The standards at golds gym are falling every day. It’s been months since I am noticing this.. some days there are no tissue papers other days the sauna and steam room facilities are closed. Now more recently there is no soap in the toilet. 2 days ago they were putting in a small bottle cap, I spoke to one of the staff. Two days later soap is in toilet cleaner bottle. The trash cans are broken too for more than 7 months. How pathetic.. very disappointing.

LIARS! LIARS! LIARS! The sales team of this good for nothing gym is very deceptive. Reef mall's gym is over crowded!!! Especially in the evening, you will have to stand in queues to use the equipment. If you plan on buying their membership then just visit them in the evening and you will see with your own eyes. They will tell you beautiful stories to sell the membership. They will tell you that they are opening a big gym near the food court with steam and sauna, blah, blah, blah. But that is a big fat lie that they are telling people for 2 years. They sold us (me and my friend) the same lie and we fell for it hoping that the big gym will open soon and we will not have to stand in the queues. Since then, the gym is not opened and it will never open.

Gym staff is very unfriendly. Reef Mall gold's gym used to be good but it is worst now. Its over crowded all the time. Air ventilation is very bad and there is constant bad smell coming from washrooms. It is not worth your money which is around AED 1600 for a year. Better join any local gym.

I Proposed to join the club, and went there to see the equipment, when I insisted to see the class studio from inside (not only the door), because I want to ensure that they have enough mirrors on the wall and the instructor can be seen from all the sides. at the beginning they said (sorry we can't show you now, the studio is locked) when I insisted to see, the guy who opened the studio, started making fun of me (Is the studio enough for you or not), and answered him (Yes) and he repeated his question 3 times. if your staff can't respect the customer before he became a member, how I will trust you and start 1 year contract ? this will never happen with such staff. your staff need a training to know how to respect others.

I did a big mistake when I had a membership there, they are only looking for business, they don't care about thier clients, they will let you sign a lot of papers just to hold you and keep thier benefits even you are not able to continue your membership. They will make it very hard with very bad dealings to cancel your membership even your reasons is acceptable and real. They will ask you for proof with documents . They will let you feel you are lying to them. Such a very bad dealing with the customers. I do not advice at all.

Extremely bad staff they will give all facilities first to there filpino costumers because all management is filpino in this branch. If you have to pay money for membership they will become polite, in all other occasions they will just treat you rudely. Specificaly the male staff on the respection is very rude. Beware of them don't waste your money here they promised new gym for more than 2 years ago but still all people are piled up in the old gym.

So I recently joined this gym in reef mall. Due to my 9 to 5 job, I was able to go to gym in the evening times but at that time there is almost no space in the gym. So I asked for membership cancellation and refund but they do not refund anything. It is a total waste of money.

Very well managed Gym with polite and affable staff. Tuang and Kevin have been most helpful since I joined, however others like Iyk, Mahan, Christine and others from the reception have also been helpful and responsive on all my queries. The ambience and cleanliness is top notch. The equipments/machines are OK and does the job for me. There are so many group sessions to join in everyday. I love❤️the Body Combat Mixed group session by John. I am looking forward 👀to join other group sessions as well whenever I find some time. One suggestion is to create a boxing training session like the other group sessions, because the boxing hall is mostly unoccupied and members will greatly benefit from boxing sessions. And finally, as an HR Professional myself I hope to see any/all companies take good care of their staff because the most important asset to an organization is their "People".

Facilities are just what youd expect although bit on the old side i wish they would have newer equipment. What makes this 5 star are the staff. Maria and Kevin are great trainers i would recommend and Happy makes the best smoothies this side of UAE.

Been going to this gym for 5yrs and counting. Previously Golds Gym, services was good but when Uform took over services offered went downhill. Hygiene wise, no tissue and disinfectant wipes available, though there is 1 disinfectant spray but this goes together with tissue to wipe the equipments. Bad smell in the male shower area with leakage from ceiling. Reception / Front office team vibes are not welcoming, Hope they improve their services or they will lose more clients.

