Seriously beautiful garden for a quick walk. They’ve recently updated the garden further with more to see, it’s a very relaxing spot! Plenty of shaded spots to sit and enjoy the surroundings.

This is such a magical place! The β€œTree Zoo” as they call it is 9 acres of land with over 200 exotic trees from five continents around the world. All of the trees can be seen along a 1/2 mile walking path that is handicap accessible. There are lots of places to sit and enjoy the scenery. There’s also two misting waterfalls in the tropical rainforest. Before the nature walk, there are basketball courts, tennis courts, and a playground. It is dog friendly! Please keep your pets on leashes and clean up after them so it stays that way. It can get a little buggy so bug spray is definitely recommended!

This is a fantastic little park! It has a beautiful walk filled with trees from all over, and a few small waterfalls. It has a nice nature walk where you can show people, or your kids, new things about nature with trees from all around the world, including some fruiting trees. This is definitely a spot to check out! The little ponds and waterfalls are very relaxing and a literal breath of fresh air. It also has exercise equipment around the walk and there are directions to show you how to work out.

Wow, we've lived in Coral Springs for many years and didn't know about this place until a couple of wks ago! The park is very nice! Lots of trees, plants, etc. Very relaxing. It was not very big, but we walked around it a few times. We would definitely come back to enjoy the serenity this arboretum offers.

This park was the last memory my ex and I had together. He passed away this year; 2020 in April. I came back today to relive those memories. In some of the photos you can kind of see his aura.. I recommend this park to everyone. |It has a great atmosphere.. and it is well kept. I will be coming back!

Peaceful little nature walk in deerfield. They have a pavilion for gatherings which is currently (dec 28, 2020) closed. Not sure if it's covid or renovation related.

We enjoyed our morning here. Kids loved playing at the playground. We all enjoyed the walk through the trail to view all the different trees and plants. There is also a tennis and basketball court to use. The only bathroom I could find was a porta potty but it was decent. A crew was there planting new plants and let the kids help plant too! Very nice!

I love Constitution Park, it is a gem on Hillsboro Boulevard. Be warned, as of this moment, quite a bit of the park is down for construction, but give it time and when they finish remodeling and renovating I believe the addition will be just as marvelous. Side note, this place is great for Pokemon Go players. About 3 gyms here and a ton of stops. Good stuff. I do love you Constitution, keep up the awesome work!

This is a great, small park. Playground for kids, beautiful scenery for adults. I used to watch my son play while my wife would go buy produce from the stand next door. They're closed for programs now, but it's still a great place to walk (about 0.5 mile loop), and Pokemon Go, if you're into that. I think there are 7-8 pokestops and 3 gyms now.

I have been to this place 4 times now and love it every time. Doesn't matter to me that some of the signs are worn away.... there are so many cool trees and plants!! There's even an area with a waterfall and steam! So colorful and different and pretty! There's a playground for littles, exercise bars throughout the whole place... and it's FREE!! Come on people this place rocks

It's a really pretty park with a few spots that are great for photos. This park has beautiful trees. And a lot of great places for reading. If you are looking for a small park to walk or relax in, I highly recommend coming to this one.

The tour was excellent. I never realized this place was here while I was living in the area. This park has a lot of different trees to see. Some are native to Florida but most are not. The way it is set up in different sections adds to goodness of the place.

A nice, little, quaint park where you can walk through a wooded trail, stop to do bodyweight exercises, play basketball, tennis, sit by the lake, or enjoy the flow of the babbling brook. It is under construction right now. I will visit again when it is fully renovated.

It's an awesome place to walk around and look at the different species of trees. But for like the last 6 months over half of the park has been closed down due to construction and every time that I go there I don't see anybody doing anything. Would love to get the whole thing opened up again.

Relaxing nature trail walk with lots of very unique trees, running waterfalls feature. Too bad it is under city construction at this time with some parts closed off now. My neighbor friend says that they also show movies on a huge portable screen with an area to place lawn chairs or blankets, they serve a bbq brunch sometimes also!

Amazing outdoors location to walk and take in all the 100s or exotic trees and plants. It's free and a great way to reduce stress. Nature at it's best and whoever maintains all the magnificent ground is doing a service to everyone. I just found it and have been rather depressed and it's nice to know I can try to take a mental break and walk through my own little oasis of senerentity. Thank you all who for having a spot for people to try to forget their problems.

Deerfield Beach Arboretum is a hidden gem. I've been living in South Florida for over 20 years and just last week I discovered this beautiful place. It feels like you are walking through a dream with beautiful landscapes and the smell of fragrant flowers. A variety of trees decorates the walking path and the sounds of birds make you feel like meditating. I highly recommend visiting if you enjoy scenic walks!

