Wow so great. We were so excited to visit this place. We miss the vegan in California and this place reminded us of our old home. We can’t wait to go back again soon. We had burgers fries n dessert with drinks. Everything was incredible and service was also excellent. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Hatte die Schoko-Erdnuss-Torte via Mail für den Geburtstag meiner Frau bestellt. Die Bestellung und Kommunikation lief reibungslos und Daniel ging auf meine Wünsche ein. Die Torte war einfach nur Weltklasse - dass ist ganz großes Niveau und vor allem zu 100% Vegan. Meine Frau hat Laktose bedingt 0,00 Probleme damit. Der Preis ist völlig legitim und gerechtfertigt. Gerne wieder! Kann es jedem nur empfehlen von dort etwas zu essen.

The restaurant in itself is great. There are two gripes I have with it: - Compared to other similar restaurants (that also have Vegan/Vegetarian options) the price is considerably higher. - Most menu options contain meat alternatives. While this is perfectly fine, I'd have expected more "pure" vegan options that don't feed into the common understanding that meat or a meat replacement is needed to make a good dish.

Ich habe spontan hier vorbeigeschaut und bin sehr glücklich darüber! Essen und Getränke waren sehr lecker. Die "Gyros"-Reispfanne kann ich sehr empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn es mich mal wieder nach Karlsruhe verschlägt, schaue ich hier auf jeden Fall wieder vorbei.

Man bekommt hier wie ich finde die besten veganen Burger, sehr viel Auswahl. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung, man bekommt hier immer gut einen Platz, wobei eine Reservierung hier nicht schaden kann, da es meistens immer sehr voll ist.

Very nice place, in the menu they have mostly burgers and a few other options like wraps and salads. I ordered a Greek burrito and it was tasty and fresh. Nice service.

We went here for coffee and some cakes. The Donauwelle (Snow White Cake) and the Mouse Duo were both amazing! All cakes are vegan and look delicious. The staff was really nice and the MHBV is dog-friendly. I can definitely recommend this place.

Great food and fair prices. I was advised to go there on account of there being the best vegan burgers in Karlsruhe, and it does not disappoint. The Beyond Meat patties are a delight. The restaurant itself is nice and spacious. Overall spent a great time there and ate a delicious dinner, I can only recommend.

Absolutely amazing food, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, it's a fantastic place to dine. While the prices may be slightly higher, the quality of the food makes it well worth the cost.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, die Curly Fries waren klasse, sowie der Burger. Der Service war gut, die Bestellung wurde fix aufgenommen und das Essen kam nach und nach und in einer angemessenen Zeit. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, das ich es persönlich etwas teuer finde. Bspw. einer der Premium Burger welche mindestens 15€ kosten und dort sind noch keine Beilagen dabei. Wer sich dessen bewusst ist, bekommt in toller Atmosphäre leckeres Veganes Essen. Außerdem kommt man gut mit der Tram als auch dem Auto hin. Wenn ich mal wieder in Karlsruhe bin, komm ich gerne wieder.

I had a delicious meal here recently, with good service and atmosphere all around. The food tastes very good and fresh. Definitively one of the best restaurants that serves 100% vegan cuisine in Karlsruhe.

Einfach nur traumhaft. Zum überzeugen von nicht Veganer toll da man hier wirklich 0 % an Geschmack Einbüßen muss ! Ich würde es nach meinem ersten Besuch als eines der besten full vegan Restaurants bezeichnen in denen ich je war. Macht weiter so !

Wir haben hier sehr lecker vegan gegessen. Sogar ein paar glutenfreie Sachen finden sich auf der Speisekarte, was für uns super ist.

The food was OK (a bit too much fat and no promised coleslaw salad inside-- if you can't deliver, at least cut on prise). Generally, 30 eur for 1 wrap and 1 burger, with no sides included. Wayyyy too expensive!

Fantastic to have this vegan restaurant in Karlsruhe! The food all looks and tastes delicious, and I recommend that tourists and locals give this place a visit.

Service was good and English was well spoken. The vegan burgers were flavorful and a nice range options. I do not know how "healthy", but very good taste.

My Heart Beats Vegan was a great meal! As soon as you walk in the environment is chic and clean. It is very aesthetically pleasing. Then the menu has so many options. As someone who isn’t even vegan I recommend to all! It was an amazing meal. I think this restaurant offers a great space for those who are vegan to meet with friends and everyone can enjoy the options. Would love to go back !

