We have already booked again for next year. Beautiful apartment clean and comfortable, excellent amenities and location for bars restaurants and shops. Also safe of road parking, bonus. Can't wait to visit next year.

Normally we stay at sweet suites but no availability for the dates we wanted. Good apartment for the price we paid Clean and fresh. Everything you would need close by and the beach a short walk. We only stay for a couple of nights so the review based on that Also travelling as a couple so not sure what families need any more

Great location near shops and beach. Easy to dip in and out of Blackpool via bus or car. We stayed in what I'd refer to as a bedsit type room (two adults and one child). The room itself was adequate. Good sized bed. Nice touches such as milk, water, kitchen roll and fruit. The small kitchen area was generally well equipped. If I was being really picky- the rails to hang clothing are located above the child's bed so not really functional if a little one is sleeping in said bed. Only two bath towels were provided even though 3 of us were booked for the stay. The digital display window on the microwave oven wasn't working properly which meant it was impossible to know which setting was selected.

Design Suites are apartments in Lytham StAnnes near Blackpool and they're really well situated, close to shops and other amenities. No fuss and has got everything you need for a short stay. A few little niggles on arrival but very quickly rectified. Some minor repairs need to be looked at due to wear and tear however, they are being sorted out this afternoon. I'd use it again no probs.

Have been twice now the accommodation is spotless it is in a nice quiet ares of lytham which is a lovely place, I would recomed a stay at design suite weather on business or for pleasure. I will definitely be booking again

This place is a hidden gem .... all the years i have been coming to lytham st annes and i did not know about this place. Clean, tidy , spacious and modern. I will definitely be staying here again. Superb

Honestly the best self contained apartment I have stayed in. If your looking for security, parking and has all the amenities needed to stay comfortable for a couple of days, weeks. Absolute steal of a price and 10 minute walk to the beach. We will be returning, the kids loved the bunk beds and it was just a happy space to be in after spending most of the day out.

Spent 4 nights in an apartment with grandchildren who loved the bunkbeds. Away from noise but easy walk to shops and seafront.
