Good place for all. Kids can play on the 1st floor. The food court is also the best.

One of the most attractive apartments in Dompe town. Clean,cool, quiet and clam. Situated near a paddy field. The proprietor also very helpful, honesty gentleman. Recommended for any decent small family.

The area is small but they have made everything inside it for a complete shopping ride. Large dining area with dominos, roots, bubble tea, and few other food stalls. Kids play area with few gaming events are available at the upstairs. A 3D cinema also available. Clothing, digital goods, cosmetics, snacks and many more available for shopping. Keells super has made the location complete for a weekend family shopping ride. Good, convenient location. Recommended!

Somehow good shopping mall, there is food court, odel, keells, 3d movie hall, vision care and some other shops. Overall good.

Nice place to hang out with friends and loved ones in Moratuwa. Especially recommend the food court which has incredible value meals which, compared to other places in Colombo offer the same food for half the price !

It's not a grand shopping mall like the ones in Colombo, but it's pretty decent. It's got some nice shops, a decent food corner, a play area for your children on the second floor, and the Maxx Lite 3D Cinema is my go-to-place for movies.

Pretty good! Foods in Food court stalls are not recommended but there's more options if u wanna get something to eat. Other shops and the theater is pretty good. Highly Recommended to anyone who's under a budget plan

A well-organized location with several retail booths. The parking lot is very excellent and well-kept. And this supermarket has a wider range of things. There is also a larger parking lot accessible. Because of the parking structure, access is simple. Because it is located on a busy route, it is convenient to do shopping on your way home. Staff is kind and helpful, and they appear to be having a good time. I also have to mention the speedy cashier service accessible here, which allows us to bill purchased products swiftly. Normally, this location is not very busy.

Shops are available in many categories. Kids play area is a good addition. There are plenty to choose in the food court as well. Maintaining is what management should look out for. Major plus is the supermarket of Keells which bring more crowd regardless of weekends or weekdays

Not so big shopping mall, but you can find good shopping experience and spend good leisure time. There is a food court, garments shops, electronic shop, Keells supermarket and cinema etc. Ample space for car park, You can find electrical charging point and garage. Have a great time.

All kind of services are under one place. It used to be a clean and tidy place but nowadays there is no proper maintenance in this. Hence the washrooms are not clean and some of the doors has been broken. The cafeteria section is not clean as it used to be.

Good place, some selection is there including BR ice cream outlet too. Good sitting area too. Washrooms need attention.

Cool Place to Hangout. It really gives you the vibe of a superMall. Yet it's comparatively Small. They have awesome theater as well.

Parking space is more than enough. Many stores to buy items. Food court is up to the satisfactory level.

When we want to buy some food from the food arcade. It is very irritating for me because the persons who are standing in front of the food stalls are really annoying. We can't chose what we want to eat. They always try to take over and give whatever they want. Other than that, theatre is great and that is a plus point.

I think this is the only mall in and around Colombo which have plenty of parking space and do not charge for parking. Most of the other malls such as Majestic city, liberty plaza used to charge 100LKR per hour for parking. But these people never charge for parking.

Great place in Katubedda. A small area, but many things to visit. Movie theater, Kids area, clothing stores, food court and many other things. Very clean place.

Such a nice place to be! A brilliant shopping mall.. enjoyed the foods. It has a burger king, roots etc. Which are amazing.

I have been visiting this place for quite some time , 5-6 years perhaps. Today I went to watch a movie that I had been waiting for months and suddenly before the end credits , screening was cut short and people had to leave after realizing they are not gonna finish showing the rest of the movie. When asked about it , the management said , its not their fault and there was no end credits to the movie at all , Where clearly these was a few minutes left on the story to unravel something great . And we missed it. I have come here more times than I can count but never left the theater feeling dissapointed like today. The staff had been nothing but helpful all these years ,So I hope they won't make the same mistake again.

Hated this place! They dont even have functioning bathrooms. The bidet shower was gone and there was no toilet paper in any of the bathroom stalls. Only thing good abt this place is the EV charging station nothing else!

The food court is somehow good. Btw the bubble tea store there wasn't upto me. The quality is kinda low. I recommend Roots store for fresh juices. Also the Mango milkshake is really good. Other stalls wasn't much good but Bel piatto store was somehow okay. There's also a Burger king there but I personally don't like Burger king because it's not upto the quality like Mc Donalds. Also the movie theatre there was also good but the A/C inside the movie hall wasn't enough. Overall experience is good.

Good place to hang out. They have a food court with Chinese food and burger king. But the food court only had 6 glasses. That's disappointing so don't expect glasses. Cinema IS NOT 3D. There's a children's play area game hub and many shops. Next to the keels you can hire three wheelers. There's security all over the place.

My daughter and her friend had an amazing fun time there at the play area. It was cleaned and tidy.

