As usual how well dinemore goes this branch too gave in their best. Plus the whole staff was very cool and friendly. Worth the money to be honest I would say.

It's always the best option if you want to try submarine, Decent eatery with friendly staff. But seems like their quality has declined over the past few years when compared to the taste, freshness and the quantity of food. Average washroom cleanliness.

I knew you guys had gone down hill in recent years but I dropped in for a quick bite for old times sake and was sorely disappointed. I went and sat down only to realize that the table was wet. I then cleaned it a bit and waited for the food. The waiter came by in about 10 mins and careless slid across the table to me a burger. The plate had oil drips every where. This should have been indicative of what was to come. It was the least flavorful burger with oil just oozing out of it. It was disgusting. The waiter then came by and rudely plonked on my table some tissues. This guy was just a class act. He had his mask over his mouth but not the nose. He then proceeded to pull his socks up while standing in the middle of the restaurant. I am sure he will handle people's food after this without washing his hands. He then started having a conversation with someone who was sticking his head out of the kitchen. Prices have understandably gone up, but food quality is abysmal, and the servers who should be looking at exemplary customer service at a time when number of patrons are dwindling don't seem to care about it. You know that I won't be visiting you again. Sad to see what was once great family restaurant fall down to this level.

Nice Place. I tried a veg Submarine from here for the first time, and it was delicious! Literally I'm a big fan of the Dinemore Submarine, but I've never tried the vegetarian version. It was stuffed with bell peppers, onions, lettuce, mayonnaise, sauce, and a variety of other ingredients as well. The amount of bell pepper, on the other hand, seemed excessive. But that was all right. The vegetarian fried rice was also delicious. And, as usual, the pricing was reasonable. The staff was so friendly and the customer service was also good. ❤

Dinemore is very popular for there signature dinemore spicy chicken submarine. It was delicious and is served with a side of french fries. The ambiance was good too. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Good place to go with friends or family. The place is open for lunch and dinner

Beef chops was absolutely out of this world. Definitely whoever loves beef should try this dish which is next level. Bun was average. We tried burger too. But the burger was not that much good. But the beef chops would be the star of the night. Food was very late. Because of the crowd. Cheers guys

Got a very nice experience from there, not like other branches, enough space and was less crowded even in the sunday. Food was delicious and very helpful staff. You can get your meal very peacefully, no rush ! Highly recommend this branch😋

The submarines were good. It took some time to get them served but it's worth the wait. Some of the items in the menu were not available at the time we went.

Lovely place and atmosphere. But didn't have much choices mostly due to shortage of stocks. Could have been a better experience if they have desserts and juices.

This place used to be good, but recently after the price increase, their food is not worth the price. Their burgers are worth 900rs but it is not good for the price. The plusses are their fried rice, which is good. And the place is clean and the AC is working unlike KFC. Too bad their prices are too high though.

I visited the place just when they opened at 11am, on a poya day. They only had Chicken and Spicy Chicken submarine under the submarines menu. Service was fast and the food was delicious.

I always find Dinemore Awesome. They have subs just the way i like and much more. About Thurston Dinemore, With being delayed for the lunch, 9 of us came there around 3.40 and they quickly combined tables and arranged them for us. Fried Rice took some time but was delicious. Prawns Sub also good, but no enough prawns.. Overall, had a good experience. Really good place for surprise parties and all. There are about 16 tables give or take and a nice staff. Good place.

Dinemore's been my sub spot forever, especially loving that beef sub. But on my recent visit, things were off - service felt different (maybe newbies), the bun was dry and old, and the taste wasn't quite right. On the bright side, they didn't skimp on the meat in the sub. Fingers crossed they get back on track and don't skimp on quality!

