Sad to give a low rating. Today at 6.30pm stood for almost 30 mins with no service. It was my first visit. Shop was almost empty with no customers. There were almost 7 staff members who saw me, but were not bothered. I was looking at each of them expecting them to come to attend, but they were more interested with just doing nothing.

Very poor customer handling, no body bothered even to look at us, a sales persons finally came after we asked him to attend to us, but the owner/manager pulled him back to look into his work, this would be my last visit here. Not going back nor recommending to anyone to visit this place.

Worst customer handling. They didn't even reply for my msg although they have seen it. Contacting them was a time waste. I was going to buy a full aquarium set up but they missed the chance..
