I've been going to this Quest location for many years. After being closed for renovation for the past 5-6 months, they reopened this week of May 9 2022. There are only 2 touch screen Kiosks inside to check yourself in. The window where you could speak with someone or ask questions is all gone. The waiting room is now smaller and packed with chairs, but half have a Social Distance sign on them. After you are called to the back, the lady that did my blood said this was the 3rd day they've been reopened, and the specimen collection rooms are larger and more organized than they used to be. Overall the renovation is nice, but wish there was still the reception window because sometimes you have a question that needs answered in person.

I don't know why the ratings are so low?? Everyone was nice and it was quick and easy. I emphasize quick and easy because my veins are usually soooo difficult to find. Literally at another place, three people were hovering over my arms just to find a vein. The woman who took my blood was nice and she got it in one try. Will probably come here again for future tests. Thank you once again for making it almost pain free!

I went to the lab yesterday. David was in the reception asking for the names and helping with check in and organization, what makes everything so easy and comfortable. Everything is super clean and organized. Rosana was the lady that did my blood work. She is super friendly and fast! I felt nothing! Having blood work is my nightmare, but this guys made it easier. For sure, from now I will do all my lab tests there. I made my appointment and I waited for 2 minutes to be seen! The most incredible: they told me 3 business days to receive the results, but ai received it with less than 24 hours!!!!! Thank you for the amazing experience guys!!!!

Clean, well managed office. Staff are friendly and professional. Arrived early for appointment and was seen and out by the original time scheduled. Plan to use this office as my go to for diagnostics. Thanks.

A great experience this morning for my blood test. I had Elida O as my phlebotomist and she was great. Professional, friendly, very gentle, and very thorough as I had a lot of blood tests done. Great job Elida! Welcome to Florida! This Quest location is very busy but they are very efficient at getting the patients that make appointments taken on time. They were taking 5 people at a time and had a good efficient line. The new remodeling is very nice. There is even a staff member in the waiting area assisting with the sign in requests. I will definitely be coming back to this location as they have a great team. Thank you again.

I had a very good experience today with Elida O, she was so kind, very professional, good job. I was a little afraid because my last experience in Quest Coral Spring was really bad.

After a pretty bad experience at Quest in Coral Springs, I came to Quest in Deerfield Beach. The location is clean, and staff are all nice. I have small veins - the Quest staff in Coral Springs took 5 attempts to get my blood for a glucose test (should have taken 2 tries) and they accidentally burst a vein, leaving me bruised for 2 weeks. At 8 months pregnant, I was so worried about having to go back for a 3-hour glucose test after the first experience. Tatiana at Quest in Deerfield Beach was amazing and so professional. She had to take my blood at 4 intervals and got the vein on the first try every time. Highly recommend.
