Its a clean hotel, very neat & nice interior. The Junior Suite is super nice. We were excited, its central to a lot of things & also close to the airport. I liked their breakfast, very fulfilling its your stomach that reaches limits😂, anyway very friendly & welcoming staff during breakfast. BUT, upon arrival we were told the hotel is fully booked due to the holidays, & we were asked to top up a fee to get a Junior Suite, which was worth it , no regrets. However after agreeing to the upgrade it seems the damage to property deposit is also topped up prior to the standard room. In efforts to try & understand why the front desk guy’s response was “you made your booking through booking.com & prices & rates are different from the hotel”. But They are the same people who sent us a confirmation that they have received our booking, the amount & asked if we had any special requests.

We stayed at Radisson hotel long time ago. Really enjoyed. Good and clean rooms. Buffet breakfast was so good. A large variety. Well located, close to city centre. Very nice view to the canal. Surrounding areas got a bit busy in the afternoons.

Although the property is dated, it is well maintained and pleasing to stat. My room had a view of the creek and it was always a delight. Breakfast buffet was excellent, restaurant staff was nice. Reception staff was par excellence. The hotel has a great ambience. Room was comfortable and house keeping was good. Room service was great as well. The only thing I felt was that the doorman at entrance was not always attentive, most of the times I had to push the door myself. Definitely recommended place to stay.

A really comfortable hotel, ideally situated and with staff who really care that your stay is perfect. It's hard to state just how ideally situated it is, as everything and everywhere I wanted was either local or easy to get to. The rooms are superb, and as I had a creek view one, the views are fantastic. The breakfast choice and quality is superb, and the staff there equally so. In fact all the staff, Reception, Housekeeping, Pool area, Cleaning and Bar people are helpful, friendly and very genuine.

The service at this hotel is second to none. Friendly team on reception and housekeeping. There are few restaurants in the hotel complex - mostly very expensive. This is the first 5 star hotel in Dubai - now looking a bit dated in some of the rooms - and the infrastructure fails - for example if you have a room on the end of the floor sometimes it takes a long time to get hot water. Rooms are comfy and clean. The executive lounge is fab - breakfast is good - great service - but not as much choice as you get in the main breakfast restaurant, but it’s a much nicer, quieter experience. Pool area is nice and some of it being remodelled.

Good location. Has a lot of restaurants within, all different cuisines & decor theme representing the culture! What a way of having all in one- Did I mention there are also plenty of stores inside for all the beautiful shopping on jewelry, clothing & antiques. A big hotel with plenty of pleasures as you walk through the corridors.

The first desk staffs are very friendly and informative. The views from the rooms are beautiful. You are provided with a mini bar the coffee and tea is free everything else goes to your bill. Across the road are some restaurant boats. And your car is parked by the staff because parking is far.

Great views of Dubai Creek from the balcony. Well maintained rooms though old hotel. Good service. In-room dining was the best. Breakfast was good too. Book the breakfast in advance and get discount rather than paying directly at the restaurant.

One of the oldest hotels in Dubai. Love it. It has a specific charm to this place. Restaurants at the 1st floor are very good. The cafe' downstairs next to the retail shops need an upgrade or at least need more item to serve.

Great location.Professional and hospitable staff specially the receptionists,waiters and doormans. The person who was working at tourists guide section was not so professional. The breakfast was great.Just for omelette it took so much time to get ready and twice the waitress brought wrong dish for me. Although the extra bed which was a coach was not working properly and had noise when rolling during sleeping,other facilities of the room such as coffee maker,refrigerator and weight were working properly.The shower was broken.

Visited this place to attend the wedding reception of our bestie. The hall was huge and well decorated. They have limited valet spaces so you have to come in a little early to avail the service. They have a beautiful pool and bar on the first floor. Our friends had a photo shoot there. Overall a nice experience.

The rooms were immaculate, staff was very respectful and friendly. In particular Aditya at the reception was extremely helpful and professional. He tried his best to fulfil our needs, he helped us get a excellent rate. Also the spa services was fabulous, swimming pool was big and spacious. There is a beautiful view of the creek from every angle of the hotel. Definitely would recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay near the creek.

