Good customer service and attractive environment. They got regular selling items as other food cities. They have bakery items as well as meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They got a large parking lot.

My wife and I, been to Keells at Pannipitiya Rd, Baththaramulla toady at 9.43am. Very warm inside than other branches. Purchased many household items and perishables. And of caused purchased my favourite egg buns and chocolate eclairs. Very disappointed indeed. The egg buns were so dry and no butter or onion. Three small pieces of eggs and two pieces of green chilies. That’s all. Is that the way these buns make.??🤬🤯Thrown straight to the bin. And chocolate eclairs, there is no chocolate inside. Small like a peanut drop, that’s all. Definitely the staff doesn’t know what’s the eclair are or no training at all to make the eclairs properly. Instead of making higher profit margins please train the staff how to make those items. Not recommended to anyone to visit at Keells. Seek elsewhere for quality and realistic food.

Ample parking,should have slots for cyclists though. Lunch portion of rice and curry needs proportion tuning, as huge servings of rice as opposed to very little servings of vegetables.

Please be careful eating from it's bakery. They were actually doing well until they decided to have bad sausages for their customers and made me and my sister suffer major food poisoning which had a package inclusive of major abdominal & back pain , fever and 10,000 plus for medical.

Spacious location with plenty of parking, and a good choice of grocery items to purchase. However, sadly the only issue would be the availability of vegetables which sometimes is not fresh as they used to be and sometimes is of low quality than what is generally in offer at Keells.

Parking facilities are avilable in front of the supermarket. Crew is very humble and helpfull. Compared to the other keels supermarkets many items and varieties are avilable to purchase. Not that crowded during day time but bit crowded in evening hours. Card and cash both payment methods are available. Recommended.
