Went there for breakfast, had knefe with jebne, and i would go there again just for the knefe. No matter where you had knefe it isn't as good as this one. The service here is superb, the staff are professional and friendly. The place is super clean and you can choose from a wide variety of sweets. You should also try their lahm b3ajim which is really good. Prices are good compared to the high quality products.

The best place in Lebanon for authentic deserts & traditionally prepared local delicacies and exquisite catering services for all occasions, truly heaven on earth, the quality of ingredients is unique in every way as you really get what you pay for and the standard of quality didn't change regardless of the variable changes in the country, the factory is clean and visitors can ask to tour the facilities, the staff and management is very professional, clean, presentable and well mannered, the experience from start to finish is one to remember, also available travel boxes for your convenience and you can always order online and have your craving delivered internationally... they've done it all...

It is always my must visit during my trip to Lebanon. The best place to have Lebanese sweet, pastries and breakfast. Waiters could be irritated some time due to high demand, but most of them are very welcoming, friendly and professional. For limited mobility customers, please be aware that this place has a third floor where breakfast and lunch served, and there is no elevator. However, our awesome waiter led us to the employees elevator when he noted my disability. A 100% kids and family friendly place. Before you leave don’t forget to try their gelato , or just take it home if you are full.

Unique food experience in Tripoli. The staff are very friendly and have a quick service. The food is really good. When I visited (May 2022), they have already stopped serving breakfast. For lunch, they have a daily dish list from which you can choose your meal, and they serve pastas as well. Highly recommended if you are looking for an exceptional experience in an architectural building

We travelled from Beirut to Tripoli to have dinner here after a recommendation from a friend. We were told the dinner/restaurant was closed (closed at 5pm) which was a bit disappointing. We settled for desserts which were really good. We ordered the pistachio cake, arabic pancakes (atayef) with nuts, cheese konafa & ice cream. All very good! Very clean and comfortable seating - outside is much nicer! Definitely will try and come here for dinner

The best experience someone can have in Lebanon, you’ll taste the authentic Lebanese desert and breakfast! Tripoli sweets are the best! My favorites are the znoud el set and the fatteh

Great place for Lebanese sweets. I wish I could eat the entire menu. You should try the knefeh kashta, I believe it’s the best in Lebanon. Staff is super nice and they all spoke perfect English. And the atmosphere of the place is just wooow.

Al Hallab in tripoli is by far the best Hallab branch Ive ever visited. Even during these tough days in Lebanon, we are still finding restaurants like Al hallab maintaining the same quality even if it requires increasing the prices and losing some customers. The Lahme b Ajin was outstanding, dont miss adding some pomegranate sauce on it. The sweet, Halawat Jebn, and the konafa are the best, we even bought some sweet to our house which was impressive. Service at our table was not that good, I do know that the service in Lebanon generally has declined a lot due to the pandemic and the salaries declining value over the past years, but restaurants like Al Hallab with the prices they have must not have this kind of service. The service at the cashier when we bought the sweet and the help we got from the gentleman was perfect.

My favorite place to have breakfast at. Actually, tripoli branch is also the prettiest of them all. It has an authentic old charm and everything about it is pretty from the seats to the walls. The staff was amazing and friendly and the lahm bi ajin sublime as always. You have to try it with the pomegranate molasses.