We want for the buffet with back to school offer. The lay was so much. 7 types of cuisines. You will get tired and confused what to go for. Neat and clean place. Dedicated team. Go empty stomach 😂

I had an incredible dining experience at the buffet restaurant, and the credit goes to Manager Sahar Moustafa! The selection of dishes was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Kudos to Sahar for ensuring everything ran smoothly. A must-visit place! 🌟

I have been here before for wedding function and was a great experience. But i was very disappointed yesterday when i attended. Food was dry and cold including bread. There was no taste at all in briyani, kebab, chicken etc. The one one thing was better is white sauce pasta from all the food experience. I wont recommend any function here.

I went for a birthday party with friends and family. It was a buffet kept in Fish market along with other 2 restaurants which included the Japanese, Indian, Arabic & live food stations of Italian cuisines. The staff is friendly and courteous. As far as the location is concerned, it’s in the hub of Old Dubai but I’ll visit again for the stay.

Heritage hotel with Very good location overlooking Dubai creek,easy to access, very friendly and helpful staff. Visited with my family and they have pretty good restaurants. China club is a treat if you like authentic Chinese.

In fact, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would like to especially thank the receptionist for his high-quality treatment, which we expected from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name specifically, but he is of Indian nationality. I think his name is Bravo.

Beautiful hotel at the nice Creek Dubai. 9 very good restaurants and 2 pubs inside hotel. A relaxed atmosphere and super helpful staff . Pricing is mega good for this place. I highly recommend this hotel. Also near airport and near the souks.

We stayed at this Radisson Blu. It had excellent service. There was a receptionist named Pallav who was particularly kind, and friendly. He made it easy and comfortable to check in after our long flight. I’m grateful to him, and the rest of the staff at the Radisson blue. We definitely will stay here again.

Search for other options... No parking in the hotel, only option is valet and they park it in front on a public park for entire night. Room had cigar smell. Traffic is terrible in the area (not a fault of the hotel, but good to keep in mind). View was nice tho.

Our Christmas eve was completely satisfied because of Radisson Blu Hotel it was stunning and amazing experience very precise and approachable team and staffs. Only that night band was bit boring but overall it was great and good experience. See you next Christmas Eve and well recommended.

Excellent location close to the airport and the Deira Souks. Fantastic view over the creek. The housekeeping staff delifgted me with a handwritten personal note, which surprised me very positively and made me feel as a highly valued guest. Also the Reception (very easy and fast room change because my first room was noisy due to its location next to the elevator) and Restaurant staff is very helpful, attentive and customer oriented. They are doing a fantastic job here. It‘s a four star hotel with a 5 star service. I‘ll defifinitely coming back.

I had booked their hall for my wedding and it was such a good decision. The event manager nikhil really made sure all my needs were ticked off and was so kind and helpful throughout the process. The complimentary room was so amazing and the entire service was perfect!

Was my first stay in Dubai at this wonderful hotel located in the old part of Dubai rich in culture and tradition. Room was great and the beds comfortable. Breakfast at Boulvar was exceptional. The staff were amazing and even cared to tell me about places to visit in Dubai which was very helpful. The pool was amazing too. I'll definitely come back here the next time I come to Dubai with my family.

Located at a place where you can have a taste of everything; be it food, tradition, culture, connectivity. Great rooms with ample space. Breakfast was great with lot of options to choose from and the staff were attentive. I even enjoyed having a peaceful evening at the bar on the tenth floor. Definitely recommended.

I would have rated 1/5 but the service of the staff is great and they save the reputation of this historic hotel. Although this is a 5 star hotel the people that frequent it unfortunately are not. It is kind of a party hotel, people are really loud until late hours and you might not be able to sleep properly. So if you are planing to rest on the night I do not recommend this hotel.

