    Rooms have damps everywhere. Intercom not working. Cockroaches and insects in the room and bathroom. Half of the lights in the room stopped working. Bathrooms are stained everywhere. Damp towels. Broken and rusted amenities in all the rooms. Hand shower had so little force of water that it was good for nothing. No tissue role provided. Moreover, we had one night stay and my parents had 2 nights stay. On the 2nd night my mother fell ill and these people had no courtesy to send anybody to get the medicine as my dad was alone with her. They clearly said no. WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

    Don't go by images, those seems to be old but, yes, if you are looking for a luxury experience or at the least, if you have hygiene issues, don't choose this hotel. No doubt hotel rooms were comparatively a bit clean but the rest of the hotel ambience like staircase or gallery was so old and unmaintained that it felt like a "Chawl" there. Don't go here if you are looking for a luxurious experience. We checked in to this hotel and the same day after 3 hrs. we changed our hotel at the cost of loosing our money for the complete stay. However, the good part is: this hotel is good if only room cleanliness is the one that matters to you and if you want to do early check in. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. The hotel location might is okay okay.

    We had a long duration stay, food was pretty good( food items price could have been lower though, was a bit on the higher end), the room was reasonably good for the price, but the washroom had permanent old stains which should be deep cleaned once in a while. Customer service is excellent, we had had frequent network issues for the first couple of days and they got it resolved immediately by upgrading which was of immense help considering the work from home situation.Overall very good experience.

    Since there are no zero star option, giving 1star. The staff is really unprofessional starting from the call centre guys who assist for the booking, the hotel manager, and also the support guys who handle grievance calls. Never give the booking amount before visiting the place as they will deny everything they promise on call, even though the calls are recorded. Online 3rd party booking might be safer, if in worst case you need to book any branch of this hotel chain. Money will not be refunded if you book via their own website or call centre . Won’t recommend this hotel.

    The hotel was quite weird starting from the location to the staff members. Firstly the location was quite odd, if you are booking an uber the location is not correct. The main landmark is Haldirams, just beside the lane if you walk straight you will get the hotel, don't trust the maps as it will be quite odd to figure out. We booked deluxe room with breakfast. The room was big and spacious and the washroom also , but the equipment's are quite old and room definitely need to undergo maintenance. The water gets clogged in the washroom and it does not pour down the drain. The breakfast only had puri sabzi, bread and egg and poha. During checking out we were facing difficulty in catching a cab as we were already late and we had a train to catch, the receptionist was just sitting idle watching his mobile and he did not even bothered to help us. Overall we feel this hotel can be avoided and you can get other hotels at this price.

    I arranged this stay for my family. They were extremely disappointed with the stay. The room was okay, but the washroom was in a very bad condition. They were reluctant to use it. However, the same chain (FabHotel) have got amazingly clean properties as well. I don't understand why they are not keeping their standards uniform. The photos and the ratings shown in the booking sites are scam (it can never bee even compared to). Kindly don't prefer this property for your stay. Very disappointed!!!!

    Unhygienic rooms, bedsheets are not even changed, no hot water, no cutlery provided..I don't think family can prefer it..Do fall for pics in the internet it's totally opposite to it..If you are staying in Karol bagh there are many other good hotels at same price..

    Don’t even by Mistake also book a fab hotel. They are 100% waste of money . I haven’t got my refund it’s been almost 4 weeks since I cancelled. The reason for cancelling my room was they upload same picture for many other hotels . Fab hotel is a fake and there service are 100 % waste . Anyone booking fab hotel they will regret after staying here . It’s a very below average place

    There were inspects coming out of the pot. October 26, 2022 The rooms had a weird smell Also there was a section near the rooms that was sort of abandoned Hindi film type horror building, it was open on 1 end so anyone can enter the hotel from there. Very terrifying especially in delhi. No drinking water was given in the room. The towel was not cleaned properly. The bedsheet has marks,and spots like it was not cleaned for a while. Overall HORRIBLE experience

    It was a pathetic experience despite being a corporate booking. Hotel and rooms are not maintained at all. Bathrooms are not functional. Broken tiles, cockroaches In bed, unsealed water bottles, hot water issues, water flow issues. I have pics of all and can share

    Good rooms, affordable prices. Service is a bit slow as they have limited staff. Location is good, no traffic noise. Haldiram's is just 1 minute walk from this hotel. Karol bagh market is just 5-7 minutes walk from here. Karol Bagh Metro station is also about 10 minutes walk from here. Good for families and people going on business trips.

