They take forever to bring out the curbside orders. They will take care of all the drive thru orders and will have everyone on curbside waiting for over 10 mins. This is unacceptable. Next time I guess I will use the drive thru since that is the only way you will get your food on time!!!

Drive through is always a long wait. Getting to window to pay, the young lady was very unfriendly, n rude. The guy at the 2nd window to pick up food was very pleasant.

I just want a shout out for Yadira. She was very professional and understanding I wish there was more employees like her. Workers are pretty fast, definitely faster than the location on cecil.

The service is bad. We were waiting for 30 min and still never came with our order. I would not recommend this location.

This particular store is more of a hit or miss. Every now and then, its great. They give you everything that you paid for and provide great service. However, this time they missed. I ordered 4 big breakfasts through the mobile app and only received two of them. Granted, we picked it up a little late and didn't notice the missing items until we got home. After calling back the store, we were told they "couldn't find" the order, and that they could either replace the missing meals with items from their lunch menu (Breakfast just ended) or come back for the food another day. They didn't offer a refund. When we got back to the store, the employees were pretty much ignoring the front counter in general. There weren't many people in the drive thru and two employees were just kind of standing around laughing and looking at their schedule. It took them a couple minutes before they finally helped us out and gave us a refund.

It's a pretty good McDonald's, just don't expect the best when they are busiest. The often mix things up at lunch but breakfast is spot on.

Management is bad one them keep seeing me waiting in line and didn't do anything waiting in line for 5 min the wend got my ice cream one of the workers wont say the name didn't call my order just left it there really rude Management need to get it together and there workers

Indoor dining closed at 7 PM? We came in at about 6:45, husband went back to our vehicle to grab something and got locked out. Also, our order of 20 piece chicken nuggets, a milkshake, and a McFlurry took a long time to be ready, as if they forgot about it.

Went to get a McRib sandwich because the poster on the building said it was back. Was told they didn't have them. What is the use of putting a poster up if they don't carry it? Same thing happened 5 times last year. Never going to this place again.

I ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets with 4 sauces using the McDonald’s app. My total came out to be $5.42. I went to the drive thru to pick up my order. They charged me $6.42, which was odd; i inquired about it- and comes to find out they charged me $1 for sauce. I am okay with that plus it’s just $1. But the attitude the worker gave was bizarre. I just went ahead to ask why my total was different from what I ordered thru the app. The manager was so rude about it, and she told me “well we don’t care about the app, we gonna charge you because we have our inventory” To which I replied so why even have the app in first place? She sarcastically told me to delete the app, and the pointed out she did me a favor by only charging me $1, she told me that she should have charged me $2 for 4 sauce.
