The decadent food retrieved from this particular establishment flourished a heated debate amongst myself and exactly four of my dearest friends. After hours of popular discussion, our rhetorical analysis derived that, while the flavorful sauces pleased our individual tongues, we discovered a discrepancy in the advertised levels of spiciness of previously stated sauces. Unfortunately, an agreement could not possibly be convened upon regarding the spice levels of the Korean BBQ, Cajun, and Mango Habanero. While some gentleman argued Cajun was spicier, other fine men argued Koren BBQ was spicier, with both agreeing that Mango Habanero was, in fact, hot. Despite this frivolous continuation, the multitude of flavors employed upon our lovely chicken wings was rather enjoyed. Fries were soggy. 2/5

Wings are ok. It’s fast food. Actually it’s not really fast because every time I place an order online it’s not ready on time.

Worst fries in town, just disgusting soggy brown mess. Tenders way to small for the price. Mexican wingstop is miles better than this dogshet.

Boneless wings are too poor looked like chicken pops and all dry, not wasting my money ever again there.

This is my favorite place as a "wings" establishment in town. I love the flavors, the quality, and the service is pretty good. We usually order ahead of time and pick up our order. I love that flexibility of ordering online and picking up the order. The food tastes great and the prices are definitely fair for what you receive. This is as close to BWW for wings as you can get in Del Rio. 👍

Terrible service. Ordered 10 wings to go and it took over 30 min. No ice in the fountain machine. Asked for ice said they didn't have any. Won't be back.

Standard fast food, as to be expected. This establishment should really have a trash can for patrons readily accessible.

Forgot to order fries and they accommodated us very quickly even though they were super busy. Food was fresh and delicious!

This place keeps hiring STUPID and UNEDUCATED EMPLOYEES. I was told the wait time was 18-20 minutes and they took 45 minutes to give me my food. I wasn’t greeted as entered, they were discussing how customers came upset because of the long wait and specially a STUPID AND UGLY EMPLOYEE who gives an attitude and rolls her eyes. She’s a skinny, short and IDIOT employee who thinks she’s doing us a favor. Hopefully the store owner or manager sees this and does something. Stop hiring stupid people and look for better employees, cause you never know when people will stop going to that place for the AWFUL SERVICE

Customer service needs to improve ASAP! Walk in cashier sees me but doesn’t not acknowledge us, standing there for a few minutes until assuming is the manager sees us and greats us and takes our order. Getting a drink and one of the flavors is all gassy same cashier sees me but just walks right away before I get to let her know. After a while she gets back and completely ignores me when I try to call her. Once I do let her know all she does is press the soda machine handle and rude like what are you talking about it’s full!

Food is good , Service is good! just the environment, music speaker is wayyy too loud.

If they make the rolls at the store they need to wear hair nets, my daughter pulled a hair out of her roll. We all lost our appetite real quick!! And we didn't get the veggies we ordered either.

There is a Long Wait to get our order. We tell the cashier and she just turn and say it is procesing bit she did not even ask the cook.

Ordered and paid delivery and tip. Received wrong order. When calling the store, was told the only way they could fix it is if I came and picked up new order. Never again!!! Poor customer service.

I enjoy watching the base ball games here and when football games are on also. Like to spend a great time eating good wings, and good atmosphere.

Been meaning to try the "new" thighs, but it is impossible to order food online at wingstop here. There is always an issue, I tried again today but the website just says "We cannot accept ASAP orders at this time, only future orders". Like, ya'll aint closed and I'm not expecting it be delivered in the next 15 minutes...so why are yall making me choose a delivery window more than an hour out?

Wings were rubbery that's not the first time . If they are not rubbery they are over cooked and have no seasoning or sauce .. people just dnt care they are just there for a paycheck .. they new management since this has been for a while or new staff🤷‍♀️
