Disappointing
services
and
unreliable
staff.
Not
really
worth
the
money.
Even
though
they
are
comparatively
better
than
the
other
gyms
in
the
immidiate
area,
the
services
provided
do
not
match
the
price
range
they
operate
on.
Usually
gyms
of
this
price
range
(high
end
franchisies
like
cult,
sports
fit,
gold
etc)
have
better
staff,
cleaner
and
seperate
changing
areas,
canteen,
and
steam
bath.
But
none
of
those
services
are
provided,
so
you
will
be
paying
a
lot
for
a
very
average
experience,
and
cramped
and
congested
workout
space,
and
with
the
amount
you
pay,
it
is
totaly
not
worth
it.
I
have
renewed
my
meber
ship
twice
simply
because
there
were
no
other
options,
but
it
was
disappointing
and
waste
of
money
on
both
accounts.
Also,
the
staff
is
very
rude,
unreliable,
and
uncooperative.
Any
claims
they
make
about
membership
policy
while
they
are
selling
you
the
membership
cannot
be
trusted.
When
I
went
to
get
a
membership,
I
was
convinced
into
taking
a
10
month
package
(instead
of
the
6
months
I
wanted)
on
the
insistence
of
the
staff
that
I
can
freeze
membership
during
exams
and
such
(because
I
was
reluctant
to
make
such
a
long
commitment
and
waste
my
money).
But
later
when
I
asked
to
freeze
my
membership
they
told
me
they
only
do
that
for
a
12
month
package.
When
I
told
them
then
I
got
the
membership
only
on
the
assuarence
of
a
freezing
policy
(which
their
own
staff
insisted
on)
they
became
very
rude
and
started
asking
me
which
staff
it
was
and
if
I
had
any
proof
(Which
I
didn't
because
I
didn't
go
into
this
expecting
the
staff
to
back
out
on
their
word)
The
thing
is,
if
they
had
a
policy
then
I
should
have
been
clearly
informed.
But
they
claim
something
else
when
they
sell
the
membership
and
tell
you
about
their
"rigid
policy"
later.
And
then
try
to
brush
it
off
by
saying
you
had
a
misunderstanding.
[But
I
wouldn't
be
paying
20k
and
not
know
what
I
was
told]
This
is
not
an
isolated
incident
either.
Everytime
I
renewed
my
membership
I
was
told
that
ones
the
membership
ends
your
card
[for
which
they
charge
you
1k
extra]
will
be
reimbursed.
Later,
when
I
went
to
ask
about
how
they
are
going
to
refund/
reimburse
when
I
return
the
card
since
I
am
ending
my
membership.
They
said
"we
never
refund
cards,
we
just
adjust
the
1000
when
you
renew
the
membership".
So
not
only
was
I
lied
about
their
policy,
but
I
have
had
my
membership
renewed
twice
and
never
did
they
ever
adjust
the
1000
in
my
next
payment.
And
when
I
told
them
that
their
own
staff
had
consistently
claimed
differently
they
asked
me
if
I
can
prove
it,
or
that
that
I
must
be
lying?
Otherwise
I
should
tell
then
the
name
of
the
staff,
to
check
my
claims,
apparently.
It
was
so
rude
and
humiliating?
Like,
I
pay
20-
30k
k,
and
more
if
you
include
pt,
why
would
I
lie
about
a
1000
rs.
Card?
But
it
was
futile.
Their
is
no
point
in
arguing
with
them
and
create
a
scene.
So
I
just
told
them
that
they
should
have
their
"policies"
clearly
written
and
stated,
instead
of
having
their
staff
claim
anything
to
sell
an
expensive
membership
and
then
deny
any
claims
when
they
come
for
any
kind
of
help
or
benefit.
Again,
the
only
thingg
that
is
working
in
their
favour
is
that
their
is
no
other
franchise
gym
in
the
immediate
area.
But
otherwise
I
have
been
to
better
gyms
and
paid
less,
sports
fit
and
cult
and
even
Anytime
in
other
areas
(where
they
have
some
competition
to
keep
this
nonsense
in
check)
are
better
But
anytime
bungalow
road
has
been
the
most
disappointing
experience
ever.
I
have
been
to
cult
bangalore,
sports
fit,
even
had
a
gold
gym
membership
once
(since
I
travel
and
change
places
a
lot)
but
so
far,
anytime
bungalow
road
has
been
worst
experience
in
comparison
with
all
the
other
franchise
gyms.
So
I
would
say,
if
you
wanna
join
have
things
in
"written",
but
if
you
have
the
means
to
travel
2-3
km
extra,
then
just
join
another
gym,
because
this
one
is
not
worth
it.
