one of the dirty hotel which I ever stayed. poor service. receptionist is a criminal.he will treat u as a dog. they are providing only one towel for 2 people. septic tank is much more better than this hotel and their toilet.no flush for toilet.dont book this ugly hotel. staying in street is much more better. I faced very bad experience. I booked the hotel and I cancelled after checked in because of their behavior and room.

This place is the definition of terrible. There are no proper facilities and the toilets are unsanitary. The rooms are dusty and not cleaned at all. If there were a lower rating, I would have given it. If you value peace of mind or even some semblance of cleanliness, please do not stay here. Terrible service, rude receptionists and bad food are characteristic features of this place.

You will regret staying at this dirtiest place in Delhi. You will curse your stars that how you landed at this darkest place. Washrooms not clean. Toilet flush does not work. Electric boards are all broken. No Mobile charging point. No cleaning. It's not a hotel to stay. Don't call it a hotel. A person can prefer to stay near railway stations but not in this hotel. Save your money and time.

Negative star. 3 rd class horrible hotel in delhi . don't waste your money please don't go here the service was very bad. please don't trust the photos all of them are fake . They have no respect for the people.The rooms are not cleaned properly and  there was dust flyin . also they switch off the ac in day. asking money instant at the time of giving product like tea. his owner also a big worst person beware of him , they asking money everytime they don’t have a bottle of water if you pay money. Totally big chor chininbuz hotel.

One manager was good and all other staff(owner & other guys) behaviour is not good. Rooms are third class. You will get some nasty scent in every room. Toilet is not good.

Never ever go into this filthy place filled with people who only care about the money which comes in, they hardly care about your experience. They made me wait for about an hour when I reached at 1 PM, food price was at premium but the quality- AWFUL! When I asked the hotel owner do they treat everyone like this? He said "Listen, young man I'm in this business to make money I hardly care about what you feel about us. There are lot many people who want to stay in our hotel. You can stay or just leave it hardly matters to us." For the amount you are paying for a night's stay you can get a better place for yourself. This place will ruin your holiday. Don't even think of going in there. I wish I could give 0 stars to them.

Not a good place to stay. Room were very smelly. Staff is also not professional. There is not any inhouse restaurant.

This was a great experience in hotel jyoti deluxe. Whenever i came to karol bagh i use to stay here. The rooms are clean and good smelling. The maintenance is good.And yes When i meet to the manager he is very good in nature.