Uhh !! I have been here atleast 6-7 times a month. 50% of the day's foods are quite okay. I usually get chicken submarine and club sandwich. The once i brought today was eww 🤢🤮 i felt something wrong with it and as i though something has went wrong and i and my friend had to suffer with stomach pains over the night. Some day's foods are really good quality but when it goes worse it's the worst every 🤢 try to keep your quality guy's making poor quality will loose your customers😏

This restaurant is in a great location, within walking distance from Royal College or Race course grounds. We ordered submarines and chocolate milk shake. They were very delicious, exactly what we asked for. It took almost 15 minutes to ready our order. Had only some minor criticism about the staff. Would be great if they were more responsive. However we had a great lunch there. Nice place to hangout with friends. I will definitely be going there again.

I went to get a takeaway snack, they had organised the entire process considering the current pandemic situation, however customers did not all adhere to the safety practices. The time from order placement to receiving was a bit of a wait, maybe because I had not called in my order first. The food (submarine sandwich) it's self was quite tasty.

Usually the food is great and I loved it! However today, I didn't get the pizza I ordered instead I got a different one and it had a burnt flavor to it. I didn't like it all. They have reduced the quantity of the chips that is served and it is so disappointing 😑. Dinemore is famous for their French fries portions and this time, it was so little.

Went with 5 people. The waiter brought 3 plates and one had hair on it. Once we pointed it out he didn’t apologize. Had 3 pizzas that tasted really bad. Came to the point where we just left without eating the full thing. I’d starve than going to this place.

Submarine is the best choice, other than nothing much, and they don't serve Indian until 5 on the eve. Pizza is below average.

They are the homegrown submarine brand of Sri Lanka. The service is not that great if you dine in . The orders are late since they prioritize the deliveries for uber eats and pickme. Hence you have wait quite a time to get your order fulfilled. The staff focus and genre hygiene has also little biy lowet thab it used to be.But I'm sure they can improve the services to what was before. Also as mentioned please have better quality in food as well .Other than that overall it still has good value for money

Nice interior and calm environment. Not a busy place. The food and beverages are very delicious. Easy to reach the place. Enough parking space available. The staff is very friendly and no latency. Also the prices are very wealthy. I think they can take food in an attractive manner, they can use a little bit of a decorative way to present the foods and beverages. We went around lunch time but it was only us at the restaurant. Orders came within 20 minutes. The ambience is too old. Other than that the service and food is still really nice. They have increased the prices now.

Can recommend crispy chicken burger, beef burger and original chicken submarine. They had a fresh taste. Atmosphere was okay, not too crowded.

Food is ok way better than marine drive branch , However customer service is a bit bad , We had to keep on looking for someone to serve our table or they will never even look at us after giving the menu. Dinemore used to be a friendlier restaurant back in the days , I have no clue what happened.

If you are visiting on a Friday it needs to be either early hours or late, it is difficult to get a seat from 7-10pm. Others days of the weeks is perfect. This is one of the THE best places for Submarine for decades, but weeks back checked in with family and friends, food quality has come down, specifically fries portions come with it not satisfying at all (5-6 strips) Serving time needs to be improved.

Seriously, a restaurant with delicious & affordable submarines, burgers and so many varieties. However, their service is somewhat bored and bland. Guys you can do a better service by smiling and staying cheerful. I am massive fan of Dinemore submarines and glad that they are keeping their taste intact. I would love to recommend Dinemore. Known for their submarine and Burger varieties. But their rice specially we ordered Singapore fried rice and it's not worth at all. The portion is half when compared with other places. Not tasty at all. Service is good. Parking is available. Prices are above average and the price was not worth for what they offered. Not recommended their rice varieties but submarines and other burgers are okay.

We too ordered spicy chicken submarine it was less spicy and not enough cheese in it. But the taste was ok.i recommend this restaurant for family dine in. Seriously believe me you'll never regret

I dont recommend this place. Most items mentioned in the menu arent available when you go there for dine in like the waiters present in an arrogant way. They should have courtesy to cut off the items not available atleast. And also i ordered a french fries dish last 25th for dine in and i saw the waiter was eating from my dish when he was bringing it from the kitchen area which is very harmful to the reputation of dinemore chain. Like he did it public and was coming towards me chewing it. I hate it.Food are somewhat ok. Customer service is nil.
