Went during breakfast stopped on my way back to marion .....stopped at 10 ordered an egg mcmuffin....it only had egg and cheese on it no meat....ordered a holiday pie said it should be sold by 8:49am it was past 10am ....ordered a large iced Carmel macchiato and there was at least a half inch of Carmel in the bottom 🙄🙄 totally pissed with the whole order.

1245pm 3 adults, 1 toddler, one infant. Inside dining was not busy. No line. 1 other person waiting on food and 1 already seated. We had to clean our table. There were no visible high chairs. Food was barely warm.

This place has several issues. Drive through is a problem if it's busy. The outside lane will get you through much faster as the inside don't care if you sit there while others get served before you. I once ask to go to a parking spot so I wouldn't hold up the line while only waiting for a drink. If it wasn't close to my house I wouldn't go to this one. Also staff just hand you food or take your money almost like you are inconvenience them. No social skills. Most but not all some are friendly. Mostly the younger kids who aren't. McDonald says they yeah you for later jobs....but based on customer service I wouldn't hire most of them

Stopped here on the way home from the Ohio State football game. Had a 2 hour drive ahead of us. Went through drive through. Woman at window took my money, but didn’t give me my change. It was 43 cents so I let it pass. Got back on the road and after several minutes my husband realized that he had a meatless Big Mac. How the heck did this happen? Who is supervising that restaurant? We were in no mood to turn around and drive back. So much for the 2 all beef patties!

Just stopped by tonight. The dining room doors were locked, but one of the customers let us in. Not sure if the dining room was closed or not. Food was good.

Food was all cold ordered 2 big breakfasts with bacon got sausage. They brought out bacon that felt like it had been sitting on a counter for hours it was that cold and nasty. The pancakes were cold and the sausage we got by mistake was cold. The biscuits were hard as rocks also. I would not recommend eating here.

Very clean, and the staff was friendly. As a Canadian, the low price of chicken mcnuggets was very welcome and we loaded up with a 20 pack. I would definitely consider coming back in my future travels.

The kiosk in the store wasn't working correctly and there was no one at the counter that could even take cash or offer to help. Staff is extremely rude. We thought we would go to the drive-thru since it would be a lot quicker but then decided to skip this McDonald's all together. We sure will be coming back to this one.
