It's our second time to stay in Ibis and the overall service is good. It's highly recommended to all the travellers coz it's accessible for everything; malls, restaurants, supermarkets. It is very clean hotel even though their rate is 3 star hotel but I can give 4 stars, if they add some extra facilities like shower gel, shampoo ,toothpaste +brush and slippers to each room. It should increase the rank of this hotel to 4 stars. The breakfast was amazing, the internet broadband speed which is my priority is very fast, the staff are professional and friendly,perfect. Keep it up guys 👌🏻

Clean n calm place whether in your room or at the lobby. Nice staff especially the room service even though I personally think the front desk personnel can be more friendly and welcoming than they were last year and two that I was there. The bed was very comfortable and adding to the noise proof design of the rooms, one can sleep all their tiredness n stress away in a standard size budget friendly hotel like Ibis Al Rigga. If you want night life downtown Dubai that is safe and on the high-end of standard, I give you Ibis Al Rigga.

Friendly place to stay! Close to Al Rigga Metro and that connects the city very well. The staffs are cooperative and helpful. Especially the front desk person Ms Pragya and Junior explained and the features of the property! Stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was awesome and kept different menu everyday! Overall fully satisfied and recommending this property!

Stayed here a while ago…and loved the hospitality! Rooms were always clean, staffs were friendly everything added up to make it a perfect stay. Room service was spot on, being a foodie, this is what I look forward to - hassle free access to food :P Would recommend others and definitely going to come back

I have always loved Ibis hotel. Their room decor is amazing and cleanliness is top notch. Also, I enjoy the buffet breakfast so much that I always keep coming back... The deserts table could be improved, it use to be vast but I guess it's the world economy downing on them. Great place to stay on a budget too. The staff too especially SANI at the restaurant was very kind.

Had excellent four days of stay at the hotel. The rooms and amenities were modern and with a minimalistic touch, which I liked. Had no problems during the stay. The breakfast spread was great with a lot of choices. Mr Vijo at the restaurant was really helpful in taking care of us.

The food was international and quite good. Beyond this, Mr. Jabbar is a very attentive and good waiter. I had dinner there several times in January 2022, he has been always friendly and quite fast serving the drinks. I can furthermore recommend the stay in the Ibis Dubai Al Rigga hotel. The beds are comfortable, there's no noise from the street and the staff's efforts to clean all well are highly appreciated!

I was here for a day use stay; everything was good in the room. They have a free parking and most interesting thing was the breakfast time it was from 4 a.m to noon. Wish I get back soon and use this fabulous service. The only thing I rate it as 4 star was the bathroom; there were no separation curtain between shower and toilet and all the water from shower was literally on the toilet part ground

I had a good stay at ibis Dubai Al Rigga. The staff were well mannered and very helpful. I would specially like to mention a front office staff member Randolf who went out of his way to make our stay one to remember. He took his time to attend to us and didn't make us wait long at the reception for our room. Everything was very well coordinated and handle. Definitely recommend!

So much to appreciate service wise, Junior was really helpful not forgetting Harshani and Ramadan receptionist people. Hum was a nice man always kind while cleaning thanks to such a great team

It’s a good hotel with all the basic amenities in it. The service isn’t the best. my telephone in room wasn’t working. Room was decent size however I didn’t like the view from the room itself. The location is great, near to Metro & close to all the restaurants and stuff. There were no sticks in the room to shake up sugar in my coffee. Charging outlet was pretty far away from my bed. I called at reception for service and no one provided service. I saw a hotel employee outside in the hall & asked them to help me out.

Great hotel! I received a warm welcome by Pragya. The room was clean with all amenities. The location is superb; it's close to a metro station, a mall and plenty of good restaurants. The food inside the hotel was good as well.

Bustily neighbourhood, which was nice for finding dining opportunities, good breakfast and kind and welcoming staff. However, the rooms smelt of damp. All of us had different rooms and we all had the same problem across the floors.

It's a very nice place and staff are very cooperative and so good to customers, I really recommend this hotel and would love to come. Appreciate Mr Junior from security department he was an outstanding in assisting us. Mr Nabin and Shankalal for room service too

In fact, I can't rank an ibis hotel because I consider it my second house during my travel .and I have a love story with it .started more than two years ago when I chose for the first time the ibis hotel in Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman and I only found them very good dealing with customers .thanks to the good choice of the general management of Accor Group for its employees in general .and today I have with ibis hotel in Dubai Raqqa a new love story that started frankly from the receptionists and sales manager Mr. riyas who gave me a hand . And It is the same as in the rest of the branches in terms of the cleanliness of the rooms thanks to the continuous follow-up of the hotel staff. For the lounge cafe there is a large variety of types of food with very nice way of presentation with great help form the staff and the tables are very well arranged as in the indoor dining and the thank you ibis Thanks a lot

Shashini at breakfast was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with options. Service and staff very friendly Room was small and smelled of smoke. The room was still occupied when I arrived with a man still in the bathroom with luggage which was scary. The front desk did get it cleared right away however and they tried to make it right. It is located in a busy area if you want to be around people. Walkable. Staff friendly.

I am from Kyrgyzstan and I stay in Ibis Al Rigga for 1 week. It was most helpful staff and best location. Especially I would like to thank Junior, he was so polite and smiling always. Also waiter in breakfast area was so quick and organized. I could not get chance to say to him THANK YOU.

Rooms were neatly maintained and the requirements for the stay was very well taken care of by the team. Breakfast spread was great... They had everything and constantly restocked items. Located it in a shopping hub where one can find cheap clothings and shoes. Almost all the attractions were only 10 min from the hotel. People in the reception were polite and friendly. They always helped us with the things we needed. Don't expect lavish, vast rooms. Rooms are tiny and enough for two people if you're booking this hotel only to get ready in the morning and sleep peacefully in the night. If you're someone staying in the hotel for 3 days continuously, that's not recommended.

After staying three nights, the standout of this stay was the exceptional staff. From the reception staff to the security guards and kitchen hands, all staff treat guests with respect and solve any issues encountered. The hotel is in an ideal location as it is a short drive from DXB airport and walking distance to the metro station. However, the rooms are very dated and the surrounding area resembles a slum. However for the the price offered, I recommend a stay.

My stay was very beautiful. Ali the security was polite and helpful. He helped me and my colleague to book taxi to the airport. The receptionists were also helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant staff were great. The breakfast meals were delicious. Their fish and chips is also nice. You should try it!

The experience was absolutely amazing. The food was superb. Filipino cuisine every Friday is tasty (especially the leche flan). The ambiance is comfortable. Hotel Ibis Al Rigga Dubai is highly recommended. The place is very near to all. Restaurants, shopping center, pharmacy and other. The staffs are kind, approachable, friendly. The room is small but so cute and very relaxing. Bathroom is clean. The gym is great. The food is very delicious. Every friday they serve a dinner buffet with Filipino Dishes. Kudos to the staffs and management of this hotel. I would definitely come here every week. This serves as my second home. Thank you

I love the Lounge Cafe inside the hotel.. especially their buffet every friday.. your 40aed is worth it because of all delicious foods in the buffet.. I will absolutely gonna back here with my family. Next time I will try their rooms ^^

My experience was fantastic. The service was fast and excellent. The room is neat without smell. And the services, from my check in.
