The
salesman
was
a
delight
(I
would
give
him
a
4
star)
but
the
delivery,
installation,
and
service
(warranty)
has
horrible.
They
delivered
it
after
calling
for
2
solid
days
after
they
missed
the
first
delivery
time.
They
delivered
and
installed
it,
but
did
not
test
it
and
when
I
went
to
use
it
it
kept
delivering
an
error
message.
After
calling
the
service
center
for
a
week
they
still
had
not
managed
to
send
a
repairman
and
at
this
point
I
called
the
original
salesman
and
he
had
it
sorted
within
a
day.
Apparently
the
internal
hose
had
a
leak.
After
they
fixed
it
they
attempted
for
about
30
minutes
to
get
me
to
pay
the
repair
bill
even
though
it
was
delivered
this
way.
Finally
I
got
someone
on
the
phone
and
they
recognized
my
10
day
old
washing
machine
warranty
that
was
valid
for
an
entire
12
months.
Fast
forward
8
months
and
the
machine
breaks
down
agaim.
This
time
it
took
9
days
to
get
someone
to
show
up
after
the
service
department
missed
5
days
of
appointments.
They
had
to
return
the
next
day
to
fix
it
and
they
tried
to
charge
me
again.
I
had
to
argue
with
the
service
lady
as
she
told
me
I
only
had
a
6month
warranty
even
though
I
had
my
receipt
and
warranty
card
on
me
that
showed
12
months.
I
had
to
eventually
get
her
manager
and
he
sorted
it
out.
