Put
a
mobile
order
in
at
8:15pm.
Arrived
at
the
Delano
McDonalds
at
8:50
and
using
their
app
put
in
our
parking
space
number
for
carry
out.
15
minutes
passed
while
we
watched
probably
15
cars
arrive
after
us
and
get
their
food
via
the
drive
thru
and
we
still
had
no
order.
Tried
calling
and
no
one
picks
up.
There’s
also
no
voicemail.
After
4
or
5
rings
you
get
a
dial
up
internet
noise.
Tried
going
into
the
store
but
the
door
was
locked
even
though
the
door
states
the
inside
should
be
open
until
10pm.
If
a
teen
hadn’t
let
me
in
I
doubt
my
order
would
have
ever
been
made.
After
I
asked
about
our
mobile
order
some
lady
barked
back
they
don’t
do
mobile
pickup
after
9pm.
The
app
doesn’t
state
that
anywhere.
I
asked
where
our
order
was
as
we
put
it
in
at
815
and
put
our
spot
in
at
850
and
she
said
not
done,
only
2
people
were
working.
Just
as
she
said
that
a
third
person
walked
up
front
while
multiple
people
were
making
food.
I’m
no
math
whiz
but
I’m
pretty
sure
I’d
need
2
hands
to
count
the
number
of
people
that
were
actually
working
as
she
said
that.
To
top
it
off
while
waiting
for
my
order
I
had
the
pleasure
of
hearing
them
bad
mouth
me
in
Spanish
as
they
had
no
idea
I
also
speak
it.
Finally
got
home
to
discover
they
messed
up
our
order.
Had
over
an
hour
to
make
2
happy
meals
and
a
meal
and
they
couldn’t
get
it
right
even
with
all
that
time.
Won’t
be
back.
Whoever
manages
this
place
needs
to
retrain
their
employees
or
whoever
owns
it
needs
to
find
new
managers.
The
place
is
an
absolute
mess.
