Nice and Secure Place to stay. Value for money. There isn't a restaurant, they take orders from guests and bring food from outside for major 3 meals. That food and prices are fine. I stayed there for 3 days and I ordered food from them for only once and for other times I ordered through Uber eats and from outside restaurants. We can get milk tea and some soft drinks directly from the hotel. Rooms, Swimming Pool are clean. Good atmosphere. There is a paddy field next to the hotel land. That view is great. If other guests are not much interfering you can sit next to the pool and have a calm chat. Owner/ Management and staff is friendly and they are trying to do best to fulfill your needs. *Drawbacks I have recognized here are lack of catering and although there is hot water facility to bathrooms but most of the times there was only cold water.

Good place to have outing or stay. We stayed three days here. And the place was new, clean and well maintained. I think they have not much experiences with guests who staying more than a day😜... but the management and staff doing their best to serve. Nice natural environment. Good place to have small functions and family outing and friends gathering.. And we witnessed it is also a good place for meet someone secretly....🤐😉🤫

The rooms are very comforting and tidy, we went as five to the residence and had a pleasureful fun time there. The surrounding was absolutely pleasant with nature also the pool was also very clean and clear. The owner and the staffs were very friendly and granted all our request. We stayed there for 2 days and we enjoyed our stay, kindly recommended.

Perfect place for a small get-together. Easily accessible place in Colombo. Rooms and pool are well maintained and super clean. They allow to bring alcohol, drinks and food from outside, which is very convenient and cost effective. It's a very cozy place and chilled vibes. Staff is very friendly, flexible and friendly. The staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is also good. But the hotel staff should be interested in maintaining the behavior of the visiting guests in a way that does not interfere with the freedom of other visiting guests and the appearance of the location of the hotel. Also the swimming pool is not clean enough. The lack of catering facilities is also a big drawback for such a good hotel.

Lovely place to spend the day and they are open at any time with a 24/7 accessible pool. Will have to get food from outside and plus point they have adorable doggies.

Simple and cleaned location if you need a reasonably priced place to stay while visiting colombo you should head to this location, The host is friendly and can arranged anything with our satisfaction.

It's a pretty cool place hidden inside the Colombo suburbs. Built right next to a beautiful paddy field gives you a nice view all day long. If you're a dog lover, you'll find 3 of them just roaming around lazily 😋. Lisa the Labrador seems to be the friendliest out of the three.

Although a little bit far from any amenity from townside, the overall location is peaceful and quiet. Very serene and eye-candy views. Rooms are clean and perfect.

Little bit crowded. The water in the swimming pool is not clean enough and the chlorine content in the water is high. Loss of food and beverage facilities is a big disadvantage. Not close to the hotel It would be even better if some of the unwanted behavior of the guests coming to the hotel was controlled. For a example, the day we visited we were unable to take photos. Another group who came to the hotel left their wet clothes everywhere to dry in the air.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and helpful. It was a very good time because it was like a community and spending time together. The owner is often on site and takes care of everything. That rarely happens in hotels. In all it was a very good time. I would recommend the visit to everyone.

I recommend this affordable hotel in the Colombo area, near Athurugiriya and Malambe towns. The rooms are nice, not too fancy, but they offer great value for the price. You can access the pool, but I don't like its location in the middle of the buildings. It feels like everyone is watching a pool show when I use it. Nevertheless, the food is delicious, the place is calm and not too noisy, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

There is a swimming pool with a quiet environment especially with two very friendly dogs

Room was clean but their bed sheet was like a strip taken from a sarong. Not recommended for someone looking for rest / vacation. Good for short stay. Staff should maintain more professionalism instead of stalking clients. Environment is good, pool looked inviting, would have been better if they had dim lights / bedside table, tea satchets in room.

Rooms are 85% cleaned and bathtooms hve some problems .but overall it's good and recommend 👍
