They have never cheated us on the quality of gold. In Dubai when you want to exchange old gold jewellery for new if it is made by Vogue they never check the quality. Even though this place is quite crowed on weekdays as it is the head office, there are two or three staffs always around you with a smile and helping you out with your requirements, before we go we called the place and inquire the availability of the certain product and, when we arrived the person who spoke to us recognized us and did the best service, throughout the process i never felt that they were tired, price wise also very reasonable compared to other place, and they even gave discount based on the purchases. For me, Vogue jewelry is the number one place to buy quality gold products. The staff was very supportive of me. The price may be a little higher than the market price. But you can get a lifetime warranty for the jewelry you buy. They will give you a privilege card for your purchases. If you want to resell, they will buy at real value for the day.
