I was in Dubai for a conference and decided to have this safari because I was curious about the desert. I ended up picking this one due to the positive reviews. I was in a group of five. The website is Viator. After being picked up at our hotel, the local guide, Asif, kindly started to answer every question or curiosity we’d have about Dubai and Emirati history, culture, and traditions. The conversation went for so long that the 40 minutes ride from the city to the desert passed away very quickly. We were then left in a camp in the middle of the desert where we had the chance to rest, go to the bathroom and buy some scarves at the store nearby. We then started the quad bike experience. After the safety briefing, we started circling to get acquainted, then we started the safari in the desert. Someone from the staff was leading but we were pretty free to follow the route. We came back after 30 minutes. It was such an amazing experience that I asked the staff to have an extension of the session with more powerful quad bikes. They did allow me that for 250AED extra. I paid by card. We then had the camel riding experience and the sandboarding one. Then we continued the safari with the car, joined again by Asif. It was very adrenaline, with loads of ups and downs and drifts on the dunes. After further 40 mins in the desert, we spent some time taking pictures and we came back to the camp. Dinner started. We bought some VIP seats for 15 USD each, so we could have better seats and some extra food. Dinner was accompanied, by dancers and flame eaters. Once the dinner finished, we came back to the hotel with Asif by 20:00 circa. For dinner we had a tasteful BBQ with several types of meat. Since we paid 15 USD more we had also some international food, with pasta and salad. While the BBQ was good the latter was a bit under the expectations, that’s why the 4 stars. Overall, the whole experience was unforgettable and I am particularly glad to Asif for sharing his immense knowledge and bringing us up and down to the dunes. It’s worth every single penny.

This experience was a one in a lifetime. Both good and bad! Our driver was excellent and the 4x4 was a great experience for the whole family. On the other hand though the food was absolutely terrible. I don’t think anyone in their right mind would decide to consume the meal they served. The camel ride they offer is to a pole and back, which in total is about 20 meters\35 feet. The sand boarding isn’t even down a hill it is more of a lump in the sand. However ending on a good note if you pay the extra for a longer quad bike ride you will get to experience the desert. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. It is way to expensive for barely get anything for your money. I understand that we are in the desert but to make people sit in the boiling hot weather for 4 hours is absurd. The service was shocking people couldn’t care about how you felt. When we first arrived to the desert the runners of the tour told us they would take down any bad reviews. AUTO RED FLAG! Also when we were trying to relax as a family there were people coming up to you trying to sell you there extremely overpriced useless items. If I could go back I would stay in the hotel in the pool. Because anything is better then that place!

This was our first time in Dubai so we booked a full day tour to see the major highlights of the city. We were on the tour with 3 other couples. The first half of the tour was excellent! We hit all the major spots and took photos. Our tour guide "Whiskey" was very knowledgeable and gave interesting facts about Dubai and it's history. At 1:00 pm, the tour ended for the other couples. We were the only people on the full day tour. This is where there was some opportunity for improvement. After an hour lunch break, we waited an additional hour for another driver to pick us up. We were then taken to a few other places. We were asked if there was anything we wanted to see or do. This is a tricky question because we've never been here, so we don't know how to respond. I understand the desire is to accommodate the customer, but this can be difficult for first time visitors to Dubai. The plan was to continue until 6:30pm to watch the fountain show. We were too tired and decided to end at 5:00 pm. So, I am rating ABC a 3 because the first part of the tour was a 5, but the 2nd half was a 2. So I split it. I would highly recommend the 1/2 day tour. It they could make the full day as structured as the half day, then it would be worth it.

We had an amazing time with this customised tour for our family. The process was very smooth where I emailed them for our requirements. They confirmed back everything via email and finalised the last few points via chat. The drivers Sadik and Kumar were so friendly and helped us with photos and answered all our questions. The highlight was definitely the atv bike the kids got to enjoy and the camel ride.

A memorable trip up the desert! Complete with 4 wheel drive, sand dune surfing, super fun ATV and camel rides! We went for the seated areas and food range was decent, shows are fun to watch. Fire show was especially fun for the kids. Most importantly, it’s a small tour size 60-100 at camp site, and most of the folks enjoyed themselves without horrendous queue. Clean facilities. Special shout out to Asif our land cruiser driver and Karim whom ferried us back and forth from the hotel; as well ‘Whisky’ (as he preferred to be called) - our brief tour guide whom was most informative on all things Dubai. Great fun for family with young to teenage kids!

