Great
food,
garbage
experience.
Arrived
and
asked
if
our
(online)
order
was
ready;
cashier
barely
listened
to
the
name
on
the
order
and
asked
if
it
was
online,
and
said
it
will
be
a
bit
without
giving
any
indication
of
time.
Apparently
the
online
ordering
system
vastly
underestimates
the
time
it
takes
to
make
the
order
and
doesn't
account
for
how
busy
the
place
is.
Understandable,
and
it
was
quite
busy.
After
waiting
for
an
additional
40
minutes
from
the
estimated
time
given
to
us
when
placing
the
online
order,
we
watched
them
take
two
minutes
to
make
the
salad
in
our
order
and
then
pull
our
two
(boxed)
pizzas
out
from
underneath
other
pizzas...meaning
the
pizzas
had
been
ready
for
a
while
and
were
just
sitting
there.
The
pizzas
were
lukewarm
to
the
touch
before
leaving
the
store.
Cashier
refused
to
acknowledge
that
our
pizzas
had
been
ready
long
before
they
were
given
to
us
and
that
they
probably
forgot
about
the
salad.
Another
employee
(in
white
tshirt;
owner?)
told
us
we
were
free
to
leave
them
there
if
we
didn't
like
it
(we
had
already
paid
online).
I
asked
about
getting
them
reheated
in
the
oven,
and
was
told
"maybe
when
there's
space".
Cashier
should
have
given
us
a
realistic
wait
time
when
we
asked
at
the
counter
and
staff
should
have
made
sure
the
salad
was
prepped
as
soon
as
the
pizza
was
ready
since
we
were
waiting
on
site.
Their
rudeness
didn't
solve
anything.
Business
was
booming,
so
they
probably
won't
care.
Pizza
was
quite
good
though.
