Service is better then expected. We stayed for one week n it's was quite pleasant my dad was not well n was admitted to hospital the hotel staff provided all the facilities as and when required

Don’t judge this hotel by the google photos. It is totally opposite. The rooms are not maintained and very very dirty. When I complained to my travel agent the staff came and asked me what happened. The shower, basin, knobs, doors walls etc we’re all dirty and not maintained. The shower was so crusty that it couldn’t be used only. The toilet wasn’t washed before we checked in and probably not washed for quiet sometime. When this was got to their notice the staff said that the shower can’t be cleaned on regular basis so it’s crusty but by the looks it looked like it wasn’t cleaned for years. Dirty towels were provided too. Couldn’t stay at this hotel. This hotel needs to be renovated.

Just okay for a short stay. Very crowded area, like local market. Not recommended for families. Not worth more than 1500 per day. Room is very congested and minimum 10 years old. Very old linen as well. We got a room with leaking bathroom fittings. Our booking was for 3 days but they gave the room to some other guests and moved us to another nearby property on first day and brought back the next day to Livasa. PS: Owner is requesting for reviews from everyone hence don't fall for the reviews. it's never a 5/5 property.

First time in India this was my first hotel stay with bad experience . The room was filthy especially the bathroom which had a leaking toilet all over the place. Their solution was just throw a bathing towel to soak up water and imagine how nasty it looked. The tap, sink and bathroom all dirty. Then we had coachroaches in the room, this made us who wanted to stay for a month at the place to exit the following say To add insult to our horrible experience, the receptionist took a phone from one of us and write his own positive reviews and a 5 star rating. Well buddy we are changing that to 1.

First of all, the Rating is for overall experience and staff courtesy. Very welcoming front desk people and briefs you on available options. Mostly rooms are full all times unless booked in advance. Rooms are decently maintained, Good and quick room service. Want to try some local delicacies, many are in and around a 1 km so pretty much walkable or get an auto at 50 rupees. Locality is also good and easily commutable. Price varies from 2500 to 3500 based on size, breakfast and other options. Definitely recommended.

My stay in the hotel was wonderful.the service provided by the hotel staff was impeccable and the behaviour was beyond expectations. The staff was highly cooperative and always eager to help.. even our cab was booked by hotel staff only when we departed from the hotel. The room are comfortable and you will feel at home in the hotel

The hotel rooms are very dirty. Not maintained for a very long time which has left the shower, toilet spray, basin, knobs, doors, walls etc very crusty/dirty and unusable. The worse thing was during checkout the receptionist asked for my number and sent me a link on WhatsApp and took my phone to show how to do it. He was giving his hotel 5 star rating and I just took my phone before he submitted the review. Service of other staff was good but hotel is unhygienic and needs to be renovated.

This was my (with family) 2nd visit in 2022 to this hotel. Like our last visit it was a very smooth check-in .Large comfortable rooms with all essential amenities. Good service and very neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast has good variety and most requests are met. Highly recommended for business , tourist and family budget/mid end guests.

I could not speak more highly about this hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and were greeted with some of the best customer service. Not only did our host upgrade our room but he also provided some incredible food recommendations! I will definitely stay here again!

I had been to Livasa inn a few days ago with my family. My nephew who had stayed a few weeks earlier had recommended this hotel to us. The staff is very good, very cooperative and very helpful. Mr R.K Singh i.e.Rajkumar helped us a lot during a medical emergency. The rooms did not match our expectations, but the hospitality definitely exceeded our expectations.

Room provided was good. Staff behaviour and room food service provided was also good. Location is good - Food joints nearby, Metro is around 500-700m. Roads were very crowded in the surroundings of the inn, need to be careful about that. No complimentary breakfast provided.

You can always get a comfortable room to stay if you are prepared to pay, but getting personalized service is something that is not guaranteed. Livasa inn deserves 5 star rating for the excellent service they are providing

Truly a home away from home. Stayed there for 10days even though the initial booking was for 3nights simply because we found it really close to the metro and extremely safe. Pradeep, Santhosh, Hiralal, Mayank and Mukesh were extremely helpful throughout our entire trip and helped us with our Uber rides and looked after us like family. We were 2 girls in an unknown city and everyone at Livasa took extremely good care of us. We got a double deluxe room and had no complains at all. Hot water and A/C was beyond our expectations and had a decent breakfast included in our booking. Thank you guys for making our stay wonderful and hoping to come back the next time we decide on visiting delhi!

Very bad service......

A couple of things to consider, The room is slightly on the small side and As a 3 star establishment, it really shows up accommodation of higher ratings. The room is spotlessly clean, the bathroom small but modern with all the amenities you could want. Breakfast was simple but freshly prepared and tasty. Location is in a quiet residential area but close enough to the metro station and a huge market/ shopping area. All of the staff we encountered were welcoming and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

We loved the Hotel Livasa inn- the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room for 4 with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences we could hope for and my daughter loved the breakfast service every day! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit!

The rooms are clean enough however they are a little small considering the hotel is a 3star hotel .. the bathroom again although small but Is clean and provided with modern accessories. All the staff are friendly and the hospitality is worth mentioning .. overall a nice staying experience we had !

Rooms and services are really good, perfect for one-two night stay but the rooms are pretty small. Rooms and washrooms are hygiene. The place is pretty full most of the time. Mostly people who come to Delhi for a visa interview will stay here.

The positive points- The location is in proper Karolbagh beside main road. Staff were friendly. Rooms are spacious. Food is very average. Tariff is moderate for Delhi Suggestions- Entry doesn't have a wheelchair ramp. Bathroom flush sockets are loose and need repair. Parking is a little difficult (nothing can be done 😊).

Hotel Livasa is recommended if you're looking for a hotel in budget. It is located in Karol Bagh where basic necessities are nearby. The rooms are cleaned daily and staff is courteous. However the rooms are of average size and not too big. The bathroom is small and even though they have exhaust duck, they don't run it throughout due to cost cutting. Thus your bathroom floors will stay wet all the time. The room lights are dim and there aren't adequate light in front of the cupboard. Even though the staffs are mostly helpful, one night when I was in need of medical emergency they didn't brought any fast aid kit even after calling multiple times.

Hotel is average and should improve and clean their washroom and toilet. The toilet In our room was disgusting and the handshower had black stains on it. And when I stayed there I saw stains in our bedsheets. They should improve their hotel more and more. And another thing and that is our sink was typically broken. The experience there was not so good 😕.

Reached late however expectations were well met. We called for a late night booking and they willingly reserved a room for us while we were still stuck in traffic. Great staff & room clean !!
