA!!!

We pulled up to the window and looked at the bag. Missing 3 items. We waited almost 15 minutes for 3 items. And no sauce for Nuggets. Management. Do better. You are placing food in a bag. This isn't rocket science. 4 sandwiches 4 fries 4 drinks All meals. Only received 1 fry. No ketchup No straws
