Tried "Melts" Not good as the advertise. Pizza is more tastier. Cheesy Kochchi sauce was good and spicy. Melts not worth for the price 890. Tried Spicy Chicken anf Meat Feast. Meat feast was better than spicy chicken one. Good atmosphere. Seats available for 15-20. Parking available.

Newly opened Pizza Hut branch located around 1km from Kottawa. Staff is very friendly and it has front parking space for 4 vehicles and there is more space available beside the road side by and also beside the main road.

This place newly opened place like that I heard. this place same as others. Everything is normal. When I ordered a pizza it's takes some time as usual. Busy place. Staff is good. Good service. Nothing bad to say. But the cinnom rolls taste was too much sweet. So we can't taste the cinnamon taste

The people and their service are excellent, and the store is tidy and uncluttered. The double chicken & cheese fiesta that we had was pretty good. Although there isn't much room, parking the cars is not difficult.

So this is Pizza Hut’s new outlet in Kottawa, within 1km radius from the town. First I had a delivery from them, which was so good, and made me visit the place for dine in within a week. Unlike their usual outlets, the pizza here are very fresh, cheesier and tastier. The staff was very polite and helpful. The place has around 5-6 tables and has a very calm, soothing ambiance. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

The experience was great and we were having a birthday surprise there as well the staff was really friendly and helped us through it all the way, though they clearly said there aren't much options they helped us improvise the surprise without a problem. They were fast to do it and helped make it a memorable day! Also on a side note you get to see as the pizza gets made! I was always wondering how they make it and finally got the chance to see the process behind the scenes as they made it! Recommended for any Pizza hut lover

Came here on a Saturday night and ordered a vegetable melts and a macaroni and cheese for dine in. Somehow this outlet messed up the order and had prepared it as a takeaway order. After waiting about 20 minutes at the table, I was told that they've prepared the order as a takeaway. Since I waited in the outlet, I said ok and started eating. It was the worst mac and cheese I had in the Pizzahut chain. There was literally no cheese and all I could observe was macaroni and some onion chops. Cheese was next to nothing. Vegetable melts was really unappealing here. They messed up the order. Noise coming from the kitchen was too loud. This is not the place you'd want to use as a hangout place with your friends due to the noise already made by staff here. Will not come here again nor order anything from this specific outlet. I had the worst experience I ever had in a Pizzahut restaurant in this outlet. They got my order wrong and the given food was really bad. Ambience of the outlet was ruined by the chatter of the staff. We usually have mac and cheese and vege melts from pizzahut and this outlet really didn't live upto the expectation.

Tried out the new melts recently. It was tasty. Not very big Portion but okay tasty. 890rs. We bought meat feast which is the best

Very cozy place. Good for a date or family eat outs. Nice staff, very humble and helpful. Have parking as well but when its crowded, have no space for parking. Food is great, hot pizzas. Nice experience

"I feel compelled to share my experience with Pizza Hut's recent offering, the 'Melts.' Unfortunately, it left me quite disappointed. Not only was the taste not up to my expectations, but the pricing at Rs.890 felt exorbitant for what was essentially a small serving of chicken and potato cream with minimal spices. The portion size of half roti pieces with spice cream cheese didn't justify the price tag. In fact, for Rs.400, I can enjoy a more satisfying meal elsewhere with a full roti, salad, and chicken. As a loyal customer, I believe it's important for the international franchise to reevaluate the value they are providing.
