I love Starbucks, but this particular location is not the greatest. They quickly run out of the non promotional items. Naturally, it's always busy, so you expect a long wait time, but even when it's slow? One person ahead of me and I still have to wait over 30 minutes for my order?

They are very friendly good customer service and I really like it🙏😊👌👌👌👌👌

We went drive thru ordered Pink drink Trenta there was maybe 6 cars ahead of us. Finally 20 min later we finally get to orders we actually pulled up to the speaker and didn’t get help until 6 min later finally we get to the window to pay we do so and when she is handing us our drinks we noticed they were the wrong size . She asked us to pull in the parking to get down so we’re inside were explained the mistake to the cashier and asked my daughter to slide the credit card she charged us again full price instead of just charging me the difference for the larger size. We waited there for another 30 min while waiting there my daughter and I seen 2 customers go back saying they got the wrong order one the pastry’s. If you are in Delano and want Starbucks I highly suggest going to the one on Woollomes by Walmart . I don’t know if it was just Bad Day for them but the wait and service was nothing I was impressed with.

The people are always great. They are friendly and happy 😊. They do occasionally make my frap wrong, but they are always willing to fix their mistakes as quickly as possible!!

Michaela was an amazing barista and she had a positive attitude and I messed up on my order and she fixed it for me. I give her 100% on customer service. Thank you Michaela for caring about customers. I will definitely be going back for sure.

After picking up my daughter from school we always stop by to get a drink on our way back home. Barista Miguel always makes our day shine a little brighter with his service. All the staff is friendly and I greatly appreciate them being there early morning and late nights, including holidays just to make somebody’s day better with a cup of coffee. I highly recommend these location.

I can only speak for the morning shift since that’s when I go, but I LOVE this Starbucks location. They are sooooo fast. I’ve made the mistake of getting off to pick up my mobile order when I have seen the drive thru line all the way to the street, only to come out and the line being completely cleared out- and that’s with my mobile order already being ready to be picked up, so I literally just walked in to grab and go. Even though they work so fast I’ve always received my order exactly how I want it. They’re so friendly and some of them even remember your name and your order! I was so hesitant to write this review because I didn’t want more people to see that they work so quickly and then start to frequent this location more but I believe the crew they have here can more than handle the volume!

We stopped here on our way to Los Angeles with our family. The place was clean, service was excellent, even the customers we sat with as we waited and enjoyed our food were friendly. Another thing, that I should mention is, the restrooms were clean and maintained. Big props to their manager for sure, he was also pretty awesome. I got his name it just escaped me at this moment, but will make sure I get it on our way back.

This is a small Starbucks very lonely inside, the drive thru is a big mess but they have the Best Baristas with a great attitude. we happen to step into store because the line was around the block but was lonely inside. they were fast had a great attitude and they are a great team . couldn't take a pic of them because they were pack with orders. i do prefer my drinks freezen cold ❄️🥶 Thumbs 👍🏼👍🏼 up.

I went in on a Friday night service was great they even let me know there was gonna be a slight wait due to how busy they were but only 3 people throughout the whole night smh

They are always very attentive and make sure to have taken my order correctly.

I ordered Matcha latte with oatmilk and it tasted like milk mixed with oatmilk which made my stomach hurt since Im lactose intolerant. Please if you made a mistake dont hesitate to take back the item and replace it with the actual order. This was a bad experience for me.

Aesha is the coolest barista every time I go and she’s working she always makes my drinks the best !! Super cool attitude and I love the atmosphere shout out to Aesha !! Whoop whoop

Breakfast sandwiches were as expected, but at 9 am there was no drip coffee ready so had to wait for it. Music was way too loud couldn't hear the counter person. They seemed very disorganized.

This Starbucks is on cecil, it is notorious for having a little baby drive through. None the less the staff is very friendly and always make you feel welcomed!

It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to a Starbucks I get to my order right every time the first time. They get it right in the drive-through and get it right in store. Sadly, I don’t live in the area so I won’t be returning. But this location is far better than the location I live near in Florida. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
