Absolute
worst
after
sales
service
I've
ever
experienced..!!
Purchased
a
TV
from
this
place
back
in
December
2022
with
2
years
warranty.
Then
some
kind
of
a
display
issue
came
up
back
in
October
first
week
2023.
As
it
is
within
the
warranty
period
I
have
placed
a
service
order
and
accordingly
the
TV
was
picked
up
by
a
technician
from
the
company
on
11th
of
October.
After
number
of
calls
to
the
service
center
I
was
informed
that
the
replacement
parts
are
not
available
and
as
per
the
terms
of
the
warranty
I
am
eligible
for
a
replacement
TV.
Then
again
after
several
days
of
calling
imagine
my
surprise
when
I
was
informed
that
they
don't
have
stock
to
provide
me
with
a
replacement
TV
as
well.
I
don't
see
the
point
of
selling
the
product
with
a
warranty
if
you're
not
maintaining
proper
stocks
to
provide
replacements.
🤷
Then
on
30th
of
October
I
received
a
text
that
a
cash
refund
has
been
approved.
Therefore
I
contacted
the
outlet
and
what
a
surprise,
they're
telling
me
that
they
are
not
refunding
the
cash
as
well.
Instead
they
suggested
me
that
they
can
provide
me
with
TWO
smaller
sized
TV's
for
the
same
price.
😂
Obviously
I
refused
this
since
I
have
no
use
for
two
Televisions.
Then
after
few
more
days
of
wasting
my
time
with
phone
calls
they
finally
agreed
to
a
cash
refund
on
07th
of
November.
Now
the
day
is
14th
November
and
to
this
day
I
have
not
received
the
refund
and
when
I
called
to
ask
about
it
yesterday,
to
my
frustration
they're
telling
me
that
the
refund
is
on
hold
untill
the
new
stocks
are
important
(I
am
still
trying
to
figure
out
the
logic
behind
that
excuse).
The
only
response
I
am
getting
is
"winadi
5k
denna
sir
call
Karannan"
which
they
never
do.
So
thank
you
very
much
Singer
Sri
Lanka
for
wasting
my
time
and
money
for
more
than
a
month
with
18
Calls
to
the
outlet
and
10
Calls
to
the
hotline.
Never
expected
such
poor
level
of
customer
service
and
after
sales
service
from
a
company
like
Singer.