In general, the hotel is good, but the bathtub is small and there is blackness in it. The staff is friendly as well the Services are pretty good. I hope that the guest services will be more taken care of in terms of making sure that all services are available in the rooms

Really nice place, they have a night club for guests and they play Nigerian music. Also they have a place to buy little cute art and piece for decorations I didn't get to buy because I discovered late😪, Dont be like me. Depends on the room u got the bathrooms are way too small to be meant for adults,I am 5'3 and I am complaining😪. Nice view from the room. Also the staff are nice and courteous mostly Pakistanis,They speak lil English.

My stay in the hotel was a very bad experience, the hotel is very old, the pictures are not true because the hotel is old and these pictures were taken a long time ago, I personally do not recommend it for several reasons, including that they did not provide me with a taxi service, the breakfast restaurant is far from the main building of the hotel and The food is not tidy at all, and it is not clean, the restaurant furniture and equipment is very old, there are no options in breakfast, the staff are not trained in the principles of hospitality, even their clothes are not clean, the rooms have insects and the smell is harmful, the housekeeping staff is very annoying, they always come to The rooms are under the pretext of cleaning in order to give them money, I do not want to prolong it, in short, it was a bad experience and it is not worth trying again. I think there are much better hotels out there at a lower price.

Comfortable hotel with a very classic feel. Apparently a historic one as it was the first hotel in Dubai. Beautifully renovated without compromising on the classic feel. Very attentive and welcoming staff and good service. Really good breakfast and a number of good restaurants on premises and around.

Good place for buffet iftar. Nice ambience, variety of food. Their weekday is only Monday to Thursday contrary to most of other competitors where Monday to Friday is considered as weekday. They have valet parking and area is very beautiful.

I was so surprised at the level of service, the cleanliness of the rooms the small details that were included to make my stay here so very comfortable. And it was a really good price point too. Henry from reception went above and beyond to help me with fulfilling the border entry requirements for Australia (which was intensive!). Thanks Henry 😁

This is my 2nd time time staying at this hotel for my birthday and they didn't disappoint. Every staff, from front desk to cleaning staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. A big thank you to Shahid who delivered my complimentary cake which was a delightful surprise. I encountered him the first time I stayed and I remembered him because he has this very friendly but professional demeanor. This might continue to be a birthday tradition 😃

We stayed in this hotel for six nights and all I can say is that we totally enjoyed our stay. The reception desk staff were so helpful and the housekeepers were brilliant. The hotel is also four minutes walk from union metro station so we didn’t have a need to be using taxi if we didn’t want to. The room was big enough for us, and the balcony was the ice on the cake because we could sit outside at night and enjoy the lively view over the creek. We plan to come again soon.

What a great hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Nadiya and Mohammed in the morning at reception.the breakfast buffet was good. The location is great, right next to the creek and close to the 2 subway lines. The rooms are very clean.They even have a little balcony. Breakfast was perfect! There was enough choice of western food We definitely come back to this hotel as it made our vacation perfect! Big thanks to the very friendly hotel staff!

The hotel is near all the major attractions that the old city could offer!!! Usually I’m going to the hotel’s restaurants, because they have a great package and they are very good, about food quality and about Location! Ones I stay for couple of night and I was very happy about rooms and friendly staff. The housekeeping staff deserves a big thanks for noticing it was my birthday and leaving me a big surprise on the room when we came back from our day. Outstanding services beyond the money value. The service gives by the receptionist is amazing. She treats you like a family. We fill comfort and safety. The panaromic views of the room at its balcony is marvelous.

The experience I got here was like 2/3-star hotel. I booked this hotel because of its name and 5* services. I asked for the drinking water on a call and after waiting 20 mins again reminded to get water bottles. Few things i ordered from the outside as i know delivery boy is not allowed to enter in hotel rooms. So i asked on reception and bellboy to get it delivered to my room, and they denied it straight forward. These kind of service can’t expected from a well known 5* hotel chain. They told me to come down to pick my order. I stayed more than a month in crown plaza hotel (4*) but never faced these issues there. Kindly improve your services or replace your staff to maintain your 5* dignity. Never going to stay again in this hotel.

I was there for training over 2 weekends Brunch on 2nd floor was excellent , however it needs more vegetarian options. The service was excellent Lunch on the ground floor also needs more vegetarian options .
