Despite the place being just next to the road, the restaurant is EXTREMELY CALM. The decorations are exquisite and was so spell bounded by it. So serene and calm the food is also so good. We went there for dinner and we really had a good time. The fried rice is awesome, really. The service is also very fast. So it's a 10/10 for everything overall.

This is my first visit to Hot Master in Boralasgamuwa. I used to visit their other branch located in Kesbawa. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Regular Burger which comes with fries and masala tea. Despite there being many staff and only myself and one other couple dining, it took more than 35 minutes to serve my food. The masala tea was served after 25 minutes from placing the order. Despite this delay, the masala tea was delicious and hot. The burger was also excellent, with a soft and fresh bun. It includes crispy chicken, omelette, cheese slice, mayonnaise sauce, cucumber slices, tomato slices, onions, and salad leaves. The atmosphere was good, and prices are so reasonable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my dining experience was enjoyable. The food at Hotmaster was absolutely delicious, and the portions were reasonable for the price. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and prepared with great attention to detail. However, it's worth noting that parking can be a challenge as there are limited spaces available. If you're planning a visit to Hotmaster, I recommend going after 7 pm for the best experience. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its great food, friendly staff, and inviting atmosphere.

We went there on a Sunday evening. They opened exactly at 5pm. We were the first ones to enter. We ordered Roasted Chicken Cheese full kottu, one coca cola, and a masala tea for two people. It took around 12-15 mins. to prepare the food. The portion of the kottu was more than enough for two people. They served tomato sauce, chilli sambol, and chilli paste with kottu. The kottu was hot and tasty as well. The only drawback was there were flies circling around the food even though the floor was air conditioned. You can reserve a table before going there as well. The parking space in front of the restaurant is not that spacious.
