I wasn't planning on reviewing this Arby's when I went here, but I MUST. Normally I post photos and give a more detailed review. I've had the Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich a couple of times at other Arby's locations. It's great. I heard they have a new Wagyu Burger that I wanted to try, but when I got there, there was a sign that said their fryer was down and they couldn't make it. So I stuck with the Pecan Chicken Salad and was not disappointed! It was truly the best one I've ever had. The drive thru person (Elonjanae) was super friendly and even offered me a free salad to make up for the fact. I jokingly told them to tell their boss to give them a raise for doing such a great job. They then told me that their manager and district manager had recently quit and went somewhere else. I'm simply amazed that these troopers are doing such a GREAT JOB running this place by themselves without proper management. They need to be commended and supported. I am SO pleased with this service and the food I can't express!

Food gets no stars from me! The roast beef was cut so thick it was nasty. I'm not going back here for a while. Please, Arby's, do better. It's supposed to be thinly sliced. At least that's what the commercial says.

Our experienced today wasn't everything we'd hoped. The order-taker seemed a little confused. The crinkle cut fries weren't as hot as they should have been. I will say that the new All American Sandwich they have, is mighty delicious. I had a Reuben, which is always good, but it wasn't as warm as it should have been.

Long line. Short staffed, food was good though. Kinda expensive for a drive thru and the wait time is ridiculous. 35 minutes in a drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me.

I love Arby’s hands down one of my favorite places to eat. My big issue with it is the drive through. It’s so slow, much faster to just go inside and order that mouth watering delicious MEATS.

If I could give zero stars for service I would. Our order did not get filled and when we asked about it the women was very rude and never apologized and acted like she was questioning us. Food was not up to Arby’s typical food.

I had ordered a roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich and had gotten a chicken salad sandwich and the lady at the window was not very nice. Would like the people at the window to actually listen to what you say instead of just guessing do better Arby’s.

Service was terrible. Two people in our group did not receive their food for over 20 minutes. When they went to check on it, the lady working was rude. Never apologized. It took 25 minutes to get 2 average sandwich’s.

We went here Saturday night late. I just want to recognize the young lady working BY HERSELF!!! SHE WAS AMAZING. SHE was polite, kept her calm demeanor and the food was wonderful. It is such a shame that ANYBODY SHOULD HAVE TO TAKE ORDERS, AND COOK BY THEMSELVES!! SHE UP FRONT TOLD US IT WOULD BE ABOUT 15 MINUTE WAIT....IT WAS 20. THERE WAS STILL A LONG LINE. THIS GIRL/ WOMAN DESERVES SOME SERIOUS RECONITION FOR HER SERVICES. NOT MANY PEOPLE WOULD HAVE STAYED. NOR CONTINUED WORKING WITH A SMILE! THANK YOU! I WISH I CAUGHT YOUR NAME....YOU WAS GREAT!

Messed up paying out the order, did not inform me of the issue with double charging my card. Food was cold. Messy wrapping. No fork for Mac & cheese. Wrap was only partially cut. Just overall a poor experience.

they asked 3 times which sauce and we said a lot of 3 Pepper and the spicy. All we got was 2 mustard. Why are you asking if you're not listening. We had to turn around into the parking lot, go inside to get what we ordered. Food was good, but 4⭐️ the most.

I've been to this Arby's twice, and both times they got my order wrong. Like randomly added cheese sauce to my sandwich despite it not being asked for and not something that I've ever had a problem with at any other Arby's location. The roast beef was also sliced way too thick. The restaurant was also really dirty, not just by the chairs and tables, but from what I could see in the kitchen as I ordered. It looked like they had probably just kicked crumbs and food under the counters and stove. Really gross and unprofessional. Would not recommend this location. The Arby's in Wauseon and Bryan are amazing, but not the Defiance one.

I love Arby's,never dissappoints...I like the 2 for 7 special w cheesesticks.I just tried the bacon ranch cheesesteak,and it was amazing!!

Food was was a mixed bag. Sandwich was great but fries sucked. Only other thing worth mentioning is the place is filthy. Entrance, restroom, drink counter, just about everything is nasty.

I always give it a couple weeks/months before leaving a review, but everytime I come through the drive through at least one order is completely forgotten. today it was an order of nuggets. when going in to retrieve the forgotten items, I always notice a greasy, crumby, dirty kitchen and a lobby that isn't well taken care of. this place has really fallen off the handle in the last 3 months. from serving stale food that's clearly been in the warmer past it's limits, to not making lemonades correctly (too much flavoring) , etc. I will include that the attentiveness & attitude of the employees has improved !

