So bad in this Hotel. Reception keep Passport Customers until checkout. Customer think to do it loss . And talk to staff please help her to find it but they very bad take care her. We pay money a lot for to do a new passports in Dubai. The Hotel not professional. Very bad service.

Everything in this hotel is tolerable. Breakfast was okay, cleanliness was okay too. Some furniture inside the room were dusty and stained. Bed was comfy and their shower doesn't have a cold water. 😴 I suggest to check the minibar (fridge) upon entering your room, they tried to charge us with a vodka that we didn't even drink. Only God knows if that was an honest mistake or something else. All in all, you get what you've paid for. If you're looking for a place to sleep and spend the night in; if you're going out during day time. Low budget and non picky travellers- Raviz can be good for you. ✔️

Not at all recommendable. The staff specially the Manager was soo rude and at the time of check out they will blame you for stoling their stuffs from the room to get money. Worst management so far, they don’t have basic ethics how to treat their guests plus they charge good 40-50 AED as a tax on your booking which is again an additional cost. 4 star hotel having third class managing staff. Yelling on the guests to get money.

I ve been coming to this hotel for the last 12 years & have never exeperienced such a rude behaviour by the staff Mr. Anandan ( reception ). Its really dissapointing to see unprofressional staff replacing Mr Sriman who is the best managers i ve come across in this business. Overall a complete dissapointment!

My booking was for a room with king size bed, I received a room with a twin beds joined together? Very uncomfortable stay..Bathroom is really tight and room looks like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in years.. After going to front desk to address my concern, host was rude and said it doesn’t matter what I choose online, they choose based on what’s available¿ This made no sense to me so I wrote this review to warn others to stay away.

We stayed 2 times in different years in this hotel. Budget friendly 4 star hotel. Amenities are nearby, the metro is also walkable. Restaurants are also available nearby. Parking is available but less inside the hotel underground. RTA parking is available in front of the hotel. Recommended for a budget friendly hotel if you want to just sleep.

I recently stayed at Versailles by Raviz Hotel, located just a few minutes away from the metro station, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is situated slightly inside, but it was easy for me to find my way there. Once I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff members who were always ready to assist me with any needs I had. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and my room was comfortable and cozy. Despite being located in the city, it was quiet and peaceful, and I was able to get a good night's sleep every night. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. While the spread was not very extensive, the food was delicious and well-prepared, and I enjoyed it every morning. The dining area was clean and bright, and the service was excellent.

Very bad hotel, the air in the hotel room is very poor, the carpet is dirty. The most important thing is that there is a club with very loud noise, which lasts until the early morning, and the loud noise from the club can also be heard in the rooms on the upper floors.

I stayed at Raviz Versailles briefly during a trip as I wanted to attend a few meetings in the Deira area. First the good points: 1. Strategic location: Minutes away from everything in Deira. 2. Prices: Offers great value 3. Service: Found service to be quite good 4. A key USP is Sleep Quality which was excellent 5. the overall décor and ergonomics were both spot on The 'Not-that-great' aspects: 1. While service is good, Turn-Around-Times (TAT) is quite long. Hotel management should address that. 2. Support with local information - transportation options, local events etc. - was surprisingly lacking 3. Quality of food needs to improve significantly To summarize, the Versailles is a good hotel with many strengths but needs to improve in some others. Despite some shortcomings, I recommend this hotel as it offers a unique value proposition.

Not at all 4 star hotel, only two water bottles they will give you, and on check out day they will not give you any water bottle. Room is so smelly and dirty. They will put some drinks and eatables in room and will come daily to check them . Any time any one come ring well even if you have have dnd sign on. Towels and bedsheets are not cleans. Don't expect any thing as 4 star or even 3 star if yo are booking this hotel

Rooms cleaning, the problem in Ac it’s third day still not fixing and not changing room for us . Poor service with the reception staff. If there is no stars in evaluation in service I will give them.

Its very Good Hotel in affordable price I was very impressed by there staff at reception. If the staff is cooperative you can ignore any minor issue in the hotel.

Booked in this hotel for a day and a half. Staffs are very accommodating specially we have a newborn. Kudos! Love the ambiance.

Great place near the metro. Staff are super super nice. The location is really great as it is in Rigga but in a quite area. You are near everything, yet very peaceful. ALL the employees were nice. Thank you everyone at the Versailles 🌹

Served its purpose as a day use hotel but it was nothing like the photos advertised. We didn’t use the pool as it was an uninviting space. Older premises that needs updating. Staff were helpful.