AVOID THIS GROUP! Many of the good reviews here were coerced by tour participants who's tours were being held up pending a good review. Two different times on this tour, we were essentially held against our will. First, each participant was required to submit two good reviews of the tour while the day was only 25% over, and we were in the middle of nowhere in the dessert. Rasheed would not drive us out of the dessert until we did. He stood over our shoulders and watched us write the reviews, so there was basically no choice but to say nice things at the time. Then, after the fire show, our driver was late in picking us up, and we had made very clear to him that we had a very tight schedule to get to the airport that day. I believe they were overbooked and had more people to drive around than they had cars for. As we tried to get outside and see if our driver was there, or if there were other options, a worker slammed the door shut, locked it, and two of them stood in front of it so that we couldn't leave! This was extremely scary, and the only reason why we put up with it is because we can't be getting into trouble in a foreign country. The rest of tour felt like a rip-off tourist trap as well. The sandboarding was tiny and sad. The quad biking was only 15 minutes instead of the promised 60 minutes, and one of our participants was not allowed to go due to poor communication from the staff. The camel ride was all of 20 meters. And at one point, some guy put a bird on my hand, had my family take a picture, and only then demanded money. Really, avoid these guys. They are bad news.

I have done several Desert 4x4 safari over the last few years and this one was the most disappointing one. Instead of having one driver picking us up at our hotel, it was a van loaded with people. We then drove out to the desert entrance where we had to transfer into another vehicle to take us at the ABC Tour camp. From there it was chaotic with everyone lost and confused between activities to do. Drivers where then frantically looking for their passengers to take out for the dune bashing before sunset. Our group was late and we barely got out before sunset. We came back to the camp and it was dark. Food was really disappointing. No taste. They gave us a chicken shawarma for appetizers and it barely had any chicken..mostly salad and no garlic sauce. Show was really blend and not interesting. Was not an authentic show like other camps do.

This was the most fun we had in Dubai all week! Sajid was out driver, and he was so informative, gave us great tips for the rest of our trip, and made sure we had a lot of fun! The 4x4 was so much fun and was an hour long ride all through the dunes, even though I've heard that other companies may only let you drive around in circles. The dinner was delicious! I recommend the VIP seating. It was only $17 more per person, but everyone else looked pretty uncomfortable sitting on the floor on pillows. The service was great and show was awesome! We will definitely be returning next time here in Dubai!

Our driver Shaju was brilliant. Very accommodating. The whole afternoon and evening was just great. This was my second time on a desert safari through ABC and they have only got better. I look forward to booking with ABC again next time I am in Dubai.

What a day! ATV riding, sandboarding, camel rides, insane 4wding, dinner and very exciting dancing shows. It has it all. Our driver was the cherry on top of the cake. Asif, you were awesome 😁 cheers for a good day.

We had a blast! Rasheed, our dune bashing driver was excellent all around. Great customer service and made us feel safe. It was the highlight of my Dubai vacation. Food and entertainment was great. I highly recommend ABC safari tours! Thank you

Myself and a group booked the Dubai City Tour and Desert Safari with this company. The tours were very nice! Everyone enjoyed theirselves. My only complaint is the lack of communication after paying for the tours. I had to reach out too many times for the confirmation. Then the confirmation I received was just a typed email from one of the reps. Nothing on a template like you would normally receive from tour operators.

This our first time in Dubai and we had to do a Dessert safari! It was amazing! You have to do the ATV ride with this company! They take you around the dessert instead of just in a private circuit. You get to experience the dessert and really enjoy the ride! The camel ride was so relaxing! Going into dinner we upgraded to the vip seating and it was definitely worth it, so much food! I would recommend this to all looking to go on an adventure.

Rasheed was my driver for the tour. He was very friendly and approachable. The sand dune bashing driven by him was by far the highlight of the entire trip. The 4WD vehicle had a V6 engine and was clean and powerful for the sand dunes. It was trilling and fun. He kept every passengers safe and provide the best service one could ask for. All traveller's must visit the Dubai safari tour. It is worth every cent. The food serve were adequate and had a lot of varieties to keep you feeling full. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Follow me on Instagram @gabe.599 for more dunai adventures and reels

Best tour ever. Our tour guide Ansar was so cool. He was knowledgeable about the city and its history. He picked us up on time and even waited for us to go back to the room for something we forgot. Thanks so much for being so patient. He took us Dune bashing and 4x4 rides to the best sunset location in the Desert. He even took some amazing family pictures for us. So professional and kind hearted. We had a good time at dinner and a show. Our Kenyan waiter Walter gave impeccable service. We also rode the Camel's and rode ATV. Hookah and Henna tattoos too, what can say this tour was action packed. Thanks so much for your companionship Njie Family, it's very nice meeting you. Overall We had a terrific time.