Service was wonderful highly uninviting. Food was tossed in the bag. Opened up the sandwich and it was just like it was tossed in the wrapper and wrapped cheese and whatever else leaking out.

It was good but I went there the night before and went to the drive-thru and the kids says welcome to Arby's just to let you know we're out of roast beef hahaha and I said oh you're joking that's not funny and he said no we are really out of roast beef so I got chicken bacon ranch sandwich it was good but I had my brain set on a beef and cheddar so I went back the next day and I got the beef and cheddar

Always busy but takes way to long to get food usually. Staff doesn't communicate very well with customers who are waiting either, whether they are waiting to order or get their food

I like Arby's food. It's a higher quality than many fast food restaurants. This one in particular has a fairly short line in the drive through and that was perfect because I was in a hurry. Big mistake. It took just as long as the much-longer lines at the surrounding ff restaurants. The food was good though. Everything was correct with my order. So, that kind of makes up for the wait. I had the turkey, bacon, and ranch sandwich. The bread is soft and delicious. It's HUGE, so I typically only eat half at a time. Yummy curly fries. And my son liked the chicken nugget kid's meal. He said the toy was the best kid's meal toy ever.

If you're going to have an open view of the kitchen you should make sure that you clean the floor remove the garbage cans and put the cleaning supplies up as well the staff was nice

Took about 10 minutes to get to the speaker to order. At THAT point they told me they couldn't accept cards. Only cash. I said they should put up a sign well before people are trapped in the que. She responded "well I'm just an employee. They don't listen to us anyway.". It took another 10 minutes to get out of the line not leaving me any time on my 1/2 hour break to go elsewhere.

I ordered a cheeseburger and I asked to put pickle and ketchup on it so they did but then I got it and I opended it and there’s a big rip on the bottom of the bag and all the sauce I didn’t ask for was on there and. I haven’t ate all day them little rascals

Sandwich was cold and smaller than usual. Fries were cold and cooked in old oil. Food was not good.

My jalapeño toast beef sliders had no jalapeño and the buns were hard the meat was dry and my friend literally got violently sick after the last time I went there.

Their drive thru seems to always get some of my order wrong, and it's become enough of an issue that I refuse to eat here anymore. This is the fifth time in a row someone didn't get something or it was wrong.

Worst Arbys ever, the hiring manager has an awful attitude and it shows through the way his employees act and treat customers and even coworkers. It’s obvious the owners don’t care much about anything letting people like this run the place. Food is subpar at best, they couldn’t even coat a chicken tender all the way with buffalo sauce for a slider. I watched 3 employees walk past my order on the prep table while flies landed on it and after a few passes had to ask for it to be bagged up so I could get out. Won’t be back as long as this staff is there, with the exception of one they’re all terrible 🤷🏻‍♂️

If could give zero stars I would. Waited and waited and complained and waited some more. Always told I was next. After 20 minutes of waiting and being told I was next I just left. Was late coming back from lunch because of one beef and chedder. Worst place ever. Go across the street and learn how to run a fast food restaurant from McDonald's.

I've recently been through the drive-thru and with as much as they've revamped the place, they could have added more concrete around the Window Bend. If you haven't been recently, expect a bit of hard mudden when you turn the corner headed towards their windows. Consistant vehicle traffic in the dirt/grounds, and you'd expect the owner would notice and improve or request for an improvement for the drive. Food was decent. Slopped together and half the cheddar of my Beef n Cheddar was on the side of the bun, not even on the roast beef. Curly Fries are still their main dish I'd say and they still do those justice though. I can not comment on the interior or the Employees as I've not been in the dinning room since they've opened back up from pre-Covid.

Was very busy today. But the employees worked hard and fast to get everybody's food served. Employee at the cash register was very friendly and polite. Just a great experience!

The roast beef sandwiches were cold! We didn't like that they were cold, hence the rating of 1 star.

Food generally is prepared well, however one of the slowest drive-thru lines in the nation. As others have noted, if you want hot fries, go somewhere else.

Gotta be the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I was probably in line at the drive through for 45 minutes or so, at a point where I couldn’t even just leave and go somewhere else. People exited the restaurant saying that workers were screaming at each other. The lady at the drive through inter com was extremely rude and cold, interrupting me multiple times. Definitely won’t be going back to arby’s unless it’s a different store

Dear Arby's. Staffing 4 people at a location is a huge undertaking. Especially when the place is super packed and driver thru is also. Here's the thing. The 4 employees that are working right now are awesome. All our food was correct and didn't take too long to come out. Great staff!
