It was my first time dine in at this place even though had ordered delivery. The ambience was calm and peaceful for a chat. The staff was really friendly and didn’t hesitate to support us in everything we requested. The price and the portions are reasonable. Food is delicious and the in house sauces are a great value addition. I would recommend this place for any pizza lover as well as anyone looking forward to have a peaceful chat in a busy Suburb.

Went to this place to have some unique pizza 🍕experience and happy to say that we got what we expected. The place is calm and peaceful. It has a small park so you can easily park your vehicle. It is a 2 storey building and facilitate outdoor dining. At the time we went, it was a bit hot so we decided to dine inside the restaurant. As for the meal, we chose Chicken Bacon & Biththara (half) and Chicken NaiMiris (half) pizza. Gotta say it was extremely delicious and well enough for two people. As for the dessert, we ordered a BeriCola and a plate of Brownies with Ice cream. They were also delectable. Nimantha, very supportive and friendly person who served us well. Big Kudos for him 👏🏻. Overall, we had a brilliant experience. Will visit again for sure ❤️

The place has a calm and cozy vibe with outdoor and indoor seating as well, specially for evenings. Parking available for a few vehicles conveniently. Pizzas taste good but can say the quality seems to decline over time. Good customer service from the waiters.

After a considerable time since my last visit, I decided to give this place another try. However, this time, I was rather disappointed with the quality of the food. We arrived at the establishment around 10:30, shortly before closing time, so I wonder if that might have affected the pizzas we received. Unfortunately, the pizzas we ordered did not live up to our expectations. On a more positive note, the service we experienced was exceptional. We were attended to by a friendly and polite waiter named Shivan (or something similar, I apologize for forgetting the exact name). His service was truly amazing and made our dining experience more pleasant. Taking everything into account, I find it difficult to recommend this place. Despite the outstanding service, the four varieties of pizzas we tried were subpar and tasted quite unpleasant. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the overall dining experience for future customers.

The pizza was okay, but the mushrooms were from a can. For this price I would expect fresh. The kottu was way too spicy. After receiving the check we found out that they charge 10% service charge AND an extra 15% for taxes (VAT). Feels like a scam as it should be included in the menu prices. Would not recommend coming here at all.

Delicious and freshly baked pizza. Interior is also good. Prices are reasonable but they add VAT and Sevice charge separately. In my case had to pay 1000LKR additional for this. (For ex 4000 for food+ 1000 VAT&SC) Customer service is good though.

My first impression of here is kind of dull. They took so much time to give a menu card to me. It took almost 20 minutes after i visit there. Staff were ignoring customers and going here n there. About pizzas they were thin, crusty and yummy also they have cheese cake as well.

One of the best restaurants in Colombo to taste pizzas. Their signature food come with Nai Miris and a must to try out if you visit Arthur's. Nai Miris koththu is another dish that is recommended to try out. Restaurant has the capacity to accommodate around 30 people at once, with dining spaces available inside (on ground floor & 1st floor) & outside. But be careful if you are dining outside as there are some bugs on wooden tables. The staff is friendly, but we felt that they are understaff with just one waiter serving all the customers. Has a designated parking space which could accommodate around 6 vehicles at once.

I am a big fan of arthurs pizza. I visit the one in mount Lavinia often. Visited this place once and it was more or less the same as the other one. Pizza is super delicious and I love them. You should try the Nai miris pizza and ask for Nai miris ketch up as well. It has a list of cocktails and mocktails as well.

Staff service superb. Had to face a small problem there regarding foods but staff already take our side and treated us as they value there customers. This was my first visit to there. Definitely i'm going there again for sure. Sorry for the 4 star rating. Car parking is not that big. Can park 4 or 5 vehicles. Indoor very clean.

I went to the Horton Place restaurant and paid for a pasta to be delivered to my daughter who was at swimming class with my wife at NCC pool. Few hours later my wife called me saying that she received the pasta but there’s no cutlery or tissues with the order. I called and complained to their number and the restaurant manager apologised for the mistake. But a simple mistake like this which should be common sense to include cutlery resulted in my 3 year old kid having to eat a creamy pasta with her hand. I’m fuming for the idiocy of whoever packed this. If orders don’t come with cutlery I shouldave been informed in advance which wasn’t the case. I shouldave ordered from Harpos which is my regular joint. Utterly disappointed with your service.

We bought a PIZZA CHOLESTEROL from Athurs pizza. They mentioned there are two layers of mozeralla, but there is only one layer and its not taste much good. Also milkshake comes with more water. There is no milk. Other thing is card payments are not working here. Wasted our time.

I have been patronizing this place for last 6 years, but recently their standards and quality has gone down. Their pizzas no more edible. Please don't waste your money going here. They are no more doing thin crust and the taste is rubbish. I don't call it as a pizza. I have ordered nai miris chicken pizza and mas kade pizza today. both are total rubbish. Base is not baked, no more thin crust, no salt more over it is not taste at all. I personally recommended this place for so many people but now regret it. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD PLACES

The food was not good. The pizza had a strange sour taste and the mushroo.s were clearly from a can. The kottu was very spicy but not flavourfull. The waiter didn't really speak english. The prices are already quite high for Sri Lanka, and then they charge 10% service AND 15% VAT, which makes your food a whole lot more expensive than the menu price. Would absolutely not recommend.

