Great freeze but the line was silly as no one else knew about pulling to the line, as the restaurant was waiting for me. So maybe help the one's who don't know how to use the new lines. No one pulled forward and by the time I was leaving it was backed up to the the Street and I couldn't go around and leave the way via 13th street. Oh well I don't usually go at this time, but I have noticed at other McDs employees going out working the line. Anyway I have what I want and I'm home.

SERIOUSLY I PAID FOR MAC SAUCE FOR A REASON! And got charged as well! I will never be back! All 8 burgers had this amount or less! Don't waist your time here.

I can not forgive mc donalds for up charging me for sweat tea. At the window I asked her is it still free inside the store she said yeah but if the customer asks for it they will charged them. Yeah yeah 10 cents but not ten scents the last 20 years and not going to be ten scents the next 80 years. I'm not going to lie or pay for tea if it's by the other soft drinks. I also asked for napkins and ketchup Cause now it has to be added but not given every time. Like this time no ketchup ruining the mc donalds I grew up with. I didn't see a sign about the upcharges or if it's an old thing but if the drink is accessible to the public it's free refills and not extra

Went through drive thru at 1:31 pm . We ordered the burger baskets so we waited 7 more minutes in number 1 line they didn’t bring us out our French fries until 1:38

While drive thru attendant wasn't wearing a name tag, he informed me that he hasn't been provided with one. Daisy as the manager, was extra polite and stated she would rectify the issue. The food was hot and fresh, customer service was good. However, there is room for improvement, specially since there are 2 other McDonald's within in a 2 mile radius. Otherwise my rating is 8 out of 10. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Only ordered two bundles and I waited 35 min for my food and once I got home I realized they didn't even give me my burgers.

Manager with the limp arm running the register is either racist or just plain rude. They don't have a fountain for drinks anymore so you have to go ask the cashier and they give you a new cup everytime, a waste of the cups and creating more garbage. Kiosk machine always takes my rewards but doesn't grant them. Food was good, only good thing.

I specifically asked not to put sweet and low or equal, I wanted regular sugar in my coffee. Sure enough when I drive off trusting they would listen. I got to work and tasted the artificial sugar. They put Splenda. 🤦

Jose was the nicest person I ever met in a fast food place, he always make sure that you get order right, he even takes a bite of my food before to make sure its safe to eat. He deserves a raise and a promotion.

The service was fine. Not my complaint. My complaint is that I got about 75% of the way through my burger and realized it was WAY under cooked.
