Calm place to have a chat and eat, but no power sources to use if you bring your lap. Limited parking but you can park by the side of the road.

Worst customer service- I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter a week ahead. In the middle, we requested a flavour change by phone to the same branch which was accepted with a price hike of LKR 200. During pick up, I found out that cake design was completely changed in addition to the flavour. When asked the employee, he replied that he was not responsible for taking the order. In fact, he was the same person who took the order and was denying that he cannot take responsibility for the change requested. It was not the cake, but the way I was treated by the employee. Be cautious when ordering a cake. Don't pay a full sum when ordering Pay the rest after inspecting the cake I was a customer of FAB since 2000, and this will be my last visit.

The Brand The Quality Fab maintains for ages now. They have their unique range of short eats which are tasty and fresh. Helpful and friendly staff in Moratuwa outlet which is a trademark as I believe they maintain in every branch of theirs. From Cakes to Snacks Short eats you will get all. Fab used to have quality chinese rolls which were simply the best in town. Not any more. I bought some chinese rolls after three years since I was out of the country. The quality has gone down. The rolls were tasteless. My choon paan guy has better tasting chinese rolls.

Came to make an order for an event. Met with the Moratuwa Fab Manager Romesh, who provided an absolutely great service. Went above and beyond inquiring from their stores on satisfying my request, even though it was last moment. Would absolutely recommend to anyone else.

The Lump Rice at Rawatawatta Fab is really delicious!! (rs900), all the curries in it were delicious too, EXCEPT the highly spiced chicken (Thunpaha) in it, the taste of that delicious Lump Rice would be completely ruined . If the chicken had been grilled, the lamp rice would have been twice more delicious! Please correct it!!

Friendly service and the cafe was clean. Bought four packs of lumprais and the portion size was decent. Has gotten expensive though as it was closer to Rs 1,000 per pack.

Very clean atmosphere clean food friendly service. Fab has been always a great place for cakes & short eats. Nothing has changed since the beginning. Value for money. What else to expect?

20july2022 At 0658am I reserved 2 pkts Of sandwich bread. At 1025 am I was at the restaurant . While waiting I could see a staff taking a glue tape inside and bread took more time than necessary to come. It was very apparent that one pkt had been rearranged as some slices inside the pkt were not in correct packing order. The manager Roshan couldn’t offer a valid reason. Around 1115am manager Roshan called to inform that a staff member has repacked the bread pkt. An apology was received from production manager as well. The reason to highlight the issue is 1. As a customer I’m obliged to make fellow customers aware of the incident 2.Manager Roshan should’ve identified the issue immediately as it was very obvious. 3. It was 3 hours after I placed the order and any accidental issue should’ve been corrected. 4. Apologies doesn’t do any justice to my time and money wasted.And production manager’s offer to have bread delivered to me which I refused at the expense of guilty staff was holding me morally guilty. 4.It was way back in 1984 that I first visited Fab in kollupitiya FAB I’m disappointed

Pastries are not so good like they used to be.

Just had these three and iced coffee, all tasty good and fresh. All staffs were friendly and good service. It was clean and quiet. just one thing that it was too warm inside, even air conditioner was on, i was sweating so i couldn’t stay longer.

Not as good as they used to be. Overpriced, not that tasty and just not great food. Will definitely prefer breadtalk, kurtosh over fab. But still giving props to their coffee. Hope to see them improve not only in their price.

Friendly staff, great location. However last time I went was offered a fab made date based sauce instead of the tomato ketchup. The sauce was good. But it did not pare with short eats as it's acidic taste was over powering. Please provide ketchup with the short eats if not the experience get ruined.

Cannot recommend for birthday cakes at all. Final cake will be different from the picture that they show, I got a cake done for my son's birthday and they have done the face of the cartoon character with cardboard. Which I didn't expect from them at all.