    Very Cheap hotel. We book it online but here is the different situation. It’s totally oppose. Don’t book online. In actual it’s not Fabhotel. It’s Marble tech. Hot water not provided. Breakfast not covered for all. Cleaning not proper. Very disgusting. If we online paid or booked, we can’t cancel it. They forcing us to full payment. When we visit here, it’s very bad experienced.

    Rooms need maintenance, especially the walls. The paint is falling off the walls. The AC is working okay. The bed is good size and comfy. There were cockroaches in the room. The flow of water in shower in the bathroom was so less. You have to call for water so many times and then only they send to the room. Sometimes they send right away and sometimes takes a lot of time. I don't understand why they don't put a water cooler on each floor, which is pretty simple rather than calling room service all the time for drinking water. Staff is helpful. Location is at the centre, which is perfect. For the price paid, kinda expensive because of the reasons I mentioned above.

    Located in the center of the city. Car parking is sufficient. You can get good deal in online booking than personal booking. Breakfast is good. Though they have the restaurant, it is used for elivering complementary breakfast only.

    6/10 The hotel left a review on my behalf on booking .com. which I can't change or edit They gave themselves a 9. The hotel is old and could do with an upgrade. Location is ok close to metro but also close to chaotic Karol Bagh.Expensive, Hot water once you call reception and wait 10 minutes, noisy with dogs barking constantly, linen off white.Breakfast ok @150

    The rooms are very affordable and are pretty decent. The best part is the reachability from almost every part of Delhi. Nearest metro station is Karol Bagh, which is hardly a 5 min walk from the hotel. It has a lot of local shops nearby and also has Haldiram at a walkable distance.

    Horrifying experience!!!! The pictures uploaded are a sham…. Don’t by mistake book this hotel…… and if you do be ready for a nightmare….. it’s not a hotel it’s worse than a lodge!!!

    The stay was comfortable. The food offered was good but there is no support from Reception desk for local sight seeing or any destination. The reception doesn't even has a visiting card for the gust to keep address when he is out in the city, for returning to Hotel comfortably.

    Extremely underwhelming place, the beds clearly weren’t freshly made, after I took a nap everything touching the sheets (legs, arms, back) started to itch very badly and it was just then that I realized lots of hair (clearly not mine) and dirt in the bed. I couldn’t leave immediately because it was very late already, staff reluctantly brought new sheets so I could put them on myself all while the staff was probably intentionally slow and seemingly annoyed by me requesting clean sheets. Pillows and blankets under the sheets were stained and completely yellow and grey. Bathrooms also not very clean with black spots, dirt everywhere and warm water only after request. The pictures online don’t depict the reality, even the building itself is a lot dirtier than the pictures would make it seem, the rest even worse. We basically fled that next morning.

    Cons: Overcrowded area with congested parking of local taxis. Restaurant is kept just for a name sake. Restaurant wasn't opened when we reached, the entire restaurant area was smelly as well. Don't book the rooms by the online photos as the reality is totally different. Pros: Lunch was tasty.

    Decent hotel with good location. Close to Karol Bagh metro station but away from the hustle bustle of the market area. A little bit of repairs and maintenance as a facelift would be good though. Staff is very good and they were very helpful. Breakfast is limited but very good. If you are looking for a decent budget hotel with good location and great service, this is a good option.

    Everything from the place to the room , bathroom . Beds we're filled with bed bugs no towel in the room no spoap in the room no tea maker . Dirty bed smelling rooms , dirty toilets . To tell as a whole the room was just filthy.

    The hotel is an excellent one to stay. The service is as well fantastic. The people working at this hotel is very very helpful at all times. The manager Mr. Aman is really a fantastic man and really helpful one...& the lady at the reception is as well good. I will suggest every one to choose this hotel if staying at Delhi.

