everyone.
I
hope
this
will
not
going
to
happen
any
of
you..
I
would
like
to
highlight
something
really
important
with
all
of
you.
The
thing
which
played
a
vital
role
in
our
day
to
day
life
is
FOOD..
and
Without
food
we
are
not
going
to
survive.
Yesterday
one
incident
that
happened
with
me..
Actually
yesterday
i
ordered
the
FOOD
from
ZOMATO.
I
have
already
shared
the
details
with
all
of
you
guyz..
So
we
all
know
we
are
going
through
pandemic
of
covoid
19
situation.
I
ordered
the
food
at
12:30
AM.
For
the
confirmation
i
called
to
delivery
boy
he
said
he
will
be
there
by
an
hour.
I
said
thats
fine
because
i
know
the
situation.
When
he
came
and
i
took
the
order
i
saw
FOOD
was
not
sealed
at
all
and
in
this
situation
when
our
government
saying
we
should
maintain
our
hygiene
during
this
time
that
restraunt
provide
that
facility
to
their
customer
where
basic
HYGIENE
is
ZERO.
At
2:40AM
the
food
was
delivered
and
when
i
talk
to
the
owner
of
that
Restaurant..
What
she
said...
She
committed
me
for
the
delievery
again
with
the
proper
seal
food.
I
trusted
her..
And
after.
Waiting
so
long
when
i
called
back
to
the
owner
she
said
delivery
boy
was
not
accepting
the
order
.
Till
4:30
I
haven't
received
my
food
,Iost
my
money
and
Zomato
team
created
me
only
60
point
that's
how
they
handle
there
customer
by
giving
this
kind
of
service
return.
Is
this
the
way
these
restraunt
guyz
committed
to
their
CUSTOMER..
I
really
felt
bad
what
i
have
experienced.
Such
a
bad
EXPERIENCE..
I
LOST
MY
MONEY
I
LOST
MY
TIME
I
LOST
MY
FOOD.
I
hope
this
incident
will
not
going
to
happen
with
you
in
future.
As
a
respectful
citizen
of
our
india..
I
am
Aware
you
all..