Very expensive but low quality (we got paneer mazala pizza). Nowhere near the quality we experienced in the past. Rs.1000/= extra "tax" was also added to the advertised price. Would not buy again.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Colombo 07. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite, specially Prabath. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Colombo 07.

Disappointed!! The place was not as clean and pleasant as it used to be. There were rats and cockroaches. Food orders were taking ages to serve. Not many options in the menu for both drinks and dishes. The staff was also a bit lethargic. We were given a table outside and the exhaust fan from the kitchen was directly coming towards us. Food is not as tasty and appetizing. Something has gone wrong with this place! I would still recommend the Mount Lavinia place though.

Spent the afternoon catching up with friends here. The pizzas were amazing and starting from the reservation process our server Prabath was very helpful and efficient. Would definitely come again.

Price hikes have effected everyone and Arthur's is no different. But their is still great services and the pizzas are tasty. Nice outdoor area to come with someone and the Horton Place outlet is one of the few places you can have pizza as early as you like. Keep it up

We ordered a four cheese with chicken bacon pizza and loved it! The spicy sauce was delicious and went with the pizza perfectly... Liked the berry cola as well.... Loved the photos of Arthur, He's Beautiful. Hope you keep up the good work and keep improving!

We ordered a Chicken BBQ pizza and it was really good. It was refreshing and I liked the spicy hot sauce which they served with it. Also, Kasun who served us was really welcoming. His customer service was really good. He was so nice to us.

Really surprised at how this Pizzeria has such high ratings. We spent 5 weeks in Sri Lanka, and had some of the best pizzas we ever had anywhere. However, we were very disappointed with Arthur's. Ordered one pizza, half/half split. We specifically asked that nothing spicy be suggested. One of our pizzas was so spicy it was truly inedible. Both pizzas were undercooked and doughy (mushy). The restaurant is named after the owner's dog, Arthur, which was cute. The place and especially the restroom weren't the cleanest.

Very tasty food and superb customer service. We made a small private party in there which the staff was helpful and make arrangements. Food and drinks also been well prepared and taste. Highly recommended and appreciate the service. Specially the staff member named Kasun was so help and gave us an incredible service.

Came to Arthur's since we have tried all other Pizzerias earlier and this was the one left and the reviews said it was one of the best in Colombo. We tried both of their signature chicken and mutton pizzas. It smelled of coconut oil a lot. Pizzas were not great either. It didn't taste bad but average. Definitely not worth for a repeat try. The ambience was Ok. There was a loud cricket match on TV in addition to the very faint music. Service was good. The waiter was very polite.

The food was okay. I ordered two Pizzas and One Pasta Portion. The pizza was good and enjoyable but the pasta not so much. Service was good. Other than that my biggest complain was the poor hygiene. The place smells to be fair there is a outdoor area but it is still not acceptable. The tables were not properly cleaned and it felt like the place has been abandoned. Worst of them all is there is presence of mice in the dining area. Since there is open are it is understandable that mice and sneak in but by the look of it restaurant can do a bit more to prevent that from happening.

A very bad experience 1. Pizza tasted very bad,dough not baked properly 2. Complained made to the waiter got us a new pizza which tasted the same did not finish, when spoke to the waiter he said yes the chicken was raw. 3 Requested for a sausage platter,sausages were cool inside Went to the cashier point to make a complaint and I saw the waiter eating a sausage from one of the other guests plate which he was supposed to serve, he ate one and served the other guest with the eaten sausage. 4. Requested to talk to the manger 25 mins later the waiter says he has gone out ( surprising while on duty ) 5. Requested for the bill, bill was wrong they had over charged for the French fries original price 999, bill price 1199 very surprising 6. Spoke to the waiter and he said he is new and chef is only 3 months hence that's the reason. Arthur's was a place we always liked from the inception however it's not the case anymore. Poor poor poor

One of the best pizzas in town at reasonable prices. Tried their Chicken Nai Miris Pizza & Chicken BBQ. Loved their Nai Miris Pizza, one of the spiciest pizza I ever had and flavorful too. Chicken BBQ pizza was ok but had a tinge of sweetness to it. Their Cheese Garlic Paan was great too. Service was excellent and it is a quiet and calm place to hang out. You can dine on the top floor or inside in the ground floor. Won't recommend the outdoor dining place in the bottom floor.

Best place in town for a great pizza for reasonable price. Loved the Pizza Cholesterol and the Chicken Nai Miris Pizza...highly recommend this place. <3

Had a really Great experience with them. I've visited them twice and on the 2nd visit made a reservation for 12 people for a birthday celebration. They arranged everything very well. The food was on time... The customer service was awesome. Friendly staff. Everyone enjoyed the dinner and the food was of great taste and quality. One of the most delicious pizza i ever tasted. Located in very calm place. Staff is very friendly & supportive. It has air conditioned dinning area as well as large outside dinning area (upstairs). They provide 2 types of sauce (tomato & kochchi) for every pizza you order. A night visit would be more romantic but unfortunately we visited at day time! 😋

I visited this restaurant recently, and I must say the atmosphere was quite calming and pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the food; the taste didn't meet my expectations, and the prices were on the higher side. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