Check in time is 3pm bt thy ll give us room if it s available...we stayed thr for a week ND u have access to swimming pool.bf is included which will be gud for Indians.the area is a happening place so u could c fun filled ppl around ...metro,bus stations,food streets,night markets al r around 800m around d hotel.the affordable price wth everyday of making d room...we loved d place to stay.lovely staffs to help u here.

Honestly disappointed with this place. Quite a dingy looking hotel and ambience was pathetic for the pricing. Compact room and not apt bed for a tall person. Not worth for the pricing and reviews mentioned. The only positive is accessibility to places around Dubai

I stayed in this hotel for four days. The hospitality was excellent. Two metros are nearby which makes it convenient to go to other parts of the city.

Alright for a cheap hotel in Dubai, shower is a whole 5 feet tall. But the amenities are good, water just took 5 minutes to get warm on the hottest setting. Bed is super comfortable, almost as good as mine, but that's because my wife is there. What I didn't like though is that the manager keeps two pet terrapins in a glass box on his desk barely big enough for them to not touch each other in, little bit of water (I mean like a spill of it from a cup) and that's it. It was sad to see. But I was like one of those turtles for 2 weeks waiting in that room. Couldn't even use the pool. Food is okay though. Terrible steak...

Maybe I got what I paid for, but for sure not what I was promised. I got the double bed with extra bed, all bath and body requirements, clean towels and bedsheets. Drinking water only 2 although room booked for 3 people. The staff seem to be very nice. But management is not suitable for this business. The business is maybe still up because of the good staff not management. I did get bad Service by the one of the Duty Managers. Acting like he is giving the room as favor not as a paid service. Kept my ID with him without notification. Not letting me now on breakfast timings. Not checking why I didn't show up until late. When I asked about if confirmed booking can be cancelled I tried to be respectful but he was all loud and acting up with attitude. Truth to be told, the hotel is old and half renovated and claims to be a four star hotel. No luggage boy cannot be a 4star. The rooms are small and cannot be 4Star. The Carpets are not clean! This is not acceptable for hotels that are having the same star rating. Also I never saw in Dubai a 4Star such SMALL breakfast buffet.

Came for a 2 weeks training and had the best of experiences thanks to a receptionist named Gulum. He not only welcomed me and settled me in but guided me to various malls and areas. 100% recommended as their suite price was very reasonable.

These is the hotel recommend to other to have pleasent stay room are slassy clean and tidy bed is so comfortable bedroom is good with basic fecilaties but unsatification is food are quite expensive.. overall its was nice experience 😉

Staff was friendly but the rooms are very old and unclean. Kettle and hair dryer in our room were rusted. Location is tricky to find. Parking available. But like mentioned, rooms are very old.

it was good , but not satisfied. We came 8pm in the evening , while inside the room we encounter 2 times Short Circuit while watching movie, then after that we plan to go outside to buy something, when we came back the emergency light Fall alone, maybe because of the short circuit , luckily were not inside at that time, because the glass of the light fall. Then because of that i requested to change the room because we dont feel safe on that room. From large bed, they change us into Twin bed, although the bed we can put together, but its not that comfy , as large bed. Thats all, hope they chack everything on the room , specially electricity. Thats all.

Location is in the middle of the block. Their food and service in restaurant not well prepared but in conference room was little bit okay. Parking in front of the hotel but pay parking.

Went to there for new kerala restaurant with bar. Starts few days back. Very good ambiance and good offers too. "Swaram" the restobar name.

Recommended for family. Stayed 4 nights with family. Enough parking, easy access to major areas in Dubai.

I asked for high level floor and they ignored, low level floors is to noisy with loud music all night, room service asked me many times to leave while they cleaning my floor and I told them I’ll leave late he was annoyed with my answer!! And left bottle of water outside!!

Very good rooms. Service was very nice. Room had everything whatever you desire. In other hotels you have to ask many things from the reception but the room here had all the basic amenities available. Lady receptionist Nazrana's response was very nice. Recommended for everyone to come n stay here.

I came with my fiancee.. we like the room very clean. .. they have complete things inside the room no need to call them to give things.. I can recomend this to others.

Overall, had a great stay there. Booked their standard double room for 6 days in March 2023 and had no issues throughout the stay. The service was great, the rooms were clean and everything was put in place, washroom was squeaky clean too! They even had a bath tub in the washroom much to my suprise as I wasn't expecting this at the price they charged me ~ approx 15k for 6 days. Also, don't forget to visit the pool on on the terrace. Pro Tip: they even provide complementary 1lt water bottle everyday! 🙃

The hotel is very clean and hygienic. The staff are so cooperative and Well behaved. I would like to come and stay on my next visit.