One of the branch I am visiting cos of the Zumba Classes particularly Marissa, it is always power house and you can see that she is doing all with passion, also I would like to mentioned Aubrey and her team who are also one of the great instructor in this branch! I just hope that they will add more classes like pound and pilates cos most of the classes here is Combat. Overall its a good branch clean and very organized.

This branch was managed well by previous GX and Club managers until the current GXM took over. Group classes were planned accordingly, instructors were the best during their time. At present, very chaotic and the current GXM as always unprofessional, never changed, claiming it's his gym!!! I applaud to other staff who remain professional and very helpful like Bryan, Rose.

The reality with this gym is that there are too many trainers but few people undertaking training as the session prices are ridiculously expensive. The way I see it the place is a money making branch with worn out machines and wasted talent trainers who just gossip and laze around getting paid for nothing

Wawww!!!!! All the trainers are superb and especially Vivek .He’s one among the best well skilled , helpful and good for people with have injuries. I got a ligament injury and he trained according to my requirements and I got healed within 3 months only skilled people an do that. I really suggest him if you have any personal concerns/medical issues.

I don’t recommend anyone to join!! Once you pay no one cares trainers ignores you they change your trainer suddenly no one informs you or contact you to arrange your schedule you have to run after them now i’m stuck with them no refund i had same bad experience with gold’s gym before and I thought with the new management it will be improved and better and its even worse.

After getting enrolled for 6 months subscription got to know terms and conditions. Only 50% members accepted that too need to book one day before but get the slab only after 2 days which means monthly 12 to 15 classes only. If they cant accommodate members then why new members are enrolled. After paying hefty fee, we need to go behind them. Phone calls are not even attended. Poor communication and not trained people.

Gym is inside the Reef Mall on the 2nd floor. If you go before mall opening hours, you can get inside through one of the cafes or supermarket. I got access for free using the international pass I got from my Gold’s Gym back in Saudi. Otherwise its 210 dhs. Keep in mind that this is a Mall Gym so it is not going to have all that you need. So I will be easy on my review. I took off 2 stars because: - It had repetitive machines and lacked machines like adductors and abductors. - AC is good for nothing. That makes it Hot, sweaty and smelly. Other than that, staff are friendly and towels are available at check in.

This gym was the best gym I have been to so far. Large gym. It is well equipped, nice and wonderful staff, very friendly members and an amazing place to train with friends. Clean and tidy all the time. It was full of excitement and overall I had a good experience. A bit crowded at the beginning of the week. The classes are really great. a special dedication and thanks for the two personal Zee and Tuang you really are the best.

It's a decent gym, properly equipped, however once you pay the subscription you are on your own (Low service) , if you got a specific benefit for free with the bundle you subscribed with it's not gonna be efficient like the one you pay for , long story short Pay for every single thing or else you are on your own

I signed in membership last may in reef mall with free personal training session, when i met this PT she told me she will guide me etc. then she told me to buy 30PT session which i bought because i believe her. Then suddenly my work was assigned me far from deira so me and husband decided to change place near to my workplace lAst june. Then i informed them that i cant continue because of my new place its 1hour and 30minutes travel going to gym and i cant come 2-3 times per week because of my duty schedule also. But they said sorry we cant refund your PT session etc etc i told them my reason but they will not consider it because of course i paid them already. (Expensive price) Then suddenly this lady promoted to manager (i think )then what she did she gave me to another coach because she said she will be busy. I was very dissappointed that time because i paid PT because i believe her then suddenly she gave me to another PT because she was promoted then since i dont have really time to go there , The 3times a week turned to 3 times a month. Then when i Asked the new guy if he’s free he said fullybooked but when i went there to ask my contract he was there and no client. OMG golds gym i paid you and i wasted my money in you. No consideration at all!!!

Spacious, clean and well kept. Very friendy staff. They dont fail to greet and welcome the members with a warm smile. Gym felt like a second living room.

