Service was very fast and Kendall was very nice to work with on my order. All of the weekly cookies (cookies and cream, waffle, fried ice cream, red velvet, and dulce de leche)were great this week! The promo double chocolate chunk with sea salt was really good too! The sea salt really helped cut through the super sweet of the chocolate chips!

The workers at this location are absolutely amazing!! They were so welcoming and helpful! Although short, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this crumbl location. This may be obvious, but the store smells absolutely delightful! I enjoyed every single bite! The cookies practically melted in my mouth!! I 100% recommend you visit this location!!

I've been a harsh critic of Crumbl, and I've gotten some pretty lousy cookies from other locations in the past. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen at this Mason location, but it's like a completely different place! The cookies are thick, rich, fully-cooked, soft inside, crispy edges, well-balanced sweetness with a pinch of salt.. pretty close to perfect! Service here is 10/10, too. I still won't call myself a Crumbl fan, but this location is amazing.

These cookies are super delicious. I love these and this is my go to place for cookies from now. Little bit expensive but they are worth it for the taste and quality.

My daughter and I got some cookies from here and she ordered a strawberry cheesecake one. Unfortunately, the cookie was super doughy inside and looked as though it wasn't cooked all the way through. Wasn't trying to get sick, so we threw them away. Make sure your cookies are cooked all the way.

Incredible Cookies! Me and my friend biked around that area recently, and decided to stop there! The cookies were incredible! Highly recommend the peanut butter crunch cookie! 🍪 The only issue was the price… 4.60 for a cookie isn’t very good… 🫤 😑 But the cookie was huge! 4.5 Stars ✨✨✨ Would recommend.