I would recommend this tour company not only for the tour, they are awesome I had tons of fun being on one of them and great pictures to prove. I would also recommend them for how they care about their customers/clients. This business actually has a soul unlike most businesses today. I am going to tell you a story of what happened to me while I was on one of their tours. It was my second to last day in Dubai and I was on one of their tours. I wore a bracelet that meant the world to me and I lost it on one of their buses. I called to ask if anyone there saw it surprisingly they said they found it. I was supposed to get it the day before I left Dubai, However, with time being an issue it didn’t materialize. I stayed in contact with someone from the company for four weeks after I left Dubai trying to get them to send the bracelet to me here in the United States. Never once did the person who I was talking to over the phone got annoyed or impatient with my situation. They went above and beyond to figure out ways of getting the bracelet to me. Finally one of my clients were on vacation in Dubai. I gave the person I was speaking to from ABC Tours his number so they can have the bracelet delivered to him. It happened today and my bracelet will be coming home with my friend in another couple days. I have experienced a lot of good things in my life But this act of kindness from ABC Tours goes above and beyond most of the good things I’ve experience in life. Thank you ABC Tours so much. I wish I had a name to put to the conversation. That’s funny I still don’t even know the persons name that did this magnificent act of kindness for me. One day I’ll put a face to the conversation and a name as well. Thanks again, thank you guys so much. When you are in Dubai choose no other tour but ABC Tours. They are the best in more ways than one.

I absolutely enjoyed booking my Desert Safari and Quad bike tour with ABC Tours! They accommodated us with the hotel change, smooth pickup and drop off and Asif made sure our stay and entire experience for the whole evening was comfortable. He educated us with various landmarks, provided info about Arabic customs and traditions. My family and I enjoyed his playlist and had a very fun time! Thank you so much!

Anna was very helpful in getting the best out of the trip. We were a large group of 14 for the Dune bashing, desert safari experience and it was fun. Our driver was also very nice and accommodating. I will recommend the for your next desert safari tour.

Defenetly the best money spent. Everything was so great from beginning to end. Our driver Habib made us laugh and was very nice answering all our questions and making sure we where ok. The night shows and service were great. All of the experiences we had during the whole expedition was memorable.

Booked an "Old and New Dubai City Tour" through Viator add it was very good. The guide, Mohammed, was knowledgeable and friendly. The places visited were varied. However, a couple of locations we spent longer than we probably needed to, such as the Mosque and Gold Souk. Minor points, it was still a very enjoyable tour for someone on limited time to get a great overview of life in Dubai.

We had ‘nas’ as our tour guide, the dudes a goat. Such a laid back and humble and respectful guy. I most certainly recommend this company just because of nas’s hospitality alone. I hope we meet again brother. .

I with three others went to this trip. There was a guy who said his name is Ali ( I asked our driver and he said his name is Alex, GOD knows). He gave me a quad which was very small, but I did not mind. He SAID, I have to be very careful as this small thing is super fast. I totally trusted him. Unfortyunatley, he was lying and the quad was super slow, Even at full throttle, it was nowhere near good enough. When I said this is teh case, instead of correcting the situation, he was talking to me as if I am a baby even though I am 38 years, and threatening that I will be expelled from the group if I complain. I found his behaviour extremely and excepetionally rude and unprofessional. I guess he was thinking I am his wife or kids and can abuse me how he wants. Its very unfortuante there was no one above him to talk to, if there is any one who wants to discuss it with me, please get in touch. One of our driver was Pakstani/Indian ( not sure exactly). As we were in an Arabic culture, we would have preferred an arabic song, but he was playing an Indian song, and when we suggested if he could play an Arabic song on the radio, he said but this is better( not a big issue, but I guess less than expected). Our driver from and to te hotel was Munir, he was super nice and friendly. you clould easily spent hours with him, thank you mate. Apart from the customer service, beer price was really high at tha camp 8£ for a small 330ml beer. Now the trip itself: our driver Muner or Munir, was bang on time. Friendly and respectful. However, during the entire time there is no explanation of anything whatsoever. I guess a bit of explanation would be nice. The camel ride is literally 5 minutes and around 100m long. But the guide offered to take few pictures which was nice gesture. The safari is nice and good, our driver literally took one picture for us. I was expecting slightly better from him. To be honest, it was quite clear to me he was not interested or professional at all. as we were 4 persons, that was not an issue at all. But I could see some drivers were more helpful. The shows generally were great and enjoyable. Food was avearge but plenty. Drink was available as well. Quad was the most disappointing, it says 30 minutes, but 15 minutes of those 30 minutes you just get schooled by Ali, Mr Rambo. You are supposed to stay in one line, drive at around 5 to 10km per hour. My overall experience was beyond terrible. I have been to more than enough countries in 5 continents and I do not remeber worse experience. I would geninely say, if they give me money, I will not spend another day with them. Nightmare.

Great day going inside the dessert, you will Definitely have a fun time while the driver is drifting in the sand. Loved the atv part as we got to drive in the sand. Got to sand board which was a new experience make sure you know how to stop or your going to fall at the end. There’s a belly dance and fire show while feasting on the food inside the camp with hookah included. You will get the UAE feel on this trip and I do recommend going for the safari.