My husband and I has been going to this gym since start of 2023. So far, so good. All the staff are warm and welcoming. Justine always welcomes us with a smile everyday. Coach Sol and Coach Raj are very helpful and professional. Our sales agent, Edwin has been consistently helpful from day zero until now. So far, so good.

Great place to work out but gets super crowded after 5pm, so if you plan on working out before 5PM is your best bet.

If you are working out with your headset on, this gym is a good choice for you. They play music at lowest volume always & they increase volume for 5 to 10 mins if you request them. If you are serious on workout, this gym is not at all a good choice for you. Recommended for beginners & those who want to hangout with friends. Infra is good but Ambiance is not at all like a gym, it’s like a restaurant with a low volume light music. Waiting to finish the membership to move to other better gym. This review is not in the frustration of a day or two. I'm a member here from 2020 Dec.

This has to be the most unprofessional gym staff i have ever experienced. I was promised 8 months membership by staff name Dominic however after 7 months they didn't add my 8th month in the system. Dominic never replied to my calls or messages but when i called the receptionist name Merry she was also of no help infact when i asked her i want to speak to the manager she said he is not available. Whenever i called after that they said the mamager name MARK is busy and did not assist me at all. Never get your membership specifically from hamariya branch as they are all full of scammers and fraud.

I gladly recommend Gold Gym for its luxury and great experience. One thing I can say is the professionalism of the workers there is just beyond me especially one gentle man called Dar. He was very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend it for all my ladies who need to work on themselves in terms of weight

It's basically a Gold's Gym that's still undergoing a rebranding The equipment, standards and services are still what you'd come to expect from a Gold's Gym I think the price may be a bit steep for a gym but at the same time, you get better amenities which makes up for it, imo Some amenities I commonly use: 1. Biweekly kickboxing class 2. Sauna The people who work here and train here are friendly and nice. Have had pleasant interactions with most of them

Hi Been training here for a mth Good gym. Well maintained equipment. Spacious and clean Large locker room Clean showers with hot and cold water Congenial staff Vivek is my personal trainer. Very polite and friendly. Knowledgeable. Makes sure to fine tune exercise routine, to individual goals and capacities. Also keeps changing routines to avoid monotony. Advices on diet too. All in all a great place to workout. Hope they can add some peppy bollywood nos too to the in house music.

Uform fitness is a great gym, has a really good ladies section with equipment in good condition and generally, a good atmosphere to work out in. Sreelakshmi, a personal trainer at Uform, gave me an amazing session consisting of a full body workout. She’s supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable. Cares about your fitness goals and will help you achieve them. Highly recommend!

My interactions with the FD team at UForm Fitness have always been positive; they always go above and beyond to assist me with updates, freezes, lost things, etc. The staff is really kind and friendly because I've forgotten my things twice and once, and I always get it from them when I arrive on next day. Not having an active workout schedule in the past, Sreelakshmi has been a great PT in supporting my training objectives. She is outcome-focused, and I have been able to see continual improvement from my sessions. I am happy and now more confident with myself. Do not join !! Employee at reef mall cut the call on my face, all i asked him to do was call me back when the manager is available, he said in 10 minutes call back yourself. I did exactly that and he said no not now call again in 5 mins maybe. All i said was you call me back when the manager is available and continued to be extremely rude and cut the call on my face. Didn't answer a single question. Worst gym and customer service. Closed etihad gym without reason, left me with a 14 month remaining contract and no update. Had to go the HeadQuarters to get a reply, signed a refund form and then boom, no calls, no replies. Blocked all my numbers, ignoring whatsapp messages and other branches cutting calls on my face. Wrote a simple instagram comment and was deleted as well. When asked for reason why branch was closed they act like they have no answer.

I have visited advanced gyms facilities in dubai for past 5 years, But when I decided to visit Uform in reef mall it was bad decision to visit that place because: 1. Gym facilities is not frequently been hygienist 2. No towels for traning and showering using, they simply saying bring your own towel which is one of a gyms standard availability 3. The place is not friendly welcoming and It’s empty because the quality went bad I recommend to join elsewhere gym don’t waste your money on this gym
