    Extremely disappointed with my visit. The robot menu board needs a lot of kinks worked out to make it more easily understandable and user friendly. I ordered a no-bun option for my burger, but added all the extra charge veggies. For burgers which are supposed to be cooked fresh at the time you order, mine was clearly not, and looked more like a rewarmed pattie from the dollar menu instead. The tomatoe was so thin it was barely visible. The lettuce was wilted and there was barely any there at all. This was all pointed out to staff, who simply apologized, turned their backs and carried on. Even my wife's chicken nuggets were quite bad, and tasted like cardboard, probably from being sitting for a at least an hour or two before being warmed up to give to her; they certainly were not freshly cooked, either. The coffee machine was broken, as well. Both my wife and commented we could easily understand why this McDonald's was completely empty at the height of what should be the supper rush. We will NOT visit this location again. If I could give a 0⭐ rating I would. Completely disappointed!

    So I got a mango pineapple smoothie… medium in fact… I got it back and someone took a literally sip out of it… so I asked to get it filled up and the girl was like “ummm yea so that’s the size it” no there was a WHOLE SIP EMPTY FROM MY SMOOTHIE.

    This location has messed up my family's order 4 visits in a row. This time, they charged us extra (51$) for food that would have cost us $20, and had the nerve to forget one meals fries, completely forget one meal, and make a quarter pounder instead of a double cheeseburger. This place is horrible, it's well worth it to head to a further location.

    My son always orders a 10 piece chicken nuggets they ask would u like any sauce? Honey mustard and bbq please we pay get our food bring it home and yup no sauce in the bag. This always happens when we go to the buffalo McDonald's. Why ask if your not gonna give it. Thought I would add.... really this is how I got my drink today my husband's wasn't exactly full either but definitely more then what I got. Seems like everything keeps going up in cost and now the less u get for the more u pay. I'm over going to McDonald's this was the final straw for me

    What can I tell ya? We know we shouldn't go but we still do. Prices are rising rapidly and quality is dropping. Visits are more and more infrequent, if it wasn't for my kids I probably wouldn't patronize them at all. I could see McDonald's going the way of the dodo.

    I wasn't happy! You have shamrock shake on the drive thru board. But you longer have it. I asked for a strawberry shake. They said they were out of them. My choices to choose from was chocolate and vanilla. I don't like either.

    This place is poorly run. It should not take longer than 10 minutes to get food when you eat in, and then it's not even fresh. I stood at the front counter for a while before they even acknowledged that I was there. "Sorry, our kitchen is slow".

    Worst drive thru experience there tonight 12-9-22, the person that served us messed up the order.when we politely asked for it to be fixed, he acted like we were asking for salt and pepper. We were short a coke and fries. Slammed things around to the point other workers were just standing and staring at him. Very rude and disrespectful.

    This McDonald's is absolute trash. I come here all the time on my breaks for work and every time I get fries they're either cold, understated or both. Today we came in asked for fresh fries and they just took old ones and dipped them back in the oil to make them hot again. I stuck one in my mouth and it was pipping hot but it was the stalest fry I have ever eaten. Y'all really need to get it together. Staff is extremely rude when you have concerns and managers will argue with you. What every happened to real customer service. I've worked at a lot of McDonald's and never have I seen worse attitudes.

    I visited the Delano McDonald's on 11-1-21 at about 1:30 pm. We all know McDonald's, and have certain expectations. The food of course is usually quite consistent across the board. It's the service that makes the difference. The service at this McDonald's was outstanding! I received many apologies for a very slight delay, and the young man that waited on me immediately offered to help me carry my order out my car, which would have taken me two trips. I also observed another employee take an order and was extremely kind and respectful. The customer she was waiting on was deaf and she handled it expertly! Good job Delano McDonald's!! I do not live in Delano, but when I go through there again I will definitely stop in again.

    Quarter pounder came out super raw, I’m fine with a bit of pink but the whole burger was bright pink. Also the order took around 20 minutes, my drink got forgotten and I had too wait 5 minutes for them to grab me a cup after asking twice. The shake I got also tasted like chocolate even though I got strawberry, I understand cross contamination etc but it was pretty potent.

