I have purchased from this shop several times and I’m really happy with their quality and service. But I had to purchase one from FB online page cuz it was not available at the shop. They inform me the breakdown of the online charge to be paid and there was a shipping charge for 300/- and another 80/- charge saying payment processing fee. So I inquired what’s the additional chg for and they said that it’s for the courier company. This chg is not acceptable cuz we are paying courier fee and it’s unexplainable from their end as well. I order lots of things thru online but This is the first time I hear this kind of a fee. And they can’t even clarify correctly what’s that chg is for.

Fairly well stocked clothes shop. Quality garments. They have a 7 day return policy. Even it is a gift if the tags are intact and the garment is not soiled they will change it. There is a car park where you can park about 4 cars in front of the shop. Free street parking available near the shop.

Love this outlet shop. Can get branded stuff for a much lesser price. Since it’s an outlet shop, have to dig in a bit and spend some time to find the right clothing but they usually have a good collection and always pretty busy.
