Caravan Fresh recently introduced the Biscuit Pudding . Costs Rs. 120 This is made out chocolate Marie biscuit which is something new rather than the normal Marie biscuit dipped in chocolate powder. The chocolate Marie sets a new taste to this Pudding with a decent amount of icing on top and little bit of nuts . Perfect choice if you have an idea to enjoy a desert after lunch. This can also be ordered via Uber Eats it's available

It's just AWESOME. Awesome and friendly customer service. They explain everything and clear out all the doubts about everything. They provided me with really good suggestions for my Birthday treat to office, I bought some cakes and they delivered with care. they even arranged the card payment to me since i was having difficulties with getting to an ATM. Cakes were packed properly, Presentable and delivered with care, on time. delivery guy also really pleasant and careful. Hand off was perfect, quick and efficient. all of my staff appropriated and complemented on deliciousness and good look of the cake. Cake pieces were fresh, tasty and was in perfect temperature. Highly recommend the place for any of your need.

Average staff. Their mantra is "මාරු නෑ නෙහ්" and will be asked to get change money from somewhere else. Also sometimes have troubles in making payments using Debit cards. No enough seating arrangements and parking. Do not try their beverages. Lately the quality of the food has fallen below average.

Facing the main road. Near a very busy junction there for it is really difficult to park here. Lots of cake options for very reasonable prices. specially recommend the smoked chicken roll here. The cookie options are also amazing. Love the fudge cookie. Recommend to try. Disappointing customer service though

0745h IST on a Wednesday, Not bad, one thing they have definitely got going for them is that they are open. Nescafe coffee (50 LKR) isn't bad but has way too much sugar in it pre-mixed but it could be just me as I do too take any sugar at home by choice. They do have some nice looking cakes on display and I hope to indulge myself some other time. Seems nice and clean for the most part. I will update this review when I have/learn more. Caravan Fresh was truly exceptional. From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff was always made us to come buy our breakfast. And the staff Mr Anil and MS kareema are very attentive and keen staffs. I wish them the best for giving us the best service as always.

The food is good but their online service ain't! I received no proof of payment or even a bill with a reference no. or whatsoever for a an online order I placed for a birthday cake via Whatsapp. When i asked if it was possible to get a receipt, I was just left on "read". Aaaand then when I went to collect the cake, the wording on the cake was missing! In-spite of being charged extra for the wording, it wasn't there and they were asking me for a receipt which they clearly didn't give me. However, after sometime a boy in the outlet did the icing.

Staff clennliness and manners are zero. They touch food with bare hands and not even an apology.

Very dissatisfied regarding customer relationships. Don't know how to speak to customers in order to retain them. I ask for a decorating on cake with some sprinkles or atleast with happy birthday. They directly said that if you don't want the cake cancel the order or else buy a role and put on the cake very aggressively. I haven't experience such a poor behavior from a respective restaurant before that

On a pleasant day, I had the worst experience. We purchased a small cake and instructed your staff to write Congratulations (name) on it. However, she divides the word into two halves, such as congra tulations up and down. When we inquired about it, she was really unpleasant and unprofessional. She simply wrecked our day.