Contains a Keels Super market, Food court, Movie theater, Fashion stores and many more. Valuable place. Ample parking spaces are there amidst the busy Galle road which is a huge convenience.

Not a big shopping mall as promoted and advertised. Just a small collection of stores. The lobby area is very small and there's not even a seating place or waiting area. The parking space is enough and there's also a EV Charging station inside. But the mall is bit out of style.

The food court is good with many varieties you can buy from and they have bubble.tea as well. Also you can shop inside and they have a kids game zone as well

Most shops were closed around 10 i food corner. There were no place to buy a hot drink inside it. Thank to cinema cafe was able to buy a neacafe.

Its a great place to shopping. It have lots of shops including Keels food city, Burger king, Bubble Mania, Baskin Robbins, Softlogic etc... And they have a play area for Childrens and a Movie Theater too. Also you can enjoy some delusions foods from 3 food stalls they have.

Suitable for girls out, can watch a movie and eat. Few restaurants to choose and all are good. Movie theater is small but better experience. And there are variations of shops for clothings, furniture, gift, groceries... The rest room is clean too

A place where you can get all the homes needs at once. Food corner is great with several options. There are couple of food chains can be seen. Movie theaters, supermarket, clothing stores and much more.

This is my usual place to hang out. And I love the maxcity cinema experience as always.

K-Zone - what would Moratuwa be without it? It is a convenient place to go shopping, and is easily accessible. Keells is great as always, offering a wide variety of products you may not typically find in other supermarkets. Often, not enough cashiers are available during peak times, but this is easily outweighed by the convenience and product range. ODEL - always fun to look around, with fantastic clothing items. Although too expensive for an ordinary person to shop at on a regular basis, it is lovely to have a branch within Moratuwa. A smaller selection than some ODELs, but great nonetheless. SoftlogicMax / Singer - basically what you would expect from these two brands. Not always the best prices, but they are highly reliable and offer a good range of home electronics. There are better outlets in Moratuwa - but these two are conveniently located within K-Zone amongst other shops. MaxxLite Cinema - I am really happy this exists and is located closeby. I used to travel to Savoy in Colombo, but MaxxLite is now my favourite cinema. Extremely affordable, with both foreign and local cinema. I wish it were open on Poya Days - that's when most people are free to go to the cinema. There are sometimes issues with rude people that talk over the film or use their phone. Not MaxxLite's fault, but I wish they would handle the situation more often. Sometimes the movie audio can be a little quiet. Subtitles would be a great addition, or just turning up the audio. Overall, the seats are great, it's clean, it's affordable, and the screen is of good size and quality. It's closeby and convenient, and I will continue to support MaxxLite. Thank you to the staff for providing a great cinema experience. Stone & String - I don't know much about jewelery, but Stone & String has a good selection! Their items make for great gifts for both men and women. I'd love it if they offered some gold items aside from the usual silver jewelry. Food Court - the main highlights of the food court is Burger King, Roots and Baskin Robbins. These three outlets are what you'd expect of any of their other branches. They all provide delivery through Uber Eats / PickMe too. The court is (usually) very clean and a pleasant place to eat. Overall, myself, like many others, are very grateful for K-Zone. It's a staple of living in Moratuwa. I hope to see more great shops added, and I fully support its continued growth.

Bit small than expected. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained premisess including washrooms, public and outdoor areas. Available to purchase lifestyle items,kitchenary items and kids items including toys and most of things. Bit busy in afternoons and nights and food court is located in right side of the mall

The burger king service is been good and covid protocol been used as well. Vege burgers and ridge cut fries are better than other fast food retailers. Waiting time and service was ok too. Kids love burger king taste and kzone has ample parking space.

This place is now not maintaining properly. No single customer is visiting shops other than Keels super market at the off peak hours.

It's a good place to visit.. But I wish it had all the stuff from food to good clothes without being too expensive

Very good They add too much salt to the fruit juice they make daily. All other countries add no salt to fruit juice. It a part of Sri Lankan culture and that women who make recipes has included the salt, And those who make it cannot be blamed.

Ideally located with ample parking spaces. The Security staff does a good job in guiding customers. Having an R charging station is also an advantage.

Great experience. Have a great staff in various shops. The keels is the main part of the building and also the cinema also a major customer attraction point there. There are so many shops and they are well organized. The car park have plenty of space and local and foreign customers mostly visiting there.

Easy access because of parking structure. Located at main road so easy to shopping when you going way home. Nice and helpful staff with happy look. The places might be seen as huge shopping mall but it is infact not much other than Keells and Odel. The layout is nice and parking place is huge.There is car wash center also located within the parking lot. Dont try food here .We tried few outlets and were very disappointed. Specially dont even go close to the bubble tea place.The place serves the worst bubble teas I have ever tasted.We orderd two varieties and both had same chemical flavour and each tea cup had less than ten bubbles.
