One of my favorite Crispy chicken in Colombo. Mostly I ordered Wings Portion and The Famous Mac Rice. Those foods are really tasty and in consistent quality. Large parking area. I think only Mc Donald’s open till midnight sometimes when I working in the late night I used to order them through their mobile app. They are really responsive and give a quick service. The staffs are really helpful. Large Seating area. Kids Playing area also available. Drive through also available. The place is Calm and clean. Highly recommended.

I recently stopped by the McDonald’s branch in Mount Lavinia and ordered their classic Big Mac combo meal. It was a satisfying experience. Very clean, excellent service, no coffee, no coffee machine fitted to them for over a year. No hot chocolate .. Breakfast is not available ... I like fried chicken because it is closer to the Sri Lankan spice flavors than KFC When I asked them for original sauces like honey mustard or bbq for nuggets they gave me just plain mustard. Great place to visit and dine. Parking is available, and can be ordered via LCD displays. I also ordered from the cashier and kept the bill waiting for my order to be carried. But those who ordered after me also ordered before me. I waited for about 20 minutes and when I asked about the order they remembered. If you want a burger, go to Burger King or Street Burger. The chicken is good, but it's so. Plus, they charge $ 250 for delivery compared to all the other brands that charge 100 or 150 MAX !! The best place is the best food ... it's American food. You guys should try it .. I recommend this place for all occasions. They had spacious parking and the staff were polite and friendly. The prices are the same as we spend at Taco Bell and KFC. The taste is bitter. I have no doubt I will be back there. It is a children's playground.

I wanted to experience the food here for the first time. Went there with high expectation but was really disappointed. Nothing tasted good. And the sad part is i got exact anchor chocolate milk in their own package for 410Rs. The burger and the footlong sub was soggy and I didn’t like the flavor of both. Fries were very blunt. Total waste of money and appetite.

Not gonna comment on the food and service since its a standard across the chain. Atmosphere was great. My little one loved the play area. There is ample parking space. They have a drive through pick up as well.

We have missed the place and went past it. Had to walk back few metres. The name board is hidden from the view and it is located infront of the dominos. The front entrance is closed and had to use the side entrance. There are about 20 tables and a playing are for kids. There was crowd to about 20 people or so. But the place is really quite. The order should be sent through the self assesed devices in the front. There were four devices. But the second one in the line does not accept credit cards due to error in the machine. Tried many times and had to pay at the counter for the order. The spicy rice meal and the ice cream is really great. Order customization through the device is really convenient and easy. If you added multiple units of the same meal and if need to customise one by one meal you may have to go until proceed order, before checkout the option to edit the order will appear. From there you can customize each order. But we had difficulty in finding rice options since they include it in the burger options. They should open a new category for rices. The staff person was really helpful when placing the order. Ice creams can be used for dessert and the price is really low and also the ice cream is very tastefull. The Chocolate one is rs.100 higher than vanila but only has chocolate topping. So vanila one is the money saving one. Vanila one is only Rs.110/-. The environment of the place is very silent and interesting. Outdoor seating is also nice and clean. Overally the place is well kept and cleaned. Nice place to eat. They also serve the dishes through table service. So it is really convenient and efficient.

The outlet here is very open with a lot of natural light. Spaced out very well and perfect for visiting during the pandemic. Clean and cozy and just perfrct. Wr usually enjoy the food at Mac Donald's and we ordered a kids meal which comes accompanied with a you of your choice for a girl or boy. The fillet'o'fish burger is a must try. The sauce on it is the bomb. The Mac spicy burger is really tastey as well. And nothing beats the Mac Donald's chocolate Sunday and do try this when you visit.

Best McDonald’s branch I have visited in SL. Active crew members, Specifically the Cashier is attention to details and live in the values I believe. Situated in a convenient place on Galle road, Mt Lavinia. The quality has decreased, the burger bun was in pieces. Service is quite slow given that few people were there when I went.

Ordering is done on the LED screens and not at the counter. About 6 screens are there. Place your order on the LED screen and you have an option to pay by card or by cash. It can be a little tricky though. You have to be a little tech-savvy. If you pay by card, you'll get a receipt from the LED counter. Show that and you'll get your table number. If you want to pay by cash, take the receipt from the LED counter and show it at the cashier counter. Pay the amount and they'll give you the table number. So it will be easy for them to find you when the order is ready. They only give limited about of tomato ketchup sachets and few tissues. You'll have to ask again if you need any more. Air-conditioning wasn't very good. Felt a little warm inside. So, the best time to visit would be in the evenings. Service is good. But prices are quite high.

Service was ok but then I was the only one there, so no real challenge for them. Ordered a lot of food for family. I didn't look at the food because, well, McDonald's, it's standard, right? Nope. The burgers had suddenly shrunk in half, like little more than the Kids' Meal size, the buns felt like they'd been taken out of a freezer and thawed, kind of like the stuff you get with airplane food, the chicken burger was not crispy, there were absolutely no other toppings like lettuce or mayonnaise. On the whole, a sad little thing compared to the depictions. I get that they may be having to cut costs, but seriously, it's a major MNC and the corner family shop could produce better. The only thing they haven't cut is the price.

What's nice about McDonald's in Srilanka is it gives us a Srilankan twist..the burgers are slightly smaller than other countries yet gives us some special options like a nice rice dish during lunch hours with their fried chicken strips. They will serve to your table, so you don't have to be hanging around until your token is called out. Spacious and comfortable environment. Highly recommend for a fast meal.

Very clean, great service, NO COFFEE, can you believe they can't fix the coffee machine over a year 😭😡😤 can you imagine Macdonald without coffee... No breakfast available... I like the fried chicken as their taste much better than KFC much more close to Sri Lankan spicy flavors For nuggets no original sauce such as honey mustard or bbq when I asked them they gave me just regular mustard.
