📍This fast food restaurant outlet in Chandni chowk, Delhi is always full and crowd there is not that good. 📍Less space, located just near the RBI building. It's 10 minutes walk from Lal quila or chandni chowk metro station. Food quality is fine, you'll have to wait for 10-20 minutes to get the seat. Sitting space could be imrpved but it's fine.😌 Price is reasonable and service was fast like all the MCDs, staff is cooperative. Their aloo tikki burger was worst, only sauce tikki and bun with only two lacchas of onion. 🤢 Rest mc puff and peri peri fries were fine.🤤 They have the disabled friendly washroom. Timings are 9 AM till 11PM. ⏰

Have visited many Mac D's in Delhi , however this one at the Chandani chowk was unique. It was as crowded as the market itself. Wanted to have quick clean bite and my friend opted for a clean n hygienic place rather the oily choley batture which we normally have post the covid thing. Even though the place was crowed, the staff was managing it well. The tables were not restricted to a specific group or family , even if a single seat was vacant the staff would ensure its get occupied and no one is standing with his/her tray of food. Could see the kitchen and the staff was wearing gloves and mask. Enjoyed our chicken maharaja combo with peri peri fries and Pepsi. (in our opinion Mac D shouldn't have charged extra for the peri peri recipe) said that, it was filling delicious meal. enjoyed it to the last bite.

It's a small store having seperate take out counter outside the store. Sitting Space is enough as compared to Chandni Chowk area but it is always crowded with people. Service is smooth

What a better place than this to quench the thrust with chilled iced tea post chandni chowk shopping haul. And of course the icecream :)

I was tempting for some spicy or chataka food..So we found the McDonald’s finally 🫶🏻& I AM LOVING IT McDonald’s 😍😋 My first preference for every new area i have ever visit…We ordered Mc puff and spicy paneer wrap & peri peri too… and it’s really awesome .. The only i have one shikayat is they don’t have washroom 🙂 so giving 4 ⭐️

Staff refuses to give just a single tomato sachet with cheesy fries, saying cheesy fries ke sath tomato sachet nahi milta.. where as other McDs offer unlimited tomato sachets or tomato ketchup in bottles on each every table.. NOT RECOMMEND. food and atmosphere was not as per the Mcd standards.

Good food quality but you can't take a car in there you have to walk and go a long distance in order to eat. They were not having that nice dine-in space. We had to wait for 10 mins to order

Its a quite busy outlet of McDonald's in chandni chowk. The foos is as usual like standard McDonald food. There is always a line at this outlet since the outlet is situated in crowdy market . Despite such rush the staff tries their best to deliver order swiftly. Keeping the orders rush in mind the staff is quite quick.

I often visit Mc-D with friends and family. I love McDonald's Burgers and Fries. McDonald's have the best burgers in the world. It's amazing with affordable pricing. Highly Recommended

I have been to chandni chowk many times but i didn't go to mcdonalds there and i went on sunday it was very sunny so thought to have ice cream so i ordered an ice cream is yummy 🙌🏻❤️

Food is good, but too spicy. They don't have a lot of place, so be prepared that you'll share table with someone.

Without eat food come back because the service agent which u people assign they dont know abt that cx standiing n waiting when table get free and after shout than they said sir u should say to us we will arrange seats for you... At the end they realise and arrange after 25 mints but Finally we get back without eating becoz after shout no one feel the taste of food....

Food is good and staff too but there's no restroom and not even handwash. Very bad for a restaurant in such a crowded area

Worst MC D I have ever been to. Perhaps worst restaurant experience too. The staff is very rude (someone named Salman on counter) did not take my order despite being first in line and entertained others. And above all, even pan shops accept UPI payment but staff here refused rudely saying they won’t accept. Left the restaurant without having any food.

Food is always good. 2. The only issue with this counter is that they a separate desert counter outside, so you have to keep hopping in and out for your billing and order, which is totally unfair. 3. Their staff was generous for the food counter however the staff at the desert counter were completely lost.

Not so good wating for order deliverd 10 mint card counter only one for ice cream go outside and their only cash accepted for card payment go in side pay their then come in que for ice cream better eat kulfi from other shop. Note:Only one ketchup sachet they give with one burger for extra sachet they charge

First time I had a very bad experience in Mc. Donald at chandini Chowk branch. In cool drinks, half of the glass is filled with ice cubes only. Flavor of the drink was completely diluted due to ice cubes and because of ice I got cold which dint last for one week. And also when I asked for extra sauce packet which costs only Rs. 1/- , the boy said extra sauce will be provided for higher orders only. And i ordered for Rs. 617/- on that day . Is it a smaller order for him?

Nice cosy place to have a quick chat, rest and snacks , good in burger, fries and cold drinks.. I love the quick hot delivery always either in rush or lazy timings.. in Lockdown they have stated to be very good in precautions to ensure safe delivery of food. People have QR to scan to order the food in thier own convenient way and time.. wait a bit in queue and your number is here.. in a few mins you are having your ordered food. Nicely located in Chandani chowk Delhi where many of their customers are walk-in ones who after a long shopping hours takes a break from hunger and tiredness :) it's really a relief to have this store here..

Too crowded especially from 2pm to 7pm. Have to wait for your turn, Tables are in limited numbers,meal served is always best. Nice dine in. Kids find McDonald’s interesting because of the Happy Meal toys, occasionally free balloons and masks, and the vibrant ambience. Must visit place with family.

Take away service was so bad. The coke was not in proper airtight tumbler. They got me a hanging cardboard frame with two cardboard tumbler hanging in it. This packing is not at all appropriate for take away service. My bag and my clothes got all wet. All the coke was poured in my bag . Pathetic service

Food was average not expected .. eating period is so high in this outlet as compared to other mac Donald. Clean and hygienic..staff tools all precaution and maintain social networking..

I was was in for a surprise when I found that they not only practice social distancing procedures, and had temperature checks at the entrance along with enhanced cleaning using hand-wash and sanitizers, the contact-free ordering was an icing on the cake or should I say and extra cheese on the burger. The procedure was simple with a QR codes both on the walls as seen in the collage above and also on the table pasted as a sticker. I scanned the code with my Android device. After that I choose from the menu and paid online using GPay. My order was confirmed immediately via this message on the chat app. I also replied with a Hi and got the receipt on my phone.