    We have booked 6 rooms for our business people group for 14 th April 23, we have requested by e mail for early check in but we had not got rooms till 1.30 pm, we had planned a meeting with lawyer but due to non availability of room , we have to postponed the meeting and due to some emergency we have to take bath in uncleaned dirty rooms. The toilet and bathroom was very dirty. Very bad experience regarding check in.

    The rooms and bathrooms were all in poor condition and it didn't seem like any effort will ever be made to improve this. The dining area was also dim and gloomy. Food was bland. This experience just left a sour taste in our mouths. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

    The staff is not cooperative at all. The room was untidy and very clumsy. The furniture is outdated and old. Had to change room as the bathroom door was not operational.the staff dint even checked it in first hand. No basic facility like a electric kettle. The breakfast is pathetic. Half cooked and with no choice. Please do not waste your money and look for other options.

    1. Room tarrif ₹2100/- per day, which is inline with other hotels in nearby vicinity. So you have negotiate to get these rates. Our Stay was comfortable. (Feb-2023). Rooms was clean so 3 Star, Service for good so 4 star, location was difficult especially after 10 pm so 3 star. 2. Staff was courteous enough to deliver their services. 3. Very few options for breakfast meal and that was not so representable and tasty. For breakfast I must give 2 stars out of 5.

    I stayed at this hotel reluctantly, and I have to say it was a terrible experience. The room was dirty, the bed sheets were stained, and the towels had a bad smell. The bathroom was in a pathetic state, with the showerhead not working properly and the drainage system clogged. I could hear noises from outside all through the night, which kept me awake. The service was extremely poor, with staff being unhelpful and unresponsive to my requests. The hotel advertised a continental breakfast, but when I went to the breakfast area, there was only stale bread and cold coffee. This hotel did not live up to my expectations, and I would recommend staying far away from it. Save your money and go somewhere else. I paid 3600 dollars for a day, but the experience was bad. We booked a room for 2 days for 3 people. When I called, they said one full-size bed and one twin bed. Once reached, they have us twin mattress to sleep on the floor. :( 😞 😓 😩.

    We booked this hotel thru booking. Com . They have the worst customer service. After booking with pay at hotel option, they are asking for money and saying that in case when we reach there if the rooms are not available, then we ll be shifted to other branch of fab hotel at our expense

    Fab hotel is fraud. When booking with Agoda they give one rate and thereafter they ask for advance. The property is pathetic. If you wish to cancel, they dont repay the advance paid. Thereby they make you stay to make the Adavnce quits. Advise don't book fab hotel at all.

    Very cheap and poor Quality Hotel. I will never guide to any body to book this hotel directly or thru Fab Hotels Plateform. Helooo Guys i am giving genuine feedback about this Hotel. So never Stay here otherwise u will feel like THAGGA HUA MEHSUS HONA. Rooms are not so clean. Online they are showing very luxury and good looking room but reality is very different. We all done Breakfast on 07-01-2024 morning & Breakfast was very cheap & only two items were there aloo puri & Poha.. when i was swallowing the first bite of aloo puri then i felt small hard thing in that bite & i vomit the same and found Stapler Pin in that bite. Our check in was on 06-01-2024 & check out was on 08-01-2024 but after this incident we checked out on 07-01-2024.Its all about Hotel feedback rest of all depends on you.

    One of the worst place to stay.. No hygeine, poorly maintained with highly priced.. Not value for the money we pay. No hot water/ Toiletries/ room are not cleaned daily, completely dust , poorly illuminated.. Food is worst..Never take a chance of booking this Fab hotel.. very bad condition..

    I expected a lot from Fab hotel. First I was given a room at ground floor that was smelling, so I demanded another room. So I was given on first floor but room was not up to the mark due to small size, less amenities. Electric cattle was available on demand only that too without any material for making tea or coffee. On last day of my stay I asked for 2 hours late check out but they blatantly refused without considering my request. So overall my experience was bad with this hotel.

    The rooms were not well built. A lot of fittings were missing in the room and the bathroom and the lightings were not working properly. The supposedly king bed was made up of two single beds making it uncomfortable in the middle. Overall a bad experience.

    A decent hotel in Delhi with nice rooms Food is also awesome. Nearby Surrounding Area is also very posh and all general consumable goods stores available too. Overall it's a good hotel
