We had booked a 7 day Sri Lanka trip with Olanka Travels and had a great time there. Very beautiful place with lots of interesting places to visit. Our Point of contact Gimhani from Olanka Travels understood our preferences before creating the tour plan, addressed all our queries timely and ensure we get proper information regarding all the travel protocols. She stayed in touch with us during the entire trip to ensure we have a comfortable stay. Our driver and tour guide Denuwan was helpful and empathetic. Ensured that we don’t miss out on any experience like puja at tooth temple, trek to Ella rock etc. overall a memorable trip for us.

We had an excellent trip to Sri Lanka co-ordinated through Olanka Travels... One night stay was at Kandy and 2 nights at Bentota. Was very well organized and executed by the Olanka team. Special mention to 2 people 1.) Mr. Kalpa who accompanied us through out the trip and drove the Cab for us. Excellent support and service from him. & 2.) Ms. Maleesha, who co-ordinated with us in planning the trip perfectly, was very supportive, though we changed the itenary and the plans few times before finalizing.... I would like to thank the Olanka Travels travel agency and especially Miss Tharuka for organizing our twelve day tour of Sri Lanka. She immediately incorporated all our needs into our itinerary and was constantly in electronic contact with us. We slept in eight hotels, where we had a delicious breakfast and dinner. Sri Lanka is a very nice country, among the attractions I would mention Sigiria, Dambula, tea plantations, the royal botanical garden, nature with many waterfalls, safaris in Yala National Park, fishermen sitting on sticks and much more. Our driver Indika showed us all the beauties with a safe ride, to whom we also thank.

This was our second trip outside India and it was beautiful and memorable experience. Thanks to Yoshani , right from the day we contacted Olanka she was helpful, customized itinerary many times as per our need and flight timings, responded outside working hours, was in touch throughout the tour. Choice of places and the hotels was very good. Our driver during the trip M R S Kumara was very good, shared a his knowledge about different things in SriLanka. Visa and PCR tests for covid were also taken care of.

We had a wonderful experience in Sri Lanka. The booking process was handled entirely on WhatsApp which made it extremely convenient for me. Our wonderful agent allowed us to tailor the itinerary to our heart's desire. The ongoing protests, power cuts, fuel queues etc. did not affect our holiday in any way. Our driver was very kind, caring and professional. He looked after us more than we could have hoped for. We were enabled to see a lot of Sri Lanka in 5 days and hotels were completely arranged for us on a half board basis! We got to know about from a common friend and we went forward with the plan. Olanka planned the itineraries according to our choice and helped us customise it according to our need. Our agent from Olanka was Sadeepa who has been in constant touch with us throughout the trip. She also has been empathetic to our change in flight schedule and modified our plans by providing us temporary accommodation. The tour guide we had was really interesting and enthusiastic about the whole trip. He preferred being called DC, he had ample knowledge and a great driver. DC and Sadeepa planned and gave us surprises as well for our honeymoon. He took special care of our comfort and has been really friendly throughout. He introduced us to many Sri Lankan cuisine, and took us to multiple authentic cafes for food and beverages. All in all one of the best trip we had, thanks. 😊

Sri lanka is a beautiful country, & I had a great time here courtesy Olanka Travels. They customised my tour based on my preferences of Heritage & Nature, & made it a memorable ride for me these past 7 days. I recently used Olanka Travels for my trip Sri Lanka and have had the most amazing trip. The itinerary booking, planning, etc. was done so smoothly without any troubles or hassle. The entire trip was planned catering to our preference from visits to Colombo, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya. Our family holidays (2 adults, 2 kids 5 and 9 years old) was amazing. Firstly, I would like to thanks Harshani for organizing this family trip. She is very responsive to all our inquiries (100% recommended). We visited Maldives for 4 days/ 3 nights and we had a wonderful time despite it was intermittent raining. Please make sure about the weather conditions before booking a trip to this paradise because a lot of fun activities were canceled! Our next Stop was Sri Lanka for 6 days/5 nights which was also amazing. I would like to thanks Dayal the driver and guide who since he picked up us at the airport make us feel safe and support us with the luggage and adjusting to our preferences . In addition it was very pleasant to talk with him due he speaks very good English. In Sri Lanka everything is beautiful. We astonished about all the beautiful landscapes we saw. We learned about their culture, we tasted their food and it was delicious. I will advice to discuss with your trip planner your food preferences in the hotel the book for you, specially for kids. Regarding the tours, I would say that you should balance between these and having enough time to relax in the hotel. In our case, we felt we could remove some activities and reach the hotel earlier to enjoy all what they have to offer, specially the one at the beach in Bentota, you need definitely 2 days in this hotel if you have kids.

A very recommendable company for personal tours! The entire planning and schedule process was incredibly professional and the communication with Gimhani was more than accurate and pleasant! Ahe was amazing!! Guide Pradeep was a delight to have with us during the entire trip and he gave a lot of cultural and historical information about the places we visited! Besides that Pradeep became a friend during the days and we had many laughs and good conversations. We can recommend Olanka travel with a full confidence and a warm heart!

I had a three week tour with Sri Lanka handled by Olanka Travels and amazingly capable Gimhani. Despite the fact we wanted a vastly different experience from the standard one, and our flight changes four times (including the day before leaving), the agency handled everything. Thanks Gimhani! Upon arrival, our driver and guide waited for us. We had an interesting program everyday. The agency knows all the hotels and put us in the best ones according to our preference. They remembered minutiae like PCR test timing and required visas. I cannot recommend the agency enough.

OLanka travels planned a wonderful 6 days and 7 nights tour for us. They also provided us the best tour chauffeur and guide, Mr Anusha Indika who I would highly recommend you ask for to visit all the beautiful destinations in Sri Lanka. Beautiful hotels and rooms have been selected for our comfort and the Sri Lankan food is better tasting at the breakfast/dinner buffets. The car drives between destinations was safe and smooth. We could sleep peacefully while Mr. Indika drove us through the countryside and winding hills of Sri Lanka. All in all, a great way to get a glimpse of a country that has such a diverse culture and history.
