Worst
experience
with
Printers
ever.
It
was
my
CANON
PIXMA
G3010
which
gave
me
trouble
in
printing
red
colour
for
about
03
months
ago,
deep
cleaned
the
unit
they
said
right
after
a
1year.
Took
home
the
unit
and
on
September
16th
it
was
broke
again
and
this
time
with
blinking
all
sort
of
bulbs.
Service
department
not
so
responsive
and
i
had
to
call
several
times
and
most
often
phones
are
busy.
Even
after
so
many
times
i
reached
a
service
personnel
refused
to
answer
the
phone
and
give
me
feed
backs
after
all
my
waiting
for
about
more
than
20
Days.
They
supposed
to
call
back
but
took
more
than
05
whole
hours
to
call
back
only
to
tell
me
Motherboard
is
need
to
replace
along
with
scanner
unit
and
Carriage
unit.
IT
was
quoted
for
49,500
which
is
a
good
sum
anyone
can
buy
a
brand
new.
Do
not
recommend
CANON
printers
from
METROPOLITAN,
MCENTERS
it
is
kind
of
a
SCAM
to
me.
Have
a
reasonable
background
with
Service
centers,
All
kind
of
Printers
lead
me
to
reveal
this
as
a
SCAM
and
i
have
recorded
a
total
conversation
with
a
service
personnel
trying
to
convince
me
these
printers
are
only
for
heavy
use
(
even
the
numbers
told
me
as
my
page
count
was
pathetically
incorrect
)
and
not
for
such
casual
usage.
Which
amuses
me
as
a
week
before
i
was
given
a
fun
and
exciting
demonstration
by
a
marketing
personnel
at
Book
Fair
2022
and
the
same
unit
was
priced
around
44,000/-.
I'm
about
to
bring
the
unit
to
some
respective
service
center
and
will
try
to
find
how
technically
sound
those
service
personnels
and
if
nothing
helps
just
to
dispose
CANON
G3010
and
buy
some
other
brand
new
printer.
Utter
waste
of
money
spend
on
these
machines,
i
have
seen
many
repair
pending
items
at
the
showroom
and
no
i
believe
their
service
is
almost
a
SCAM
and
people
never
get
the
units
back
repaired
with
such
huge
cost.
BEWARE,
DONT
BUY
THESE
SCAM
PRODUCTS!!!
