My
experience
of
this
Pizza
Hut
branch
was
an
absolute
let
down.
From
the
moment
my
order
was
taken,
I
felt
like
I
was
being
rushed
and
the
staff
didn't
let
me
take
my
time
to
order
properly.
Once
the
order
was
placed,
I
sat
to
the
side
and
waited.
After
around
20
mins,
I
went
and
asked
what
was
happening
and
was
told
that
the
order
is
ready
and
they
were
waiting
for
1
more
pizza.
I
found
it
strange
but
waited
anyway.
Another
5
minutes
passed
and
at
this
point
I
was
getting
frustrated
as
other
orders
had
already
been
served.
I
asked
again
and
this
time
was
told
that
there
was
a
mistake
and
they
made
the
wrong
pizza.
The
rest
of
the
order
was
sitting
on
the
side
and
I
told
them
that
my
pizza
will
be
cold
by
the
time
the
last
pizza
comes
out.
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager.
The
waitress,
Moreen,
went
and
called
her
and
at
this
point
decided
to
give
the
pizzas
that
were
ready
to
be
put
on
the
hot
area
(not
that
it'll
do
good).
The
manager,
Miss
Hameeda,
came
out
and
I
explained
the
situation.
She
offered
to
make
the
entire
order
again
in
5
minutes
(couldn't
believe
this
was
possible
as
it
took
half
hour
to
make
the
order
in
the
first
place).
She
said
max
7
minutes
so
I
agreed
and
she
went
to
the.
back.
In
this
time,
I
suddenly
get
called
and
being
given
the
cold
pizzas
with
the
missing
pizza
that
had
come
fresh
out
the
oven.
I
was
too
frustrated
to
even
bother
waiting
and
decided
to
take
it.
The
potato
wedges
were
missing
and
had
to
wait
a
further
4
minutes
for
them.
When
they
came,
I
didn't
check
it
and
just
left
with
the
food.
I
got
back
to
the
hotel
and
opened
the
box
(I
took
a
picture).
Fair
to
say
for
a
Extra
Super
Party
Meal,
that
is
definitely
not
enough
potato
wedges.
Overall
experience
was
a
solid
1/10
(the
point
is
because
I
didn't
have
to
walk
far
for
the
hotel).
Ps.
The
pizza
box
comes
with
a
warning,
"it's
a
crime
to
eat
it
cold".
