Worst store of Tanishq, please don't visit here, I visited this store with my son on 23 December, 2023 at 1 PM. I had the worst experience at this store. We kept sitting for 15 minutes, no one came to attend, no one even bothered to offer a glass of water for that matter. This was not for the first time but this happened for the second time. No one was there to attend, even after asking again and again, no one came to attend the customer. Made us sit like fools. Really awful experience. Won't suggest anyone in my contacts to visit this store ever, neither am I going to revisit.

Our experience of buying diamonds from Tanishq ,Pitampura has been very enriching . Neetu Srivastava madam , retail sales officer has been very kind and very peacefully she walked us through huge variety of diamonds from Tanishq. Appreciate her patience. Must buy !

Lavita is our salesperson and she patiently spends time, showing us what we want, explaining each detail to us and making helpful suggestions. Very pleasant and seamless experience.

Store and the service is really great. Their staff is polite and devote a lot time which is a plus. We were with their executive Ms. Chandni who clearly understood our requirement to help us out. The store was going under renovation which made it difficult to find. It is not even marked correctly over Google Maps, which is a minus for the hassle.

This is the worst jewellery showroom because whenever I purchased anything from it broke down in few days. I puchased gold bangle and earrings and it got broke by itself. They charge a lot in name of labour charge and this is the kind of service they are giving. I dont have option to post pics here but I will be definitely posting on other media.

Bought their monthly scheme and invested 5k per month for 11 months,never knew that they will never pay this money back to us even in the form of Gold ornaments . I would have been better to buy Gold from my Local jeweller in Shalimar bagh than these croocked people .regretting it now

Tanishq store in Kohat Enclave Pitampura is a good place for purchasing jewellery and almond and gold items. There are schemes available for buyers which can be used to save money and on some good return on investment. The store is located at a convenient place. The staff is cordial and friendly. Collections are also great. There are variety of jewellery and beautiful collections are available.

Great collection but they need to manage the rush of customers and the yellow lights which they use for display as it is not helpful to look at the designs. More brighter light ambience would be appreciated. They are taking great care of COVID 19 safety. All employees are wearing mask and shields and they provide you with santisers and mask with thermal temperature check. But my only advice would be to get a detailed billing of the jewellery you are purchasing as they only provide you that at the time of billing.