This place was super cool. The atmosphere was very noteworthy and it was very clean. The service was great and the food was fantastic. I'm not a vegan, but this food still made for a GREAT meal !! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Great selection of vegan burgers and some salads. Overall quite good, fast and pleasant experience. A simple but diverse range of burgers. I did not try any cakes, maybe next time ;) estimated calories on the menu would have been an excellent addition. I will definitely revisit :)

Good food at reasonable prices. I've mainly tried the burgers. The place is reasonably good too.

Burger, drinks and cake are fantastic. Location is very sweet, but tables could use a bit more cleaning and some decoration. Staff could be a bit nicer but all in all it was a pleasant experience and I would love to eat the food any day.

Reserving a table is a good idea. The service is prompt but never rushing guests, and the food is delicious. Very German altogether - lots of sauce and dressing all over. Really good beverages.

Even as a non-vegan: the food here is amazing. The staff is friendly, atmosphere is chill and the prices are acceptable. Easily recommended!

Great burgers but way too expensive. Service takes long, especially if you are on your own, you tend to become "invisible" for the staff. Gets quite busy with trendy twenty somethings. Nice small inner court for outdoor seating...also, there are seats available along Kriegstrasse.

Fine food, but not extraordinary. A little pricey but it’s okay, the cakes are absolutely fantastic!! I’ll definitely come back.

We chose this vegan restaurant based on the dietary needs of my friend who must eat gluten-free (gluten-frei). About 70% of the menu was GF or could be modified to accommodate. I ordered a falafel wrap that I enjoyed very much. The sides are generously sized (we could have split a side and been satisfied but since I wanted one that wasn’t GF we each got our own). The beverage selection was good (including GF beer!) and we enjoyed what we ordered - a lemonade for my friend and I had an iced caramel latte as good as (or maybe better than?) a lot of other cafes. The servers were very nice and happily answered our questions about the menu and modifications.

😍 What bliss to see a place like this not only full, but also full of people who not all look like Western Buddhists, enlightenment seeking baristas, or animals activists. It lifts up the spirits even more than their sweet potato fries. 🌯 The menu is wide, mostly burgers and wraps, but also several dishes from around the world. I had the spinach masala jaipur and was not disappointed. My friends had burgers and also looked appropriately pleased. Just looking at dessert options made us even more pleased, but we managed to exercise restraint (yes! Even faced with vegan Tiramisu). So, I pass the baton to you to visit MHBV and make it up for us, stuffing your face with at least one type of cake. ℹ️ Practical bits: The service is extremely fast. Staff speaks English (is this even unusual these days?). The place is bit pricey, but I live in a cheap country, so perhaps not so pricey as far as regular German places go. 🙋‍♀️ Pro advice (that I know you didn't ask for 🤷‍♀️): when in a vegan restaurant don't go for salads (not that I have personally anything against salads in MHBV!). But this is too easy, you can do them home yourself. Try something that's hard to get elsewhere (e.g. unusual meat substitutes), hard to make or prepare well (who bothers making falafels or bean burgers at home, give me a break), or a vegan version of a known dish (this could overlap with the first two categories).

That was an amazing experience. Coming from France, we were impressed by the quality of all those vegan meal for a correct price. Thanks for existing ! BUT : it could be even better if you could add a wheelchair access ;)

The place looks great & the vegan food was delicious! It’s a little bit overpriced but I highly recommend it.

This is our go-to place when I come back to Karlsruhe now: the burgers and cakes are absolutely amazing!

Just visited "my heart beats vegan". Great location, new and hip style and you can sit outside in a very cute garden. The menu presents you pasta, burger, salad and curry. We ate burger and salad. The stakehouseburger was good. The patty was a little bit dry and the tast was for me unusual. The salad was OK. I can definitely recommend a visit! We will come back and will try another dish.

The burgers are delicious, I totally recommend the Napoli wedges as side dish. Their lemon and lime lemonade is super refreshing. The staff are friendly and food is served quite fast.

Food is delicious, lots of different options. A lot of original and delightful desserts, too. Atmosphere is nice, there's a small backyard where you can sit outside. They have round tables for bigger groups, which are nice. Service was disappointing last time: we went for lunch around 2pm (pretty late, there was one or two tables occupied, from more than 15 empty) we were 2 people and sat on a table of 4 cause we had a lot of stuff with us. They made us change to a table of 2... Later a couple came and sat in a table of 4 and no one said anything... Of course during the 2hrs we were there, there were over 10 tables free in the whole restaurant.

Nice vegan restaurant with delicious cakes, i tried 'Donauwelle' for 3,50€. Only the prices could be a little bit lower, otherwise a great place for vegans :)
