I go back and forth from US and Canada all the time and was so excited to see Tim Hortons near by and went. Everyone was friendly but the coffee was watered down, tasted old and burnt, and there was not enough French vanilla in it. The everything bagel was old and stale and the top bagel didn’t even have cream cheese on it. Yuck. Lesson learned on going to this Tim Horton location. Never again.

Stinky bathroom, service & food. A coffee shop which didn’t even have milk in hand. Seemed like staff didn’t really wanna work there. Shameful !!

Just went to Tim Hortons here and it was horrible. The lady that was taking our order tried every way to ignore us or even try to get our order right she kept messing up when we got the food she didn’t even greet us. Or tell us to have a good day she just rolled her eyes an when we got our food the hash-browns were stale an almost not eatable the only got one sandwich that we ordered in the whole order but even that was made incorrectly. An when I tried to get it resolved to get my money back I called an the phone is shut off completely. I’ll never go back to a Tim Hortons after today. Discussing an rude.

Was craving a donut, and my parents were hungry so I went here for a quick breakfast. This location has been hit or miss for a while, but I took a chance today. I went in and asked for a sausage bagel sandwich, a bacon bagel sandwich and a vanilla cream donut. The only thing they got right was the donut. I should have looked in the bag before I left the store, because what they gave me was absolutely baffling. I gave my parents the bag when I got home. They were hoping for their bagel sandwiches; what they got was a sausage English muffin, a Christmas tree donut, and (here’s the kicker) a single piece of sausage in a bag. Disappointing.

Clean store and friendly service when I stopped in here. Coffee was great and service was quick.

Ordered a pumpkin spice ice coffee and the idiot messed it up had it tasting like hot dog water so I came back and told them it was gross and she proceeded to make me a new one and it tasted even worse than the first one so I just pitched it literally the worst coffee I’ve tasted don’t recommend, I honestly wouldn’t even give it a one star.

Went in today for a large and was worried I would not get the cream and sugar right but the nice guy behind the counter help me out tremendously (I always order a medium) order # 352 wish I had his name so I could shout him out. Great work man keep it up

Very rude Employees and Managers, didn't receive 4 items of my $36 order and when i asked the manager yelled at me to grab my bag of food and after i grabbed it and proved i didnt get my food she continued to yell, I then asked for a refund or my food 3 managers said No refund and didnt give me my food. Window guy didnt offer me my receipt, he was vaping in the store and called me a b word. Overall Defiance Tim hortons Sucks, They rarely have anything and are extremely disrespectful.

You gotta love Tim Hortons. The Timbits are the best! We don't have any close to where I live, so we always look to see if there is one close to where we're traveling.

Our coffee tasted burnt and service was slow. I would highly recommend going to Tim Hortons in Canada it's much better.

Tim Hortons has the best coffee and breakfast sandwiches. This place is just as good as all the others. Grab a sausage, egg and cheese croissant with a medium double double and you're going to have a solid day.

Walked to this store from Defiance College and was pleasantly surprised. The store was warm and inviting and I was promptly greeted by friendly staff members. I ordered a large hot chocolate & a krueler donut and s double chocolate cake donut. The donuts were very fresh (noonish) and the chocolate was great. The friendly staff provided me with a little milk in a cup to cool down the streaming hot chocolate & kindly made me a glass of ice water... 😎 Keep up the awesome work! - Tim Horton's of Defiance, OH

Stopped in for a quick hot chocolate with whipped topping just like I always got on trips to Canada for shopping or hockey games. Service at the drive thru was a bit backed up, but otherwise fine.

the drinks are always hit or miss. you can order the same thing 100 times in a row, but depending on who is making it, it’s going to taste different every single time. there are a couple workers that are super nice, but the rest… not so much.

On a road trip with my dad and it was a great find for this Canadian. The staff member with fun hair was very chatty and it made our long drive a little better. Thanks for a little taste of home

Canada Tim hortons are way better. The avocado toast was soggy and ice capp tasted sour. I asked for itt to be remade but it still was very sour

i had Tim Hortons for the first time this morning. the food tasted pretty good, but they messed up my order, and my breakfast sandwich had a LOT of egg shells in it. i'm not really sure how they didn't notice. half of my sandwich was full of shells.

I go thru the drive thru every few days. Today will be the last time. They didn't have the avacoda toest again telling me it is really popular. I go thru at different times a day and they never have it. I order a waffel sandwich I coudn't eat it there was sugar sprinkled on top plus they gave me the wrong donut even though I repetaed my order twice. Avoid this store.

Incredibly nice staff. Good breakfast sandwiches, and I like the egg bite option for people who can't do bread. The Tim Bites are great. Honey flavored was the best.
