Doing a bar burger tour with a friend. I can't believe we have overlooked Coaches pub and grill this long. By far an excellent bar burger. I would be lying, if i said it wasn't one of the best we have had. Will definitely be coming back.

Great bar/restaurant specializing in pizza! The crust is one of the best I've had and no shortage on toppings. Also got the brownie sunday. Skyler is an awesome server. ❤️

Amazing atmosphere and a beautiful back patio and frolf course for our newly wedded friend the Rameys! Catered food was some badass tacos bar and an ancho red chili sauce that was out of this world! Go to Coaches! 10/10

The sign read seat yourself, so we did. Waited 10 minutes before someone approached us for our drink order. We finally received our drinks and placed our order. Now people who came in after us are getting food before we did and we only ordered Nacho's and taco's. Meanwhile the others ordered burgers, fries and pizza. The waitress kept saying it's coming. I felt she should have talked to the cooks but didn't. Needless to say we paid for our drinks and left.

Had lunch here with my daughter during a Sunday trip. As I do at many restaurants, in my attempt to find the best Reuben, I ordered a Reuben sandwich which was accompanied by a pickle and sides of coleslaw and kettle chips. As Reubens go, this sandwich had the least amount of meat of any Reuben I've consumed in years. It had good taste, but could be much better. My daughter ordered boneless wings and they tasted and looked processed. Fortunately, the french fries are very good. Also their online prices are wayyyyy less than the current in-restaurant pricing. Atmosphere? Lots of TVs with lots of sports. Plenty of space between tables, so you're not tripping over others. If you like to watch sports, drink beer and don't much care about what you eat, this may be the place for you.

Party of 16 at the last minute and they accommodated us immediately with amazing service (thank you Stella). The music is diverse and only in the background (don’t have to yell over it). It’s a well lit place, so you can see what you’re eating. The food was very good. The atmosphere was perfect for us (an basketball team visiting Holt high school—parents at one table and players at another, right next to us). While we weren’t there to play volleyball, we were impressed with the facility. I don’t eat meat, so I was super happy to be able to order an Impossible Burger as a substitute for any of the burger options. I highly recommend The Smitty. The calzones are huge and tasty— big enough for two to eat.

I was so happy to see they had Open Faced Roast Beef sandwiches!! Not too many places still serve this. And it was delicious! So much meat and potatoes. Good red skinned mashed potatoes too. I also got the deep fried pickles and those were good too. Also, the service was great. We had a small group of 7 and we received everything we ordered and had no issues with the waitress; she did a great job.

So we had a friends surprise birthday party at Coach's. I've been in the past and had a good experience. However, this time, we were disappointed. 1:Fried food like fries and onion rings were fried in old oil. 2: Even for a large group, the service was slow and unorganized. 3: Refills were not offered, and waitress spilled a plate of food as she was cleaning up on the birthday girl. 4: Food was mediocre at best and that's being generous.

Friendly staff, great food and drinks. JP & the Energy were awesome. Great Weezer covers. I'll be back!!

we got food poisoning from the white macaroni and alfredo. they also served someone who came with us rotten coleslaw and when brought to their attention they said “I don’t trust things in the kitchen” (honestly that should have been our sign to not eat our entrées 🥲)

The grinders are nice and toasted in the oven but they do not put enough meat on it. The price is $13.99 and we had double the meat at an upcharge of $3.50 and still not a lot of meat! They redesigned the seating area since our last visit, atmosphere isn't as welcoming as in the past, still feels like COVID nightmare from 2020. Overall, the food is good, service is great, and I won $33 in KENO!

Great atmosphere, lots of games to stay occupied. Pool table, golf, darts, etc. Seems to be a place where locals hang. Food is fairly priced. We had three meals and an hour of pool for $52. My BLT was too done for my taste, but that's my own fault for not specifying when I ordered. My other two companions enjoyed their grilled cheese and cheeseburger. I would definitely go again. Enjoyable afternoon was had by all.

The drinks were stiff and the food is amazing. I had the cauliflower crust pizza and it was out of this world. Our server was incredible and I can't wait to go back.

I have eaten here many times over the years and have always enjoyed my visits. Regardless of when I have visited the service has always been excellent and the food good. Will continue coming back time and time again.

Excellent food affordably priced. Family friendly. Great service and a complete menu. Lots of draft beer with a full bar. Highly recommended.

Went to watch my kids play sand volleyball, great fun. I did not have anything to eat but, drink prices were reasonable, bar tenders were efficient and friendly. I would go again

First time here, nice looking place and I hope this was a fluke but... I ordered Hot roast beef on Texas toast with mashed potatoes covered in gravy plus one side. The server said the potatoes were an additional side and we actually argued because she wasn't smart enough to know the comes WITH mashed potatoes PLUS one side and she wanted to charge me extra. She didn't a poor job as a server and then came to the table with a tablet for me to pay without giving me a receipt. WHATEVER so here's your bad review... I will never return. This place needs servers that can read and understand the menu.

Great food. If you sit at a table, service can be a bit slow but the staff has always been friendly. Good local watering hole with lots of regulars. Good people.

Wow! Took a long time to get our food on a Sunday night. The food was great. Menu is confusing. I ordered a Coach's burger that was supposed to be $10.99. There is another Coach's burger on the menu for $12.99. My sister paid the bill. My meal was listed as an olive burger for $12.99, with $.75 charge for cheese and $.50 for French fries instead of chips. I wondered why I got olives with my burger. I was so hungry by the time we got our food, I would have eaten anything. There were six in our group.

Great service, servers are friendly and engaged. Food is awesome! Have never been displeased by anything I've ordered. They also do a fantastic fish fry on fridays

We had been here a few times and really liked it. We came in on a Tuesday around 930 pm and seated ourselves as per the sign.... A waitress finally showed up right at 10 pm and told us the kitchen was closed. Thanks for ignoring us for half an hour so you didn't have to deal with us, I guess?

My wife and I were returning to Detroit from a business trip. A local resident recommended Coach’s for lunch. Great experience! Food, service, ambiance are all winners. Jessie, our waitress, made us first-timers fell like regulars. We shall return when we’re back that way again.

Only time they clean is when the owners come in 😂 but we're all here to drink anyways servers need so much help just as anywhere after covid ordered nachos for two got one napkin with no plates but we still tipped 😂 idk what for but whatever

Good spot to stop for good bar food and a cold drink just off the highway. Gas station nearby for quick fuel up of your vehicle also. It's not a quick stop, plan for 75 to 90 minutes.

My husband does trivia here. Well tonight he brought food home for me. Loaded cheesy tots to be exact. I go to eat it and not only is it extremely over cooked but cooked into aluminum foil! Impossible to get it off of the aluminum foil. I called them to let them know and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. With an "what do you expect me to do about it" attitude. I'm disgusted with the "customer service" and how they're trying to feed you aluminum foil.

Great service. Great food. Excellent sports bar atmosphere. Definitely a family friendly place with video games. They have sand volleyball courts and an outside seating area. Lots of parking available. It's conveniently located at an I-96 exit, easy off and easy on! Recommend the salads (a hearty portion), the Shepherd's pie, and cheeseburger! I definitely will return and bring my family too!

Wow, that was terrible. Service was just fine, I actually felt bad for our waiter. Ordered the bbq burger, it was soaked in bbq sauce. Just nasty, bun fully soaked before the first bite. Asked for chicken tenders as a replacement, everything tasted like fish and was room temp. I don’t even leave reviews like this but my god this was terrible.