During my exploration of different parks in town for walking purposes, I came across Constitution Park and was pleasantly surprised by how much shaded area it offers. The park boasts numerous tall trees that make it an ideal spot for escaping from direct sunlight while enjoying a rejuvenating walk amidst nature.

Wonderful hidden gem! Not too long that even my grandmother and pregnant aunt were able to complete the loop in about an hour. Many beautiful plants! Some of the trees didn’t have name tags which was a tad unfortunate. Definitely recommend a visit!

Really cool place ! We are from Fort Myers, FL but we visited the Deerfield/ Fort Lauderdale area. We love the playground and of course all the foliage! Great place to take kids for entertainment and still keep it educational !

Arboretum is beautiful. It looks like it could use a little groundskeeping but nothing too bad. There are benches and picnic tables all over to enjoy the park. The path is wheelchair accessible and there's plenty of play area for kids. There is a playground, basketball court, and tennis court. The playground needs some updating but plenty of kids were enjoying it. There were no restrooms on premise. If there were some in the main building, we wouldn't know since it closed before the park did. Overall, we really enjoyed wandering the arboretum and will come back to enjoy it again.

Wow! This park was amazing. I can honestly say it's one of the best parks I've been to. I love nature and they have trees and plants from different countries all over the world. It's also a nice spot to go for walks or to work out. I'll definitely be back to this park in the near future.

So beautiful I love what they've done to the back area of this park. I must say though the playground needs attention! The playground is super old and there seems to be no maintenance on it.. so sad because it is a great park for families.

Super great park. Its shaded. It has a nice path. It has steams (my dog loves the streams). I have seen weddings, proposals, photo shoots at this park. The trees, plants have plaques telling you what and where they are from. It’s a neat place. The parking lot is too small, the only negative.

Great botanical garden. This garden has many trees when compared to other gardens with many types of small plants. Great place for a jog/walk. Huge kids playing area. This place is not overrated. It also has an event space, that needs to be reserved.

Lovely, small public and free arboretum. Looking a little tired, and could use some attention. Good variety of Palms, and tropical flora from around the world. A few lie waterfalls, lots of shade and ramadas, benches and tables. All flat so easily handicapped and stroller accessible. Updating the children’s playground area today. Looks very inviting for kids. Also main building was closed and had to use a jiffy-John. Enjoyed our visit.

Used to be nice park, but is abandoned, the name the trees are gone you cannot read. The best part are under construction. πŸ‘Ž

  • 3/5 Michael C. 3 years ago on Google
So it’s β€œopen” past dark, but there’s no lights to see anything so if you go at nighttime, you won’t be able to read any of the plaques telling you what the things are. Other than that, definitely a wide selection of plants and more than enough different varieties of palm trees

Very nice scenic spot for toddlers and when they finish construction for grownups too. Right now it is a nice walk but it just wants you to ask for more in ways of how long the walking area is.

Lovely place to spend an afternoon. Plenty of shade trees to have a picnic under. Tennis courts. People walking their dogs or going for a run. Trashcan on site. They are in the middle of expanding.

This is a photographer's playground, lots of fun backgrounds and scenery. Great framing and lighting all around the park. The first time I went it was pretty empty (mainly just other photographers) and those that were in the park were masked but the next time I went there were a lot more people, a lot more families on the playground and walking about, none were masked or practicing social distancing. Google says it's closed but it was open to walk around.

  • 4/5 Luke S. 3 years ago on Google
Nice quick spot to get a walk in and enjoy some local tree varieties. Wasn't crowded on a Wednesday afternoon. 4 stars only because it was rather small and it looked like some construction was going on and we couldn't see all of it.

Fantastic little park, reminds me of the parks back home, takes your mind of being stuck in Florida. Deerfield is great though, A million times better than Miami thats for sure. It feels a lot safer and cleaner than most places I've lived in Flordia. The park has plenty of parking, exercise trail ( the equipment is closed due to covid) but most ignore it. The basketball courts are closed atm also, as is most of the seating.

  • 5/5 Chris 3 years ago on Google
Really unique part. Half the park is currently closed(Japanese arches and waterfall not accessible) due to construction. Seems covid altered the progress on them finishing. Tennis courts are nice however one of the lights is out on the far court nearest to the playground. 5 stars for the sheer uniqueness of this park. You will see plants that you have have never seen before. Lots of character.

  • 3/5 M. Christine L. 3 years ago on Google
"under construction" so they have half or more of the walking trail fenced off. Where you can walk and the trees you can see are still nice so it's not exactly a complete waste to go over there, but you should be aware it'll be a very short walk.

  • 5/5 Oren S. 3 years ago on Google
Playground is still closed, but the walk is open and not very crowded.
