Staff was annoying, unskilled staff, and there is hidden cameras in the room

A very dirty place. There are a lot of cockroaches, ants everywhere. Towels and pillows are very smelly. There is a lot of dirt in the pillows. The bathroom is very dirty. The water pressure is also very low. The person who served us was a very kind person. The food also has no significant specialization. But they do provide free Wi-Fi. The air conditioners are in very good condition. Slightly harder to sleep at night. Because they have a nightclub, they have parties until dawn. This hotel is all rubbish. They do not pay much attention to the cleanliness of the hotel. It is also not properly maintained.

Located close to Mount Lavinia beach. This place is great for accommodation if you’re two people. Close to main road to walking distance to both beach and main road. Staff was friendly.

Very good economical place. Worth for money. But no Breakfast facilities, Tea or Coffee.. Ground floor restaurant has closed

This hotel is close to near beach just only walkable distance all staff are very helpful specially their manager, but have one problem there is no lift service, and bar is on ground floor good for family,solo, couples

Purely a budget hotel. Go here if you do not have any other choice. Do not go by the photos, it's just an illusion. The rooms are not very clean. The cots make creeky noise and are not very comfortable to sleep. They have a restaurant but I doubt the hygiene. The person serving us smelt sweat all the time (gross). The only advantage is it's location. It's walkable distance from the beach and just about 5kms from the Colombo Plan Road.

Worth for money. Can recommended. Tasty foods. Great service.

Extremely clean rooms. However they have a very noisy club downstairs which is open till 6am. Really disturbing.

Best place for a comfortable stay. Extremely happy about their facilities and ease provided by the attendent named DEVA. Easy to travel around and the beach is close to you. Shore by O club was just few feets away. I totally recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely be back to this place someday. Charges are fair and worth it.

Quite comfortable room and bed the small balcony was in need of a clean up as masonry work was in progress above my room and no one came to tidy up the mess. Hot shower was OK. I think there were no meals available..just a small breakfast of fruit. Shared fridge to place your cold drinks down stairs.. No radio and TV had poor reception. It was OK for a few days only great beach nearby with a local food stall.