    Delano Managers- 8/31 10:30-close, there was a large group of young white men who appeared to work at this location. They were in their pickups and yelling at each other, running up and around cars in the drive thru line. It was extremely uncomfortable behavior to see staff off the clock getting their orders before everyone waiting in line - and screaming at the top of their lungs and tailgating in the parking lot. The lady at the first window was clearly frustrated because the guys were rushing the drive thru speakers and pranking her as she tried to take orders. I felt really frustrated for the short staffed night crew having to deal with this ridiculous behavior and annoyed it made actual customers wait even longer in line. So obnoxious and disrespectful to the women working inside.

    Put a mobile order in at 8:15pm. Arrived at the Delano McDonalds at 8:50 and using their app put in our parking space number for carry out. 15 minutes passed while we watched probably 15 cars arrive after us and get their food via the drive thru and we still had no order. Tried calling and no one picks up. There’s also no voicemail. After 4 or 5 rings you get a dial up internet noise. Tried going into the store but the door was locked even though the door states the inside should be open until 10pm. If a teen hadn’t let me in I doubt my order would have ever been made. After I asked about our mobile order some lady barked back they don’t do mobile pickup after 9pm. The app doesn’t state that anywhere. I asked where our order was as we put it in at 815 and put our spot in at 850 and she said not done, only 2 people were working. Just as she said that a third person walked up front while multiple people were making food. I’m no math whiz but I’m pretty sure I’d need 2 hands to count the number of people that were actually working as she said that. To top it off while waiting for my order I had the pleasure of hearing them bad mouth me in Spanish as they had no idea I also speak it. Finally got home to discover they messed up our order. Had over an hour to make 2 happy meals and a meal and they couldn’t get it right even with all that time. Won’t be back. Whoever manages this place needs to retrain their employees or whoever owns it needs to find new managers. The place is an absolute mess.

    Whatever happened to filling the fries to the top of fry container!?! I ordered a large fry and get the amount of a medium if im lucky. You guys are going to be in a world of hurt when Culver's opens.

    Drive thru closes at 11. Management please update the drive thru hours online. I'm adding to my post and changing my rating. I was just the second car in the drive thru. I sat in that spot for 18 minutes. I'm not at all pleased.

    Employees are always polite and quick, worth it just for the staff. Sometimes the food isn't exactly right, but its fast food and my own fault for not checking the bag before I leave.

    Mc Donalds in Delano, MN: The kid making my smoothie only filled the cup 3/4 full, so when I asked him to fill it all the way, he got testy, made another batch to fill it up, then gave me a dirty look and never said another word....poor service and bad attitude. The smoothie was good though!

    I went to the McDonald's in Hopkins, just off shady oak road to get something to drink and a hamburger. The man who took my order was very nice, and helpful. He said the beverage was a senior price and not the regular price drink. I didn't know that, it was a savings for me, plus the man was very friendly.

    Good coffee. I have noticed the bump in price. Used to be any size for a dollar. So with tax it was like $1.07. Now it's a little more- $1.70. If they keep going up, kwik trip here I come.

    Took a long time to get our food! There were only a couple people inside and not much in line for drive thru, and waited well over 10 minutes at a table to receive our order. I feel like that was excessive considering the amount of customers and how quick they usually are at getting your food out. We ate inside and had time to wait

    I gave a 2 star because food was good but when I went through the drive thru on the fourth of july after fireworks. The guy that was working the window with orders and taking money had a very bad attitude! I understand it was late and you got a rush of people but with his window open as my window was open he should not be hitting down on the computer swearing and throwing attitude at everyone. My child didn't need to hear or see the anger coming from this person.

    It is a McDonald's. If you are expecting McDonald's, then, you've come to the right place. The food is presumably edible, and tastes like McDonald's. I mean seriously, if you're reading this review about McDonald's to determine if you should go to McDonald's, then you have devoted far more time to this decision making process than 95% of the United States population. Go to the McDonald's. Get your food. Stuff your face. Don't have such high expectations, and you will not be disappointed.

    Male who took order was very ryde as he cut me off several times. Yet, the gal who gave me my food was very pleasant and not only did ahe thank me, she wished me a "great evening".
